I always heard wait 2 weeks after last pin to let esters clear before starting PCT, but I've never pinned so I will let someone else chime in that has
 
thanks guys, finished sodium load yesterday. Done lifting, will wrestle again tonight. Fast and dehydrate all day on sat. Wake up sunday eat a candy bar or two, quick pump, oil pose.

For my last set of pics i carb depleted for a week prior. For these i was depleted for that week, loaded for 3 days and am depleting for three days. Combined with a sodium load. Will be interesting to see the difference in how i come in. I am MUCH fuller and vascular, still have abs, but not near as dry and grainy currently.... I havent taken proviron in a week, that is a very dry substance that i feel helped with appearing hard. Being off of that will make me feel comfortable taking scrip dieretics instead of otc. This may help.
 
they may be barbell. I just wanted to take the opportunity to learn more about how my body reacts to prep phases. There is soo much conflicting information on this i thought i'd take 2 different methods and see which peaks better for me.

Plus i was an idiot, and didnt take an ab/thigh last time. so i either need to use one from 3 weeks ago, or this weekend, i think. Unless one is hiding somewhere on my camera.

I also added arginine and low dose creatine in this week.

I DID HOWEVER, diverge from the plan outlined above and went to the gym for 20 minutes today. I was just really really pissed about some ****, so it was either beat the dog or go lift. (jk) I dead lifted some heavy ass weight.

I love taking my aggression and anger out in the gym. When pissed about something those are the days I seem to get the best workout!
 
okay, i switched to distilled water on friday all day, so it drops easier. I woke up at 5a.m. yesterday and had1/4 cup steel oats mixed with vprotein. Drank 16 oz distilled. Submission wrestling and mma practice for 2 hours. And to my dismay it was a super hard class on top of my dehydration and depletion... luckily i had saved 8 oz distilled to drink during practice and 4 oz after with some bcaa.

so i fasted since 11 yesterday, i consumed 2oz water only to take pills. i took expell every 2 hrs. till bed... i woke up at 6 today, peed orange.... now i just ate a king size milky way and a reeses big cup. currently laying on my back with legs elevated for 30 or 40 minutes, than im gonna go pump up and take a set of pics.

Its right before i go and during pump im not sure with... Do i allow a few oz of water?
I will be taking a super dose of arginine (hope i dont get stomach ache from this), creatine super dose, not sure about bcaa, waxy, probably add some glycerol. Its just hard to take all this without water.... So we'll see, i wish i could try all this separately to know whats best...

so i believe i answered many of the questions i had an hour ago...
probably taking nothing is best, other than just 1 regular sized candy bar. I felt very sick, i took everything with minimal water, started cramping badly during a few wu/pump sets before pics. Still feel very i'll.

I also had another set back... my good camera ran out of batteries immediately. Very glad i took a practice run already.. not very glad that i fasted and dehydrated AGAIN. This really messes up your gi tract, ****s with my eyes/skin and wastes days of my life. (debatable that it makes me a stronger person by testing will = a positive)

No water! Fat and carbs with sodium will blow you up, sips of water (2oz total) is all you should have if you're going for water depleted look (unless you're really flat).

Really no need for all the powders, fat/carb/sodium works amazing in a depleted state I found out.

Dude did pre-judging yesterday, then when he came back in the evening he was vascular as all hell. He had a Five Guys burger with fries and 6 packs of salt, no water. It was INSANE with veins crowding out his muscles in his shoulders/arms!
 
Okay, saw the pics in the transformation thread and had to come in here and read your whole log. That was just flat out insane, man. Not only did you end up looking absolutely sickly, shredded, your lifts are all crazy strong, too. I am in awe.

As soon as I get my hypothyroidism leveled out and can actually lose weight, I would strongly consider running the cycle that you did.

Congratulations, man!

(and I lol'd hard at the strangling the computer and mr. photobucket line :lol: )

Sorry, I am sure its posted but I dont have a lot of time to hunt around. But did you log your diet, or just macros? If you did I will hunt it down later, if not dont want to waste time trolling through 12 pages lol
 
just macros, that a dropped down throughout the whole comp...
but 95% of my diet was yams, chicken, steel cut oats, spinach, swalia fish, shrimp, tilapia

- zero off days, mostly double sessions for 12 weeks strt.
- zero cheat days,meals or bites
- no refeeds of any kind

Lol. No joke that my friend is intense. My woman and kids would have tried to kill me in my sleep if I did that. Heck I hear it now. I am sick of eating chicken all the time. My answer is fine then there is venison or fish you pick. Lol

That right there shows what kind of work you put into this, and most people would fail at half that list. No refeeds and no cheats is insane. I could never do that.

Chevy, your transformation is amazing too, a lifestyle change for the MUCH better! Keep it up no matter what, it'll pay dividends!
