guys, im not looking to deviate from the thread topic of "recreate," but I have been very interested in giving USP Powerfull a shot.. anyone have an opinion on taking it just before bed to help with sleep and a general boost in libido?

PowerFULL is both a fantastic 'general wellness' product, as well as a very potent myotropic. If your goal is the former, I would utilize a single dosage of three caps, approximately forty-five minutes away from carbohydrate metabolism, and approximately forty-five minutes before sleep. Dosing it in this manner will maximize the potential for hormone modulation, as steroidogenesis is a process which occurs primarily during sleep.

with the Powerfull, i was hoping not to overkill.. i was thinking about giving the RPM/Drive combo a shot, and was debating adding the Powerfull... i figured this would be the perfect summ stack to keep lean/hard...shouldn't be overkill?

AP+Powerfull are a nice combo, and then RPM/Drive hits it from a different angle (Icariin, Forskolin side of things). You should see some great recomp this summer on that.
 
1 week update

Ok I have been on recreate for a week now and it is working pretty well

Energy- Recreate isn't the most powerfull stim but it has provided me with clean energy. I have gotten used to the long lasting euphoric effects

Appetite suppression- I normally have a huge appetite and am constantly hungry but since using recreate it has given me a nice suppresion of my appetite. Not to the point of nausea like others but nice

Fat Loss- In this week I have lost about 2 pounds without a major change in diet and cardio

Mood- My mood has been great. I feel good all the times which is really important when dieting. This allows me to be more like my normal self without being grumpy due to lower cals

Workouts- I have worked out 4 times now since on recreate and have played around with different dosages pre and found that 2 is perfect for me. The increase in sweating is still majorly present and I have been having good workouts.

It looks like recreate is the real deal and if it continues to improve in the coming weeks like it says it will there will be no other legal fat burner as effective
 
If you don't mind me asking, what fatburners have you previously to used ? Just curious what you're comparing it to. Sound like it's working out quite well for you though :)

I have been using Recreate for about 2 weeks now. I must say I am a little let down after reading the reviews.

Appetite Suppression: I have not really noticed any other than the sick to my stomach feeling I get 10 minutes after taking it but goes away in another 20 minutes. I crave so much junk food while taking Recreate.

Energy: The energy is definitely clean and not jittery. I was used to a heavy stim as I had used Venom prior to running Recreate.

Fat Loss: I have stayed about the same weight, but seem to be holding a lot more water right now(Bloat). This is also an effect of DCP, which I am taking along with this.

Misc: I have some serious GI and gas issues with Recreate. The farts I have would clear just about anyone out of a room. Also, the first week I would get headaches immediately after taking Recreate, but that has subsided for now.
 
I do have some first impressions on Recreate. I took one pill in the am and one around 2 yesterday and another this morning. I definitely feel stimulation as I am not used to caffine but like most say it's more a a euphoric feeling but for me there is some extra buzz as I am very sensitive, hence breaking it into my system slowly.

Appetite suppression is very good, just right really, I can still eat but no urge to overeat.

Body temp - well I thought at first there wasn't too much of a difference I always sweat a lot when I do cardio, so yesterday was the same, I was sweating like a pig. Then I realized it's only 67 degrees and I'm sweating like I would at a higher temperature. Now when I am typing this I can feel some extra heat as well.

Energy is good the euphoric feeling again. Still a bit of extra stim for me.

For the appetite suppression alone I should have some success because I know that I will have an easy time sticking to a clean diet.
 
Started recreate yesterday.

A bit early to post reactions but I noticed a bit stim effect. not much just a little. I noticed the higher temperature and sweating. I usually dont sweat much, even with heavy exercices. but yesterday I sweated more. And I also hit a new PR :) but that i most likely because i havent done that exercise very much.

Took a before picture to have something to compare with when one month is passed.

My current supp regime:

Cissus (bulk)
Recreate
AP
P-slin
beverly nut. ultra 40 and mass aminos. 4 of each at my meals.

And ofcourse whey.

My goal is to be at my leanest condition ever this summer.
 
K so today is my first day back using Recreate, i really found it overwhelming for me before to be honest but now I think i know why, i was pretty stressed from work and adding in Recreate just made me a ball of anxiety. So after 4 caps today i feel:

Mood: Most definitely up, i feel happy and am smiling more

Temperature: Up but as was noted by many others I feel warm but it REALLY spikes when i get moving.

Appetite: This was never affected before but now it does feel, hmm i dunno if i'd say suppressed more like i feel more satisfied from my meals, normally i start thinking about my next meal asap, lol but i feel more content if that makes sense.

I also notice i have a bit of cotton mouth, as i got before so i just upped water intake even more, I also noticed a slightly harder/sharper look to my muscles, like when i take Retain 2, no doubt it's from the lowering of cortisol. This couln't have come at a better time as really want this for my early morning stepper sessions on complete emtpy :S, ahhhhh you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyways i'll keep you guys up dated and you all keep the feedback coming as well, i'm super excited about this supplement, feels like the first time i got my hands on Anabolic Pump :).

