I broke down and made it into the gym today. Still did a full body workout, but no strip sets to failure. I was going to go pretty light, but I couldnt help myself so I kept most sets at 10 reps. I had very impressive lifts on Bench, T-bar rows, DB curls, Tricep extensions....hell pretty much everything I did. My lifts were real close to where they were on cycle which is amazing considering I was 20 lbs. heavier then. I hadnt done Flat bench press in a good while as well as T-bars so it felt good to do those. I am still able to do 225x10 on Bench so I am happy. I struggled to get those last couple reps, but I still got em. If I remember right 225x12 is the best I've done on last cycle.
I am planning on going in for a cardio day tomorrow, and then doing another full body workout on Friday. After a few days off, I'm just ready to hit the gym again. I had to "feed my addiction" my wife says :smokin:
