ronnies coleman come back?

Ronnie is the man i like him he is a great BB. and huge as **** to.
Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and Markus Ruhl they are great. i just dont know why Markus has not won an Olympia that guy is big as **** to and sick looking.

I'm impressed w/ Ruhl as well but he never gets his conditioning where it needs to be.

This is why he doesn't win. He is a massive monster of a man, but he never looks razor sharp like he should in competition. This is why Jay Cutler is the champ...incredible size + great conditioning. However, imo...Dexter the blade Jackson should never lose a competition...he may not have the size the other guys do, but he is massive for his stature and no one even holds a fart next to his superior conditioning and symmetry.

I've only seen pictures, but did it seem like at the last Olympia, a lot of guys were Markus's size? Maby I saw some bad pictures. I just assumed a new drug came out and made em all bigger.
 
I was at the Ronnie Coleman Classic this past weekend. Ronnie came out and the crowd started chanting for him to pose... He took his shirt off and hit a few poses... For not being oiled up and no previous pump, the dude is freaking HUGE!!!!!!!!!!

His comeback will be serious... Im betting he was at 300lb...

You hit up Branch also right?

Man I think I liked Branch more than Ronnie. He seemed to have alot better attitude, like the type of guy you could hang out with and be buds while Ronnie and his Wife seemed more like "been there done that, lets get this **** over with now...."

I will diffidently be rooting for Branch to take the Olympia from now on, it will be cool if Ronnie comes back but I think Branch is hungry and will be ready to tare some ass like Mr. T in Rocky 2.

Yeah... We hit Branch up too...

Actually... We got to work out at MetroFlex the day before... Branch was in there doing Chest..... His shoulder looked like it was hurting him. He didnt do much...

I set a PR there though.. I swear that gym makes you 25% stronger... lol
 
lol thats how it was for me going from a more family oriented "Fitness 19" to my current Golds Gym I am at (3 competitive bb's work there and another 3 or so will come in right around the same time as my workouts)

I swore the first week I was there I was actually getting mean pumps in my back again, hell it has been along time (since my last cycle about 4 months) that I have actually been able to pump my back up lol

I completely agree. Dexter has an awesome shape, and he looks amazing almost 24/7 and I really think he should win a hell of a lot more shows than he does.
 
Anybody paying attention to ronnies entire left side?
Granted, his left arm isn't peaked at 90 degrees, but definite lack of size in left bi and totally apparent in the tri area, same with the left lat, what the hell did he do, he messed that up bad a few years back and it still seems to be haunting him

He certainly looks like he could drop the fat by September. I wonder if he's concerned about whether his body can stand the work. As far as I know, there is only one man his age who looks like him, and that's him.
 
Bodybuilders nowadays just look weird. stubby, muscle engorged, people with a fat stomach. They don't even attempt to make themselves look halfway natural.

Oh well to each their own I suppose :dunno:

lol those guys cant lose any in the waist. their internal organs have grown so much from doing years of steroids so thats what its gonna look like. turtle bellies is what its referred to i believe. juicing makes everything grow, including your insides.

i dont think Mr. T was in rocky 2 lol. it was a rematch with apollo creed lol. i would be stoked to see Ronnie back though.
 
I like Branch too, but I don't know if he'll ever be Mr. O. I'd love to see Ronnie come back "successfully," but I don't know. Best of luck though.

JUCING DOES NOT INCREASE INTERNAL ORGAN SIZE. what u r referring to is created through the use of HGH and insulin this is why they look completely different with enormus bellies

It's the use of HGH nor AAS that gives the distended look but even that has been argued that it's just a combination of the surreal size of today's bodybuilders that leads to the increased core size... Don't think i've ever seen this in a normal jucing lifter so i'd have to side on a combination of all of it.
 
when ppl use HGH they often forget that it makes everything grow not just muscle, alot of big dudes around my places stay away from HGH for that reason loll
 
what a disguisting look regardless, I watched one of Ron's documentaries and in the car his belly is almost touching the steering wheel. hes out of breath just driving, fingers are too fat to dial a cellphone and voice is too high pitched to use voice dialing. man what a glorious life of the champ
 
not to mention he is depressed the whole time except for an occasional smile during workouts. sitting in his living room in front of a 120 compartment plastic suitcase full of pills chasing them with coffee.

He kind of reminds me of a teenager who won't smile when his parents are whatching. Maby that's the curse of the champion bodybuilder. You focus on your body, while your demons get neglected?

well considering hes 40 something and hes been doing this a long time id probably be pretty bored by now. same $hit every single day, the fascination of looking huge eventually gets old. plus all these years of insane juicing are probably catching up to him, organs are giving out, joints are probably a complete mess. the only joy he gets is from liftin "these heavy a$$ weights" and yea buddying. and its not like hes loaded so he never has to work again, even if he stopped competing he would still need to do promotions,advertising, gay porn, whatever else they do to make money.

Dear god, you've put an image in my head that I don't thin I'll ever be able to get rid of. It's almost to the point where I'm creeped out now to hear the infamous "yeeeeeeeeah buddy". I don't even want to know what thoughts will creep to mind hearing "Get ya mind right" now having those images ingrained into my head haha.

Serge nubret remains No.1 in my books - no one even comes close to him IMO
