Today was legs, nothing exciting due to injuries. Did a ton of step-ups and lunges along with hip speed work with keg tosses. I'm feeling great, and my libido is way up. Recovery was certainly better between sets and I had plenty of energy. Liking Blue Gene so far, hopefully we see some strength gains start next week!

sounds good so far
Only three exercises but trust me this is intense work, and more weight than I should be doing...Again my joints and back were feeling good, but I will probably pay for this over the next two weeks or so. Recovery is definitely improved between sets, and I felt explosive today, good stuff.
Your not playing around in the gym, are you?
Those are some big lifts
That 635 is a hook grip, i.e. hand wrapped over thumb no aids except chalkYou're not kidding 635lbs even with hooks is crazy, heavy!
Ryan, are you doing that 585 with straps or chalk?
Well I like to hit it hard, but to me this is funYour not playing around in the gym, are you?

eh, ok routine today, back is bothering me...figures. I'm feeling good, endurance during sets seems to have improved some, recovery is still up as well. Libido is also way upSo far Blue Gene is a solid natty product, I'm liking it.
Thanks bud, I'll be icing and heating along with a TENS unit (my usual routine)Still a great routine despite a little back trouble.
Heating pad usually works well for me
Weighed in this morning at 292. My shoulder is killing me, not sure why it's a new pain...Anyway I deload this week so I decided to hit the hammer machines as opposed to free weights. Something I rarely and hate doing, but nonetheless it must be done. So far I have liked Blue Gene, I get a good boost in mood, and libido, coupled with an increase in recovery. Unfortunately this time around the Cissus doesn't seem to be helping as much as it has in the past, granted I haven't used it in quite some time.

Ya, didn't train today or yesterday, I can't afford another chronic injury.Shoulder pains suck! Hopefully it doesn't nag you for long...
BG seems pretty damn good so far. Kinda wish I had it in my CL product log right now.

I'm liking Blue Gene, my recovery is definitely better, libido is up and it gives me a nice sense of well being. Unfortunately can't gauge strength real well right now, but it looks like ideally an 8 week or 12 week run would be best.
