For me it depends what I'm eating at that time generally anything over 30g I take 2. I'm cutting also so I'm a little differentr plus everybodies physiology is different
 
Everyone is different for sure, pasta, greens and beans are carbs I recommend to anyone at anytime throughout the day. What is your diet like?

muscle milk at about 8 am

workout at 10

noon:2 chicken breast wrap
bannana

3 pm:muslce milk shake or protien bar

5:30: turkey/roast beef/ ham wrap
bannana

8:00pm: muscle milk shake or protien bar w/ peanut butter.

i eat about a 3.5 serving back of beef jerky a day also.

thats the jist of it. like said i am in iraq so i dont have access to making what i want to eat whenever i want. i know i am pretty low on carbs and over all calories.

i am also pulsing tren xtreme and mega-zol to help retain muscle

I would stay away from beef jerky because of its high salt content, the last meal I would go with a regular whey, not muscle milk due to all its saturated fats. I assume you have a pct lined out for this since, tren extreme is pretty suppressive.

i will change to whey. i didnt think about the fat content. you think i should up the carbs some since i am using glycobol?

i use alpha sustain 10 pumps a day for 2 days aweek. then my off days during the pulse i use stoked. i have been this pulse for about a month. not crazy results but its coming nice and slow. i havent felt shut-down the least bit doing it this way.

Well, SA will definitely help you from shutting down. I personlally would add carbs just for the extra strength, size, and endurance one gets from maximum glycogen resynthesis from Glycobol. Definitely add just regular whey at night with some type of good oil, such as olive, coconut, or fishoil.
 
I think even on lower carbs youy can stay full due to the cori cycle. But that's yet to be determined as how much it helps

Muscle milk is good due to the mcts I would keep it pre wo only tho. Do u have access to any nuts\seeds?
 
Hey guys. The last cycle I ran went great. I finished PCT at the end of May. I'm starting to run another cycle in 3 weeks (around 2-3 months off after PCT is the proper protocol I'm told).
I can't find my usual epi clone, Hemaguno, that I've used with great success over the past two years. It's gonna be my first time using the original compound, Epistane! I have a question though as it's out at the Nutra and Bodybuilding store, and I'm getting it from an online seller.
What should I expect the pills to look like? This seller is reliable but I always prefer to walk on the side of caution. I know my Hemaguno was orange with a pepperminty flavor. What is Epistane's supposed to be like?

That I can't be 100% sure of but there are tons of retailers that have them. I used epimax I'm using epithin E right now.

RPN is good no doubt, I feel the best form of epi out at the moment is epistane by IBE.

Andrew, since you feel Epistane is the best form out there of the "Epi's" and since that is what I ordered and is on the way, what do the pills look like? What color? Are they capsules or tablets? I just want to inspect them when I get it to make sure I have the real thing...also, I'm paranoid, there I said it! LOL.

Well I forgot LOL, secondly I am basing my opinion on its nomenclature and its documentated physiological effects on the body, its a bit more androgenic than standard epi. Ask M16 for the color of the capsule.

Well welcome to AM, nutraplanet is a great store to shop at. CS should be taken once a day when preloading for weeks prior to one's cycle. Then during cycle, CS should be taken 1 scoop a.m. and 1 scoop p.m. So during preload 1 scoop, 2 separate scoops during cycle. well then stick with what ya got beginners get gains from just 20mgs, start off with 10 to avoid sides, just as you have it is fine.

mass gainers are no good, just stick with whey isolate, what do you have for pct?
 
I wouldn't do more then 3.5 weeks on mdrol. It being a "harsher" oral isn't ideal for a first cycle however the outline is fine. I personally wouldn't use 10mg per day but for first time user its ok. Start off with 10mg for week on then 20 for 2 weeeks.

As far as nomenclature determining which epi is better, they are all the same nomenclature. 5a-androst and etioallacholan are the same thing just different ways of voiding FDA. Havoc I believe was the ORIGINAL epithio hormone out there and is still top notch!

Really Crazyfool? Havoc was the original? Wow, I always thought it was epistane! Damn, with you I'm always learning new things every day...

Yeah I know they're all the same nomenclature, but I've always heard that some versions of the same compound aren't as strong as others. For example many people claim that while there are nomenclature clones out there, nothing beats the original Orastan A/Furazadrol, (although I heard Furaguno was good) and the same with Halodrol clones...

So am I to understand from everyone's testimonial that ALL the epi clones are close to equal in potency? I always figured some "clones" would be weaker, based on rumor but of course I could be mistaken. I'm here to learn after all.
 
