Had a pretty decent workout today. I've seemed to level off on strength but I'm doing well maintaining the same weight and reps as the previous pr workouts.

Everything is still going as expected with the Maximize and Hemavol. Pumps are great and energy is incredible. Energy lady's a long ass time too. I can still feel the effects of it when I break my fast at noon and I disease them both preworkout at 6 AM!! That says right there how powerful this stuff is ;)

Had a damn good workout today. Today was the strongest I've seen my back lifts for a while. My first light set of tbars went real easy and my heavy set of 225 I did 10 times which is a pr match. I haven't been able to get more than 8 the last few weeks. Everything else stayed pretty string as well, and I was very pleased with performance

If there is any negative I would have on this stack, the only one would be that it is a lot of liquid to be drinking preworkout.....especially considering my BCAAs I take preworkout on top of it. I love everything about it except that aspect. It makes for a lot of trips to the bathroom :toilet:

How's the Maximize Intense taste?

I definitely enjoyed my tubs of Hemavol and Maximize v2. The Lemon drop flavor of hemavol is delicious lol

Its pretty decent. Not nearly as good as Hemavol (that stuff is damn good! :yumyum:) , but it is above the average preworkout in taste
 
I understand the statement about being to much liquid pre workout. There're days that if I mix my hemavol and max separate I feel like I'm going to piss pants on the way to gym. Fwiw when I mix 1 scoop hemavol with 1 scoop max I use only 8oz of water. However, the GMS in hemavol seems to enhance the pumps with more water but I haven't notice a difference since I drink so much dam water before and during my workout with all the amino's I mix up.
 
I kinda have the same thing where I have to hit the bathroom because of all the fluid consumption. But I definitely get a better pump when I have more water with the max intense and hemavol and before training in general. plus all the water I take in while training keeps it going

i had to piss so bad today, it screwed up my stiff legged deads.. my gym is huge.. and the bathroom is just to damn far away haha
 
Yeh the bathroom thing wasn't a huge deal. After pissing about 9 times I'm good to go....lol.

Seriously though this stack has really impressed me. Its been very effective in terms of pumps, energy, and motivation. This is definitely the strongest preworkout combination I've used. If I go just a little more on dosage than what i am currently using, it becomes so strong I get borderline nauseous. 1.5 scoops of each is my limit, and 2 scoops is my normal dose of everything else. Possibly seperatly it would be a different story. I will be running out of Hemavol soon, so then I can assess Maximize by itself and judge how strong it is solo.

I'm not going to list all my workout from yesterday, but i hit shoulders, calves, and hamstrings. Everything went very well ans was more of the same of what it has been....matching PRs from previous weeks, big pumps, and insane vascularity!! :thumbsup:
 
I'm still doing one scoop to the line lol I workout 4-5 times a week and I'm still on my first tub. I'd say it's still more then halfway full. Leg day is the only day I use 1.5 scoops
 
good to see PR's popping up with a number of your workouts :D I swear this combo has been one key factor in helping me bust through some of my old PR's where I seemed to be stalling a little bit

Thus stuff does last a while for sure, though I have been dosing them on my cardio days at a smaller dose for a while now too to help with the energy and drive.

I might have went a little too high on dose of the Maximize/Hemavol today. I started to get that semi-nauseous feeling again on the way to the gym. It did pass after a short bit however and wasn't that big of a deal

Do you eat right before your preworkout? I notice If I don't eat close enough to it I tend to get like that when I take big doses.

No, I do not eat around my workout at all. I train fasted. But i haven't had that problem from other preworkouts. I think Maximize/Hemavol is also the strongest though by far, so that may be the reason

If I recall I've had the issue most when I was using maximize, love the feeling and the energy from it but it's strong as all hell!

That's no lie. Maximize is super strong, and perfect for anyone with a high stim tolerance
 
i give you credit dude lol, i tried training fasted before and felt so crappy, need at least something in my stomach about 45 mins to an hour before training

Same here, with taking supplements and PWO's I get sick as hell if I don't eat prior to training.

Yeh, I know fasted training isn't for everyone. For me, I have more energy and I've adapted to it very well. It took a little while to get used to at first, but I cant imagine doing it any other way now.

With most things I don't have a problem. If something does cause stomach discomfort or needs taken with food, I wait to dose it until I break fast at noon

After carbing up a little too much yesterday, I was looking very full but bloated today. On the positive side, the pumps were ridiculously huge from all the glycogen coupled with this stack of Maximize and Hemavol. At times the pumps almost got painful after my arms tightened up so much. I could feel them gorged with blood. I went with a slightly smaller dose of about 1.25 scoops of each today and I felt a little less nauseous, but it was still there temporarily for about 15 minutes or so. I may try 1 scoop of each tomorrow and see how that does

My workout went very well today.Felt great and hit quite a few PRs. I Opted to do all machine work today. Something i havent done in quite some time. still solid numbers bro, and carbing up and being full is a great feeling, even if you feel a bit bloated. Miss that feeling lately =( damn low carbs

Thanks! I love that fullness, but the bloat that comes with it is rough on the ABS
 
So....today I decided to go for one scoop each, and I had no nauseous feeling whatsoever, but still had a very good focused clean energy through the whole workout. There was a lot less jittery feeling too. This is probably where I will leave my dose now. I think it works well there and I still get great effects from it with pumps and everything.

