Redeem rep points for coupon codes?

It appears to be all the guys with all the high reps in here...:think::think:
 
how about reps. for custom colored signatures!..except for red..because thats for admins...and mods!..i would give 50,000 reps.to change mine from yellow to green,or purple!:thumbsup:..and that could be a base price for an upgrade!..IMO!..upgrades for reps!

I like this idea. kind of brings your own artistic expression of your favorite color into am.
 
I am for anything to save money, I have had very high reps then it just gets reset due to the whoring out of control anyway. So yeah lose rep for nothing, or use it to save money.
Why wouldnt you want this?
 
Depending on how many rep points are required for an NP coupon code, this might be an expensive move for the AnabolicMinds owner(s). I'm sure they are aware of this, anyway.

Either way it's a win-win for AM and users, I doubt they would ever put out a discount/coupon code that would "break" them, business men aren't stupid. ;)

How did you come to the conclusion of repping correlating to more advertisers being attracted? Advertising from who?
 
Is there anywhere that states how Reps works anyways? How is it determined the number of "Reps" are worth since you get different points each time? Also, do they expire? If you are inactive or aren't repped for a certain period of time, do they slowly decrease?

i know that your am space pts, and your activity level flucuates but as far as the rep pts. i dont know,i never see them drop!..unless your negged.

On SOME other sites it is determined by the rep power of the person who repped you, but here, i am not so sure.

ah...what are we gona do without bushisms? Then again obama thinks there is 58 states so, something tells me this term will be no better than the last.
 
I think this might be a good idea if reps weren't inflated so much. If each time someone was repped they get a set number of +x, and limit how many times a person could rep/day, this could work. Plus reps, standalone, would seem to have a little more value than to add color to an otherwise pasty web page.