Does this have large doses of PEA in it or something?
 
yea for real, makes you pretty happy. I don't think there is any PEA in it because Jacob said they are all new ingredients I think.
 
The ingredients in ReCreate, in terms of their particular extraction standardization, are mostly novel; obviously, caffeine is not, however, many of the others are.

The mood elevation properties are primarily the results of adrenergic receptor agonism, without the adjacent receptor degradation that occurs with pharmaceutical agonizers; this is compounded by increased oxygen and glucose activity to the brain, accompanied by an increased lung capacity, further delivering oxygen to the body. Couple these effects with lipolysis delivering real energy to the cells, and the body has a very favorable response to ReCreate - one of clean, sustained, non-synthetic (so to speak) energy that culminates in an alerted, enlightened state of mood. This was a very deliberate focus of Jacob's, as 'stim-crashes' are completely tantamount in a calorie deficit.

I'm enjoying the focus, i did 60 minutes empty stomach cardio this morning with 3 powerful and 2 recreate and normally i'm a zombie if i'm on empty but my mind was clear and focused and my mood was still up! Also noticed the other day that my appetite is decreasing, i had to force myself to finish two of my meals. I was also able to have a nap on it the other day which i thought was cool, but i woke up all gross and sweaty, lol Oh and sex on this stuff is interesting, I had a window open and a fan on and i was just drenched, lol Too much info? lol
 
The appetite suppression does not bother me as I don't need to eat a lot to maintain my mass. It's actually just about right. The extra warmth is interesting at times it seems to come and go and I already am pretty warm blooded so perspiration is a bit of an issue.

I will be running Recreate on my summer cut, and it's nice to know it gives you good energy/focus for morning cardio which I like to do. I always worry about muscle wasting, so I seep some BCAA's and keep it under 40mins though. Definitely like the apetite control since on a cut I don't need that many cals for my maintenance.

5g's bcaa's tops, i read an interesting round table on t-nation about it and was advised by a pro at my gym to go complete empty, no aminos, nothing so that's what i'm doing.

personally I think pro's are the WORST people to learn from. I've know a few and they are chemical freaks and genetic misfitts. they are basically one step away from x-men haha. I just added 25g of luecine and 10g aakg that I drink during WO and it seems to help with energy and overall wellbeing throughout the workout. Also my weight has started to climb slowly.
 
Naturals are the best people to learn from as they tend to know their bodies very well.

Depends on the person this pro inparticular i wanted to talk to as he is trained by Chad NIchols :), i have had to tweak some stuff, like he told me 300 carbs for 2 weeks and i found that to be too much, after 7 days i'm down to 200 and i'm doing better. I have a natural pro that i talk to all the time and we go over diet n such as well, it's really about learning what works for you and your body.
 
I've been using Recreate for about 3 weeks now...

First 2-2.5 weeks I noticed the following:

Dose: 2-3 caps, taken 15 minutes prior to meal

Increased appetite
Increased sense of well being (smooth, clear energy)
Slight increase in body temperature (sporadic)
Slight Fat Loss around mid-section
Looked/felt leaner at the end of each day

3 week mark:


Now I have to remind myself to eat and I'm sweating a lot more, not to mention what ever fat I have is melting off...

Additions I've made to my supplementation while on Recreate over the last 3 weeks...

I tweaked the middle part of my back last tuesday while lifting... Thus I increased the dose of Cissus RX from 6-8 caps-12 caps and am currently dosing four caps every 4-5 hours... (no longer feeling any pain)

Any who, I've noticed that mega dosing cissus with recreate is allowing me to lose fat/gain muscle at the same... I've actually been eating more, yet still losing weight... Thus am now increasing my calories...

Other then that, I added in Piracetam, Centrophenoxine, Pyritinol, and L-Huperizine A on 5/5, and GOL Primal Defense Ultra...

Edit: This product has had no effect on my sleep, nor I have noticed any g.i. discomfort with it. I actually find it helps maintain regularity. My body seems to be used to Forskolin now... I've used these nootropics before, so I'll jot down some notes on if I feel any synergy with recreate...

If I am not mistaken, Drive contains Naringin, which elongates the half-lives of concomitants - this in itself could be a secondary cause, by extending whatever ingredient is inducing your bloat.

I suspect that in the case of RPM, that the naringen extends the half life of caffiene to the point where it may increase estradiol levels as is seen in studies using 500+ mg of caffiene.

I have also hypothesized that since Icariin mimics test it may also aromatize and there is some data to suggest metabolites of the various icariins exhibit estrogen mimetic ability.

