okay, i switched to distilled water on friday all day, so it drops easier. I woke up at 5a.m. yesterday and had1/4 cup steel oats mixed with vprotein. Drank 16 oz distilled. Submission wrestling and mma practice for 2 hours. And to my dismay it was a super hard class on top of my dehydration and depletion... luckily i had saved 8 oz distilled to drink during practice and 4 oz after with some bcaa.
so i fasted since 11 yesterday, i consumed 2oz water only to take pills. i took expell every 2 hrs. till bed... i woke up at 6 today, peed orange.... now i just ate a king size milky way and a reeses big cup. currently laying on my back with legs elevated for 30 or 40 minutes, than im gonna go pump up and take a set of pics.
Its right before i go and during pump im not sure with... Do i allow a few oz of water?
I will be taking a super dose of arginine (hope i dont get stomach ache from this), creatine super dose, not sure about bcaa, waxy, probably add some glycerol. Its just hard to take all this without water.... So we'll see, i wish i could try all this separately to know whats best...
