  • Depends on a lot of things . . . fat can be shed from any part of the body so there's no real way to isolate your midsection and strictly remove fat from it.

As long as you burn more than you eat, you'll lose weight. fitday.com is a great site for keeping track of your caloric intake.
chicken breast, fish, brown rice, sweet potatoes, olive oil, eggs, cottage cheese, natty pb. Thats about it.

Depends on your height and whether you want to cut now or not. You cant bulk for too long because your body gets used to it (not completely true but a good rule to stick by). If you want to see your abs then you should cut down. You'll also have a clean slate when you do decide to bulk again; makes it much easier to gain weight and strength (past where you were when you started to cut).
Hey man, diet has been solid the past year. I cut earlier this year for ~10 weeks (March 1 - May 14ish) and got down to around 152lbs. Bulked up over the summer and got to 179 cut again for about 6 weeks (logged iForce's adipoxil) and got down to 165; thats when my avatar pic was taken.

Lean bulking now, but more looking for increasing strength while maintaining a relatively low %bf for powerlifting.