All in all, I'm betting these characteristics are partially responsible for the positive effects of these products..ie think extremely weak Dbol...and that someone using these products for extended amounts of time may want to consider an ancillary AI.

In tune with your body, this is what I'm talking about, being natural enhances this ability. When you pump your body full of drugs you start to lose this ability. That's why naturals tend to know more about training and diet. If you have to do it without drugs and still are able to make good progress you have to know what your doing. Knowledge becomes your drug.

I was a natural for 15 years before I tried anything, I have done a few mild cycles to help combat old age. I still draw heavily from experience of those 15 years though.

I could not handle that stuff - I would take two caps and not be able to sleep whatsoever. Having Caffeine's already long half-life extended seems, well, antithetical to an anabolic response.

You can dose without a break but I like the 2 day break and have never seen a loss of results from the break and it allows the user to dose higher on workout days.

I've tried taking only 1 cap RPM and surprisingly with Recreate that's enough to kick up the energy levels for me. But sometimes I notice some heart palpitations so I pretty much say fawk that.

Hahaha just kidding but its been almost a week on Recreate and i will post up a 1 week and first day impressions once sunday rolls around. Some good things noted so far :cool:
 
I have noticed my waist getting slightly smaller, no change in the scales. My diet has been better this week, because most of the time the appetite suppression is there. I had one day when I was really hungry though. The temperature is up on any activity I do and sometimes I get a flash of it when doing nothing at all. It's not out of control however.... well except when doing cardio.

I wanted to give my feedback after 13 days using recreate of also far planned 60. I am keeping a log on our site including using a new state of the art ultra sound BF tester, measurements with a tape and just how I generally feel and progress but my results thus are are so good I wanted to share here.

I little about me and my test here of recreate. I am a PLer/strongman competitor. I am actually testing out recreate in a different way then many or most of you. I compete PL at 242 and hold several regional and state records and knocking on the door of some world records. I am using recreate now as I actually try and hold weight at 260-265 at just under 135 Body fat at his point until my next met in august where I will do a 12 hour deplete to 242 for the weight in. What I'm using recreate for is to try and maximize lean mass and minimize BF while holding in the 260 - 265 range.

So first impression was I just felt DAMN good. I hate supps like ephedrine and the like that make you alert but shaky I have to be in a smooth mode to lift maximal weights, Not TO amped up from out side sources I get my self jacked up enough and when Ive used stimulants in the past and they further got me amped I have passed out on occasion under heavy squats LOL. So any way recreate give me a nice good ready go go feeling without jacking me up to much or elevating my HR and BP.

I do have zero real hunger while on the which can be a prob for me as I am trying to keep intake up to hold this weight but I can see that as a huge positive for someone looking to use this to drop BE and BF on a hypocaloric diet.

I have troubles sleeping usually and I have actually found that my sleep has improved on recreate I dont know if its do to me just expending more general energy during the day as I feel GOOD not sluggish etc but It was the opposite of what I expected which is good.

My intake I am pretty exact with so I knew what it takes to make me hold in the range I was holding at about 267 for thre weeks prior to starting recreate. I'm doing a anabolic type diet thats very hypercaloric during the week and then BIG carb reload in the area of 10-12,000 calories on sunday. I have not changes that at all and actually this past weekend extended my gluttonous refeed to two days sunday and monday.

so after 13 days I am down 7 lbs to 260 from 267 as of today. I lost a belt notch on my power belt. I feel good am sleeping better, and I am actually eating a bit more due to the added extra refeed day of nothing but High GI carbs. Above all and most important to my goals. My numbers are increasing in the gym while I am losing fat. I have just wednesday easily hit all my core lifts in the 90% range or above for multiple sets. This includes several dead lifts above the 630 range and still easy pulls in the 650 range with gas left in the tank. As well I hit an all time Page Ranking in Bench both today and wednesday and this means a LOT as I'm coming back up to this from a complete bicep tendon tear and relocation from just over a year ago. So I have no not only hit a new Page Ranking while losing weight but it was a new PR above any I had done prior to a serious injury.

I havent retaken the ultra sound measurements that I planned on doing weekly and wont tomorrow either. Those will resume weekly next week. We have been moving our facility so that made it impossible last saturday and now we are out of ultrasound jelly and the order wont be her until next week. I am more then interested in seeing what they read and am sure from the way my belt and clothes feel I have lost a bit of BF.

Anyway just wanted to Chime in.

My initial reaction to the product is two thumbs up, 4 stars what ever you want to call it. I feel great, Im eating more, loading up the building blocks of muscle, losing BF, sleping better, and gaining strength in the gym. Cant ask for much more from a supplement.

ReCreate is slowly becoming a very prominent supplement in the strength department - the cortisol antagonism and Forslean are that potent. Increased sleep quality and strength are the two aspects I have noted the most (aside from the disgusting sweat while playing basketball).
