10/25/08 - Day 20
Overview : Today was my long day where I go from normal life into doing a few overnight shifts. Supposedly this is going to come to a halt as of this coming monday. I will be doing straight 3p-12a shifts for 6 weeks and then a different shift, etc. I don't know how much I believe it just yet...but we'll see.
I also have a good opportunity arising in nearby Allentown, PA for teaching group Kettlebell Sessions! Looks like i'll be doing 2 classes a week (maybe more depending on interest) to start and then working out the kinks from there. Had a long talk with the gym owners today and I am heading there to check out the facility Tuesday. Totally pumped about that

Meal #3 (post w/o) Protein Shake - 1 scoop AlltheWhey Isolate, 1 scoop Cytodyne Methoxy-Pro, 1/2 cup uncooked oats, 1 cup skim milk, 1 medium banana, 5 ice cubes, sprinkle flax seeds
Meal #4 Bowl of my homemade Chilli with a slice of whole wheat bread.
Meal #5 Chicken breast w/ Frank's red hot sauce, handful of celery, corn, banana.
Meal #6 2 scoops AlltheWhey Blend with 16oz. water
