guys, im not looking to deviate from the thread topic of "recreate," but I have been very interested in giving USP Powerfull a shot.. anyone have an opinion on taking it just before bed to help with sleep and a general boost in libido?
I don't even want to think of that.
awesome.. im about 2 weeks into AP and looove it.. only supplement you can actually see working.. will be a staple form here on out..
with the Powerfull, i was hoping not to overkill.. i was thinking about giving the RPM/Drive combo a shot, and was debating adding the Powerfull... i figured this would be the perfect summ stack to keep lean/hard...shouldn't be overkill?
It looks like recreate is the real deal and if it continues to improve in the coming weeks like it says it will there will be no other legal fat burner as effective
If you don't mind me asking, what fatburners have you previously to used ? Just curious what you're comparing it to. Sound like it's working out quite well for you though![]()

I'm enjoying the focus, i did 60 minutes empty stomach cardio this morning with 3 powerful and 2 recreate and normally i'm a zombie if i'm on empty but my mind was clear and focused and my mood was still up! Also noticed the other day that my appetite is decreasing, i had to force myself to finish two of my meals. I was also able to have a nap on it the other day which i thought was cool, but i woke up all gross and sweaty, lol Oh and sex on this stuff is interesting, I had a window open and a fan on and i was just drenched, lol Too much info? lol
I will be running Recreate on my summer cut, and it's nice to know it gives you good energy/focus for morning cardio which I like to do. I always worry about muscle wasting, so I seep some BCAA's and keep it under 40mins though. Definitely like the apetite control since on a cut I don't need that many cals for my maintenance.
5g's bcaa's tops, i read an interesting round table on t-nation about it and was advised by a pro at my gym to go complete empty, no aminos, nothing so that's what i'm doing.
personally I think pro's are the WORST people to learn from. I've know a few and they are chemical freaks and genetic misfitts. they are basically one step away from x-men haha. I just added 25g of luecine and 10g aakg that I drink during WO and it seems to help with energy and overall wellbeing throughout the workout. Also my weight has started to climb slowly.
Naturals are the best people to learn from as they tend to know their bodies very well.

If I am not mistaken, Drive contains Naringin, which elongates the half-lives of concomitants - this in itself could be a secondary cause, by extending whatever ingredient is inducing your bloat.

I suspect that in the case of RPM, that the naringen extends the half life of caffiene to the point where it may increase estradiol levels as is seen in studies using 500+ mg of caffiene.
I have also hypothesized that since Icariin mimics test it may also aromatize and there is some data to suggest metabolites of the various icariins exhibit estrogen mimetic ability.
All in all, I'm betting these characteristics are partially responsible for the positive effects of these products..ie think extremely weak Dbol...and that someone using these products for extended amounts of time may want to consider an ancillary AI.

I would have liked to include PowerFull as well, but I wasn't sure if the two combined may be countering the effects of one another much like taking ECA and NO. If one is a diuretic and the other needs you to retain water do they not cancel each other? Am I wrong in my comparison? Ideally I would love to be able to use both.

2 recreate/2-3 PowerFULL pre workout is ideal!
I wanted to give my feedback after 13 days using recreate of also far planned 60. I am keeping a log on our site including using a new state of the art ultra sound BF tester, measurements with a tape and just how I generally feel and progress but my results thus are are so good I wanted to share here.
I little about me and my test here of recreate. I am a PLer/strongman competitor. I am actually testing out recreate in a different way then many or most of you. I compete PL at 242 and hold several regional and state records and knocking on the door of some world records. I am using recreate now as I actually try and hold weight at 260-265 at just under 135 Body fat at his point until my next met in august where I will do a 12 hour deplete to 242 for the weight in. What I'm using recreate for is to try and maximize lean mass and minimize BF while holding in the 260 - 265 range.
So first impression was I just felt DAMN good. I hate supps like ephedrine and the like that make you alert but shaky I have to be in a smooth mode to lift maximal weights, Not TO amped up from out side sources I get my self jacked up enough and when Ive used stimulants in the past and they further got me amped I have passed out on occasion under heavy squats LOL. So any way recreate give me a nice good ready go go feeling without jacking me up to much or elevating my HR and BP.
I do have zero real hunger while on the which can be a prob for me as I am trying to keep intake up to hold this weight but I can see that as a huge positive for someone looking to use this to drop BE and BF on a hypocaloric diet.
I have troubles sleeping usually and I have actually found that my sleep has improved on recreate I dont know if its do to me just expending more general energy during the day as I feel GOOD not sluggish etc but It was the opposite of what I expected which is good.
My intake I am pretty exact with so I knew what it takes to make me hold in the range I was holding at about 267 for thre weeks prior to starting recreate. I'm doing a anabolic type diet thats very hypercaloric during the week and then BIG carb reload in the area of 10-12,000 calories on sunday. I have not changes that at all and actualt this past weekend extended my gluttonous refeed to two days sunday and monday.
so after 13 days I am down 7 lbs to 260 from 267 as of today. I lost a belt notch on my power belt. I feel good am sleeping better, and I am actually eating a bit more due to the added extra refeed day of nothing but High GI carbs. Above all and most important to my goals. My numbers are increasing in the gym while I am losing fat. I have just wednesday easily hit all my core lifts in the 90% range or above for multiple sets. This includes several dead lifts above the 630 range and still easy pulls in the 650 range with gas left in the tank. As well I hit an all time PR in Bench both today and wednesday and this means a LOT as I'm coming back up to this from a complete bicep tendon tear and relocation from just over a year ago. So I have no not only hit a new PR while losing weight but it was a new PR above any I had done prior to a serious injury.
It done retaken the ultra sound measurements that I planned on doing weekly and wont tomorrow either. Those will resume weekly next week. We have been moving our facility so that made it impossible last saturday and now we are out of ultrasound jelly and the order wont be her until next week. I am more then interested in seeing what they read and am sure from the way my belt and clothes feel I have lost a bit of BF.
Anyway just wanted to Chime in.
My initial reaction to the product is two thumbs up, 4 stars what ever you want to call it. I feel great, Im eating more, loading up the building blocks of muscle, losing BF, sleping better, and gaining strength in the gym. Cant ask for much more from a supplement.
