I got only a few days left, at 1ml twice a day
 
im glad you ran it at this dose. its good to see an "average users dosing" as part of this log. I think a lot of people want to know what your take will be.

Agreed. I doubled his dose but I still think that the average dose will still yield great results

Apex Alchemy-Helioplex Update - I have been applying daily to my right wrist and both knees, the pain relief last all day and I feel pretty darn good.

Apex Alchemy-Helioplex Update - I woke up this morning with some shin pain (don't know why?) one pump of Helioplex 15 minutes later it gone. Good Stuff !!

Tomorrow will be my last application of Flash Point, review and after picks will follow.

Final Review, I have been very happy with the results of Flash Point, where I don't think it really helped me with spot reduction, I do believe it helped me loose over all fat with out loosing any muscle (Win !) I had ZERO negative reaction or problems with it.

I was surprised by the measurement the first time I measured I came up with 37.5" and could not believe it, so I measured again and loosened the tape a bit and got 38 so very happy with that. I do believe if I had started leaner the spot reduction could have been more noticeable, and I'm sure if I run a deficit for 8 week I would looked a lot better, but than you could have not been able to say it was the Flash Point or the Diet ??

Next Run Ursa Major and True Shred .......................

abs are certainly improved !! I would say it likely does spot reduce, didn't you apply strait to lower belly and love handles the whole time?
that's where I see the most improvement!
was a great log Rocket! are you logging the Ursa and True shred combo?
