If I do it again I'm gonna salt just to remind myself of how dumb I am for not shaving them down often enough.
It wasn't "bad" ... just not super good. Hips closer to the bar bing bang boom done.

When I opened my toes more and made my stance wider it really helped me. Nice work Troop

Those 1" pauses looked good. I could see your elbow positioning improve each rep. Are you getting up on your traps? You looked a little flat-backed there, but I can understand if you can't get into the position.

Thanks dude. Yeah, I was trying to ensure that I kept the elbows more tucked while lowering the bar to about the sternum.
I get up onto my traps (not neck), pull my shoulder blades together and I have a slight arch in my lumbar (enough to put your hand under). What you see in the video is about as comfortable as I can get with the new adjustments. I'll keep working at it though.

This was called "Twelve days of Christmas WOD". 40 minute cap. Looks easy right? Not so much. Imagine the song. 1, 2+1, 3+2+1, 4+3+2+1 , and so on. Spider-mans were 25meter spider man crawls X2. I finished 10 rounds and on round 11 made it through the cleans.

This sucked ass. That's a lot of reps for speed with the deadlift. Burpee bar muscle ups aren't that fun either. My shoulder hates me right now.

Took Sunday off and watched the Hawks secure the NFC west and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. Boom.
