I have a couple of questions for you guys. It looks like most everyone here is very well informed on what they are talking about and after looking around at various other message boards I decided to give this one a shot for some sound info and advice.
31 yrs old and a fitness enthusiast. I'm 175lbs on average run 4-6 days a week and make it into the gym on 3 of those days.My bf% is almost always right around 9%. I have a great diet and haven't touched fast food in over two yrs and soda in God knows how long. I eat primarily organic(being raised on a farm and most of my family still farming has saved me toooooons of $$$) and have been very active in working out for the past eleven yrs. As far as supps I have religiously used BCAA's, l-glut, dymatize creatine and of course whey(and when i have tried to gain more weight I will take some caesin before bed).
My question comes down to this. I want to put on a solid fifteen pounds or so with little to no gain in body fat. I realize this probably won't happen over a couple of months and I have zero problems with that. I'm very patient and have a great work ethic and discipline. My question is what can i take to get some big gains, to increase my lifts and endurance when doing those lifts and how to stack them. Yes I am planning on doing a ph. I have never done one before so advice on what to use as well as a pct would be greatly appreciated. I seem to be looking towards athletix and pes due to the number of good things I have heard, but I'd rather hear from real people, not customer reps, first and foremost before I shovel out my hard earned money.
I realize one thing I will def have to do is cut back on my running. I do a minimum of thirty miles a week and usually more, and I eat like a horse. So i figure with some good supps, cut back on the running quite a bit in addition to my great diet I should have a pretty good start. . Thank you in advance.
