Outback'll getcha. Can't not eat like a king.

I make my own "GDA", but for a pre-made product, I did enjoy glycophase. Ursa and/or B-AET from Apex are both great products and would no doubt assist with cutting/recomp. I love Ursa especially. Best natty product I've used in a long time.

AM Fasted Workout
No official workout today, just spent about 3 hours spreading a trailer load of tanbark in 90+ degree temperature !!

Nutrition
Calories 3,110- Fat 178g - Carbs 262g - Protein 197g - I think I was burning the calories as fast as I consumed them today, I was hungry all day.

I can't say I really notice any, but I am still hopeful, I just started bottle # 3

Going to try some fasted cardio this morning, I'm not sure how well that will go, no fuel in the tank !

31 Minutes Fasted Cardio - Heart Rate 149 BPM 10 Minutes of Core Work.

Calories 1,743 - Fat 50g - Carbs 154g - Protein 168g

I started scrubbing the application area with a luffa the last to days, I feel a much better warming effect.

Good consistency in here. Seems you have been increasing your caloric intake over the last several weeks, is it intentional? Also with the increase in calories it seems you have maintained the same body weight which is interesting.

Using the luffa defiantly help with absorption, I can tell a difference. I am getting leaner, not sure about the love handle but I got better vascularity in my shoulders and I am looking leaner all over.

18 Sets for Calves, Hams and Quads this morning with some Lower Back & Foam Rolling at the end. I had really planned of doing Squats but the knees just did not like that idea. Getting old stinks but it beats getting dead, so I will keep on fighting father time.

Nutrition
Calories 2,136 - Fat 95g - Carbs 144g - Protein 184g This is right a my maintenance level for calories.

I really have nothing new to report, skin irritation is not an issue, I do like the heat-feel-sensation of this when using the luffa. It is the easiest transdermal to apply I have ever used. We got about 4 more weeks to go, we will see what happens. Life is Good !

It is a win, I just got a lot more to go. I wish I had measured it a few years back when I was 175 with some ab veins !!

I have a nice forearm routine I developed years ago, I have a short (36") Fat Bars that I use, 3 movements in a Giant Set, Reverse Wrist Curls, Followed by Wrist Curls and than Reverse Curl 3 set 10 - 12 - 15 reps, you get a pretty good pump! Later in the morning I did about 2.5-3 hours of lawn work.

Nutrition
Calories 2,807 - Fat 167g - Carbs 171g - Protein 182g - With my AM workout and my 2.5 hours of lawn work this should be right around maintenance level. The wife and I went to a place to eat last night called the Bone Fish Grille the food and the service were fantastic !! We will go back!

we have a bone fish grill here in my town too.. never been there but a lot of people say its pretty damn good

we have a bone fish grill here in my town too.. never been there but a lot of people say its pretty damn good

Funny story, the manager seated us and we told him it was our first time there and I ask him what was good, He said the Bang Bang Shrimp was there most popular dish and he would give us our first order, so yes we had it and will go back again just to get it again!

I don't know about the localized effects of Flash Point, but I do believe that while maintaining my weight I have lost body fat, my waist is down and vascularity is up, bottom line I'm happy!

Legs, 18 Sets, Calves, Quads & Hamstrings. I have not done squats for a few weeks my lower back and knees just did not want to cooperate, so I applied a dose of Voltaren to both knees and took two Advil about a half an hour before my workout, I was able to get five light sets of squats in with no real pain. The walk up the basement step afterwards was a different story.

Calories 1,627 - Fat 59g - Carbs 108g - Protein 169g

I ordered some Helios yesterday, I will be giving that a try on my Knees and Wrist, I will let you all know have it works.

There is a Five Guys near my work, but I have only been there once, I may have to check it out again!
Bacon cheese burger from five guys with some fries and you will never go back!