My workout went good. Nothing out of the ordinary but it went well. Definitely looked huge and vascular with some pretty sick pumps! That always works for motivation!

1 scoop of each is perfect dosage! The light headed feeling could be from the agmatine. Could be causing you to go hypo since you're training fasted.

That's probably true. 1 scoop of each is working pretty well, though I'm about out of Hemavol :(
 
Still doing one scoop of each and its working well. My workout went great despite not really going up on any lifts.

I'm about out of Hemavol, and will probably use my last scoop or so tomorrow unfortunately. I have a little maximize left to run solo that I can still use and see how it is without the Hemavol. Then I will probably get a final review up this weekend or early next week ;)

FINAL REVIEW

I had a very enjoyable experience with this combination of Maximize Intense and Hemavol. Since they were ran together for this log, they will be reviewed together as well since I cant honestly say which product gave which effects. Obviously I will comment on taste of each one, but mostly everything will be a review of the stack itself.

Energy: 10/10 The energy level of this stack is no joke. It is a very bold statement, but this is the most powerful preworkout combination I've ever used. It almost became too powerful at times. I started out a little over 1 scoop of each and went up to 1.5 scoops of each. At 1.5 scoops of each it was insanely powerful and actually too much for me. I got a little nauseous because of the higher dose and I felt stimmed out of my mind at times. At 1 scoop of each it was about perfect for me, and I have a high stim tolerance. I generally take 2 scoops of most preworkouts with less effect, so that goes to show the power of this combo.

Focus 9/10: The focus of this combo was great. I was into my workouts and stayed motivated the whole time. The only downside was when I had a higher dose, which left me a little over stimmed and a little too jittery and slightly nauseous. When the dose is right, this combo will keep you focused on your workouts and blasting through them. i managed to hit a few PRs of my own on this combo ;)

Pumps: 10/10 The pumps from this combo was insane. At times the pumps were so intense that they almost got painful. It was very reminiscent of being on cycle, which is hard to replicate in a natty supplement. The effects are largely coming from the Hemavol I'm sure with its agmatine. But Im sure that the combination of the two really made the pumps incredible. I cant argue with the power of the pumps from this combination.

Vascularity: 10/10 the vascularity on this combo was another area that it really excelled. i already have a very low bodyfat (around 6%), so my vascularity already shines pretty well when I have a good pump going, but this combination seemed to take it to a new level in my workouts. After around 15-20 minutes into my workout my veins looked like road maps and bicep veins along with some of the larger veins looked like hoses. it was pretty awesome at times, and I was the recipient of a lot of attention in the gym with the level of vascularity that this combination brought me.

Duration: 9/10: The power of this combo also showed in how long it lasted. I dose early in the morning at 6AM and I felt the effects of it for a long time, even up to 6 hours later around noon. This gave me another nice added effect in appetite suppression. That may or may not be something that people would be looking for, but it did help me since I do intermittent fasting and break fast at noon,, which is around the time that the effects wore off.

Maximize Intense Taste: 7/10 The flavor of Maximize Intense I had was the pink lemonade. It tasted decent, but not great. In my opinion it was better than the average preworkout for taste, but definitely not anything that made me say "wow". Then again, who drink preworkouts for taste? So this really didnt matter much to me. We drink these things for the effects. Still the taste was above average for the preworkouts that Ive tried.

Hemavol Taste: 10/10: I was very very impressed with the taste of Hemavol. I had the watermelon cooler flavor, and the taste was absolutely delicious. It was almost hard to believe that this was a supplement that I was drinking. This was definitely the better of the two in terms of taste, and they did well with the taste of this product. Hemavol is as good as it gets here!


Overall 9/10: This combo did everything I wanted it to and more, and did exceeed my expectations of it. I was very pleased all the way around. The only negatives I had from the whole experience was that it was a little more liquid to drink than I wanted having to dose both of them and then also take my preworkout BCAAs. This gave me a lot of trips to the bathroom. I also got nauseous a few times trying to find my perfect dose, but this also was done on an empty stomach (since I train fasted), so that was a big factor in it.

Other than those things, the combo of Maximize and Hemavol was excellent for focus, pumps, vascularity, and everthing anyone would look for in a preworkout. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this for anyone looking for those things.
