Do you have a new trivia contest every week?
I love these, I've just followed the last couple, the cracker one was fun to watch and this one was cool as well. ScottyDoc and Finaflex knows how to put on some awesome fun promos
Yes, I typically do a new question every Monday and I usually post on this thread and a few other threads what time I will post the question, because sometimes they take a while to figure out and sometimes it is all about how fast you can Google! Then other times I'll make a 2 week contest if it requires posting videos like the egg & cracker eating contests! If you have not seen the egg eating contest that was a good one, Biglifter85 aka. (Captain SILO) definitely appears to dominate in all our eating contests! I even tried to give others a chance by going with crackers because that is more of a dry-mouth swallowing contest, but he killed that too!

My buddy called me just as my head hit the pillow the other night saying he was ONE DAY, just one day late on his car payment and the lending company had shut his car off. Had to go pick him up from work and let him crash for the night. Getting stranded/no transportation is some stressful business!

Just take a deep breath Bud, remember you get a lot further with sugar then with vingar! So when you go in there to speak with them keep that in mind and try and get their sympathy, ask for their help, then if they still say no and if what you are requesting is right, minus doing something illogical that could get you arrested or in trouble, raise HELL!!! Nice Guy approach First!

Well the main issue lately has been getting the loan from the bank, and I got it today. I only had to drive 2 hours away to find a Bank of America! So the car is paid for now, but the recovery yard is closed for the evening. All I have to do now is call in the morning, find out where the h3ll I'm going and how much the repo. fees are. I'm waking up bright and early for this one.
As far as raising h3ll, I did that when the fellas showed up to get the car.
Let's just say if they're around when I pick up my car tomorrow, their teeth will be chattering and they will be shaking in theirs boots. Grappling/wrestling and fighting my whole life pay off now and then.

I'm with you Bro, I'm sure it will all work out in the end, my only concern was you doing something that might get you in trouble with the law, and regret it later! Sounds like everything will work out just fine, just an ordeal you had to go through!

Thanks for the pep talk Doc! Oh, one funny tid bit before I go....When I arrived at the recovery yard, the "big guy" wasn't there yet. I looked to my left and there is the guy I kneed in the head. He was holding the door of the office shut and hiding behind it until boss man showed up. LMMFAO!:laugh:

So... Who is your favorite MMA fighter? I personally like GSP, and believe me I'm not just jumping on the band wagon because he is the champ! I like him because of his skills, technique, and most of all his unflinching preparation and work ethics! Andrei Arlovski used to be my favorite, but I got the chance to meet him, he was a guest at a local venue "Wild Bills Fight Night" here in Atlanta, GA it goes down every 6 weeks and I'm lucky enough to be close personal friends and Chiropractor to the owner, so I get the "Special Treatment" when I go, LoL! Anyway, when I met him he was not very humble, came across very ****y and arrogant, I don't like that! I like the "Speak Softly, but carry a big Stick" approach! Another favorite of mine is Anderson Silva, to me he is the most Bad-A$$ (present-day) Muay Thai fighter out there, I'm not familiar with his training ethics or his personality (does seem to come across a little ****y) but I could be mistaking his confidence and the language barrier with being ****y, either way he is a Master of his trade!

Favorite fighter of all time is definitely Frank Shamrock! If you haven't watched his fight with Bas Rutten yet, do it. It's old but an instant classic. I honestly despise GSP. I hate his ****gy accent and his overly-****y attitude. His face makes me sick too.
I used to like Andrei as well, until I realized he was just another glass jaw. I'm actually surprised to hear that he is very much like I assume GSP would be. I'm not a fan of Silva either, sure he is probably the most talented and determined fighter out there today, but I tend to route for the underdogs, the unconventional and the Irish. I know I'm gonna catch some hell for this post but I honestly don't care. We are all entitled to our own opinions after all right? I hope I don't offend you though Doc, as that is certainly not my intention. To me this is simply a conversation between you and myself, and others reading are merely innocent bystanders.

I've been impressed by Cain Velasquez since his debut in 2008. He's ruthless and aggressive and that's the type of fighter I like. And when he delivered that deep cut to Brock at UFC 121, yeah he earned points there guys. I despise Brock Lesnar. He's a big guy and has that look, but that's it. Nothing else. Cain on the other hand seems to be the type of guy that trains day after day, improving himself, doing what it takes to be better, and it shows in his next bout. You can see in his eyes that MMA is his passion.And what I have heard, he's great to talk to and meet.
GSP is fine too. Yeah, he comes off as an a$$ sometimes, but he's a great fighter. You can't deny that.

Favorite MMA fighter of all time. I have to give it to to Randy Couture, he has beaten the greats, done so across multiple weight classes. Has a great work ethic, is always a gentleman, and is funny. I loved when he spanked Tito Ortiz!!! I have a few others that are up there. I also happen to love GSP, he works hard and is a class act. His skills are ridiculous and once he started training for power with the weights he became almost unstoppable. I remember Matt Hughes saying the difference from his first fight to his second was ridiculous. He said the GSP strength was unbelievable, that coming from MR. FARMBOY strength himself. Said GSP just manhandled him in that second fight.
I like a lot of the other guys out there too. However more than anything I just love to see a hard fought fight go down. I don't have to kow the guys names to thoroughly enjoy it.

I agree about Randy, he is the man, my fav fight was him vs gonzaga, what a wicked fight to watch live! I hate to see him lose, that kick to the chin from lyoto really sucked to watch.
