Rodja's One Stop Journey (sponsored)

Since you're one of the most cardio-active lifters here, which I am as well, I would love to know how intense your lethargy becomes (if/when) it begins to onset. My only hesitation is the lethargy. From all the El Uno logs I've read through, this is a SERMless in Seattle product, which has been my primary inhibitory element in trying any of the -drols.

I'm quite active, work, school, trainer and training, so the level of lethargy will be the prime, decisive factor.

yeah. i cant really handle the crossfit crowd. especially when they compare crossfit to a bodybuilding training style. WTF IS A BODYBUILDING TRAINING SYTLE?!

they assume when you say "i am into bodybuilding" that all you do is isolation movements. and that crossfit is the end all be all of fitness and strength training.

oh, and they also assume that everybody just wants to be athletic, and feel good, and have functional strength. what about guys who just wanna lift some heavy weights and get f*ckin huge? haha

crossfit definitely has its place, but like anything, its goal specific. there is no perfect training style.

Fantastic training session, even though I was slightly fatigued when I arrived at the gym. Solid strength and a great pump. The best part of this hormone is the aggression that comes from it and it hits fast.

This was a tremendous training session; so good, in fact, that I cramped when I tried to take my shirt off to go shower. Tremendous M-M connection and pump from this, along with solid numbers. My triceps and anterior delts were still sore from Friday's WO, but it didn't effect my strength too much during this session. I had excellent aggression and recovery between sets and my cardio has not been reduced during lifting and conditioning. I am doing more a maintenance level of cardio/conditioning to taper fat gain and support optimal nutrient repartitioning.

One thing to note on the before pics:my legs have not been significantly trained in many, many months, so I expect them to grow rather easily.

You have great lats man.

When I first started training seriously, I was obsessed with 2 things bodyparts: thighs and back. Not coincidentally, they are my 2 best parts. I have always loved to train them and I am really glad to be back to training them for hypertrophy and strength as opposed to just pure strength.

Week 1 observations:

1. Aggression is way, way up. There are many DHT-like properties to this compound that remind me slightly of 1T.
2. Appetite is almost insatiable. I am having to eat slightly dirtier than expected to keep myself from eating everything in the fridge.
3. Sleep is starting to suffer slightly, but I still wake up refreshed.
4. Increased sweating while training.
5. Muscle fullness is beginning to increase throughout the day and the belly is looking slightly pumped throughout the day.
6. Vascularity is way, way up.
7. No detrimental effects on VO2 up to this point.
8. Weight is up slightly (2 lbs), but I look much leaner
9. Strength is slightly up and intra-set recovery is improving.

It shows. I would have commented on your quads, but I think I've seen older pictures where they were even more 3D, not that they're not swell as is, but it was the lats that stood out as a new attention grabber. My current obsession are pull ups of every variation & hand positioning. From 230lbs down to 191lbs, the most significant change is my ability to do pull ups and it's great. I much prefer the uncompromising vertical resistance of a pull up, then then 2/4 vertical resistance, 1/4 back retraction and 1/4 lumbar momentum of heavy lat pull downs.

I've had some better pics of them, but they are starting to get more separation between the heads.

i think the most impressive part of this post is the fact that its for week 1.

Any more updates? Just curious to see how you were coming along...

Taking today off from training because I have a mid-term tonight, but tomorrow will be day 10 and I will be training back for the second time while using The One.

Trunk Rotations/Cable Crunches-3x60x12/3x120x30

5-5 minute rounds of heavy bag drills

Had good strength during this session, although my left knee was a little shaky. My lower back felt much better during this session and I felt great throughout the session and didn't get tired during training, only hungry. Not too much soreness in my thighs, but my glutes are sore and my chest and biceps are still very tender from Monday. Appetite starting to level off, but I still find myself hungry almost all day. There has not been any serious lethargy from this compounf and have taken some of Dsade's advice to increase fruit intake when taking any AAS to offset some of the potential laziness (plus it gives me a reason to eat apples and cantaloupe all day).

