My goal is to get rid of my love handles and I am not there yet. I would like to see 180, but my true goal is to fit into my 32" waist jeans!
That's great! Do you think losing another 5lbs will get rid of the handles? then, you're really close. Another month and you'll easily get there.

you need to remember your neck moves in four directions, up, down, left and right so you need to work it in all four.
Agreed on this. I have a neck harness that i use and put weight on for neck exercises. Didn't get it until around last christmas time so i have been slowly integrating it into my workout routine. I like it so far.

I'm not sure 5lbs will do it, last time I was really happy with my waist size I was a 175lbs, I did get down to 170 but I looked much better (more muscularly) at 175. We will see ??

Agreed on this. I have a neck harness that i use and put weight on for neck exercises. Didn't get it until around last christmas time so i have been slowly integrating it into my workout routine. I like it so far.
I used one of these harnesses before I got this machine. I have always thought a big neck makes for a very powerful look!

I am happy with the results but I am not done, I will continue working on getting leaner after this log. Naturally Shredded has been a big help.