I guess it depends on rate of oxidation. Some oxidize in warmer rtemps as well as when exposed to outside air. So that could be a reason. I believe this is especially tru for the epithios

Interesting. I have a shelf for all my supplements in my room, its positioned (by pure chance) ideally, so that it never sees a sliver of sunlight, and the room is always at an even temp.

Right now I'm hoping that Epi gets rid of this last bit of chest fat. I'm pretty sure it's not gyno, as I don't feel "lumps" or anything hard. Nips are slightly puffy but again, pretty sure it's a small bit of fat. I didn't run an aromatizing cycle and pct went very well, so I wouldn't think it's gyno.

It's my first time actually having any chest fat to get rid of. Has anyone served this purpose with Epi? Some users say yes and some say no (and some just flat out...well lie) What say the knowing people on this thread?
 
Are all these brands talked about 10mg servings?

They have the same exact nomenclature Different ways of writing it. You can change it soo many ways and still have the same chemical

Interesting. Well like I said, I don't have true gyno right now so all those reports could be from guys who had chest/estrogenic fat, not glandular tissue. It's a safe bet that nothing but surgery can eliminate the glandular tissue.

My epistane arrives tomorrow. I'll start soon and I'll let you guys know what happens. I'm doing a solo run of this, unlike the stacking I've done in the past, so should anything happen, we can chalk it up to Epi.
 
They have expired hema oxy and fura floatin around somewhere. I had epimax from a company that was overdosed to 12mg per cap.

Purus labs now had epi m14add mix with 15 mg epi per cap I believe. Love to get my hands on that. I'm a big fan of both of those hormones however epi is really love hate. I hate to love it because it aggravates my gyno

Epi? Really? I know it won't cure gyno, but shouldn't it's anti-aromatase/serm properties (more serm like i hear) have a neutral effect on your gyno at worst?

Have you usually taken it stacked with something more...I don't know, aromatising? Just curious, everyone is different so I guess it's not impossible that running it solo would aggrivate the gyno.
 
I've taken it solo thing is half life by morning or late at night gyno flare is horrible.

And for mdrol follow dosing on stoked/post cycle support label and add in clomid 50mg for 4 weeks

Hey guys, question...I started the epistane today but I'm also taking RPN's new Alpha Burn. It has alpha yohimbine along with bioperine. My first dose upon waking in the morning consists of these two products (morning cardio)...
My question is, can Bioperine increase the absorption, availability, etc. of designer steroids like Epistane and others, or does it work only for certain nutrients and other compounds?
As long as it doesn't interfere with the Epi in any way I will keep taking it, if it did interfere, I would drop the alpha burn.

It will not increase or decrease the effectiveness of epi, it will kill your appetie, may make you lethargic as well due to its dopamergenic nature. Bioperine has its immune boosting as well as anti-oxidative properties, which is great when on cycle.

Thanks man. I wasn't sure how bioperine affected oral steroids. As long as it doesn't detract from it's effectiveness then I'm good.

So far its the second day. Yesterday's workout of Bi's and chest went great. Felt a teeny bit stronger, but Epi hasn't FULLY kicked in yet.

In terms of what I "feel", the only noticeable effect is libido...holy crap. lol.
Also oddly enough, my appetite feels more "controlled". I don't think it's the alpha-burn as I've been on that for a week and a half, but since yesterday it's just down a bit. Which is a good thing since I'm using Epi for cutting/recomp.
 
Ur appetite will level off. Libido is from the alpha burn. The great thing about that stack is bioperine actually acts as a dgat inhibitor if u add in TTA ull have a great recomp stack.

But I've been taking the alpha-burn for a week and a half and didn't notice libido until I started Epi yesterday. Epi is known to give users sky-rocketing libido yes?

Wow, I didn't know that about Bioperine. That's awesome. I would take TTA, as I love it, but there are 2 problems I encounter with it that I can't have right now...
A) Temporary water retention. After it goes away, the results awesome but the problem is it usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for me and I have a performance on August 30. Time is a factor and I need to keep water retention to a minimum.
B) Appetite. TTA skyrockets my appetite. It's unreal! Even though TTA counters this problem with all of the fat burning, I want to keep my diet on point.
I am picking up some ALCAR later today for it's effect on Androgen receptors. I've heard from RPN that this helps to work synergistically with Epi products however I'm not sure of the dosing of ALCAR or even just straight L-CAR in order to make a difference androgen receptor wise.
 
Now powdered l carnitine is l carnitine l tartrate.

You can look into OEA (zerostim by arli). It helps with the hunger issue and its non stim based and helps with cortisol. However may wanna add that to pct.

You can also look for other ppar alpha agonist they will increase fat burning and repress fat gain. The problem with tta is that it increases dgat activity that's why I said the bioperine would work well with it

ALCAR, alpha y and anything that increases dopamine levels WILL suppress one's appetite.