Fruit sounds good I eat like 2 or 3 apples a day and 2 or 3 bananas. Fruit the natural sweetener...LOL

5-5 minutes rounds heavy bag

This was an odd training session for me. Intensity was there once I began the set, but I was very lethargic between sets and for most of the day. I think that it's weather related (it has been rainy and dreary here for the past couple of days), but it's still annoying. I am quite sore today from yesterdays session and I have a little tightness in my hamstrings, but I feel great other than that. My weight yesterday was 192 in just shorts, which is the heaviest I have been in a long, long time.

I had a great session and a massive pump after just my warm-up sets. Much better session than I had on Thursday and my focus was much sharper throughout the session. My weight was around 193 or so and I am eating more and more every day and my appetite doesn't seem to lessen, even after a 1500 kcal meal.

25 minutes running

Tremendous session in every sense of the word. One of the best workouts I have ever had from a strength, pump, and M-M connection perspective. Still have not set any PR's from The One as of yet, but I still love this compound as much as any AAS I have tried. My weight has been holding steady, but I have not been having as clean of a diet as would like because I have been taking care of my GF since Friday because she has a kidney infection. One thing I really wanted to emphasize was that I got a pump from distance cardio and not a route that has a lot of hills. I did my normal 3 mile route and I had a nice pump in my quads by the end of it. It didn't hamper me too much, but I was going more for a solid pace than a balls-out running session.

Nice man have you had any other sides besides being a little lethargic/tired?? Just wondering some are talking sensitive nipples and possible gyno, not trying to freak you out just wondering. But most logs are pretty dang solid gains in weight and strength...

This was a much, much better session than I expected. Strength was very, very high and the M-M connection was strong from the first rep. Lower back was still tight, so I didn't go as heavy as I wanted on BB rows, but I still had a solid session. I have increased my volume from my norm (along with kcals) to take full advantage of this AAS. My weight is holding in the 194-195 range and I am about half-way into the cycle. If I can get up to 197 and slash another lb or 2 of BF, then this will have been a very, very successful cycle.

This was by far the best session of this cycle so far. Hit 1 PR and had a tremendous pump, especially in my medial delts (which have always been a troublesome muscle for me). I also didn't get tired throughout my session, even in my running, but there was 1 major pain (literally): I got a pump in my thighs from running). It hit about 3/4 mile into my run and made the rest of the session slightly more difficult, but I was able to finish.

It has been almost 3 weeks and here is a quick synopsis:
1. Weight gained has been very clean and dry
2. Hardening effect is very noticeable
3. Libido is still very, very high
4. Aggression is still increasing and I do find myself slightly short-tempered from time to time.
5. Mood has been positive
6. Weight is up 6 lbs or so on the scale and I look noticeably leaner
7. No crash in blood-glucose levels
8. Strength gains have been slow, but steady. I have also been nursing a sore shoulder and lower back, which has hampered this.
9. Joints are a little cranky (left patella and right shoudler mainly)
10. Sleep has been hit or miss and I have had some slight lethargy in the morning as a result

Fantastic training session despite being a decent caloric deficit right now. I had great strength and energy throughout the session and only had to pull back because my right shoulder is so cranky. My weight is about 192 right now, but most of the loss is glycogen from cutting back on carbs the past few days to slash off a few lbs of fat. Recovery has been very good, but sleep has still been inconsistent.

I did cardio yesterday consisting of heavy bag drills for ~30 minutes followed by a 1 mile run. I swear that my punching power has increased as a result of this cycle and I seem to have more snap to them as well. Footwork felt good, but my kicks seemed a bit off target for some reason.

Nice workout bro, how's life in San Marcos? Probably my favorite city in the state right there w/ Austin.

I've been here for so long (since '96) that it's almost annoying at this point, but, now that it's warming up, the bikinis are out by the droves.

I would much rather live in cold weather than here. I laugh when it's about 50 degrees outside (~10 degrees C for you metric, folk) and I see people bundled up in gloves and thick jackets. I am usually walking around in shorts, t-shirt, and flip-flops year-round.

Yeah, its been too hot here really, and not enough rain. They just did a ban on lawn watering by sprinkler system
