If you want to maximize your gains in 8 weeks it really depends on your program. Your forearms could gain 1-2 inches if your program consists of playing xbox.
If you don't take something for estro side effects you will most likely gain at least a cup size.
Seriously, you can do a lot 8 weeks. I am doing 6 and my weight is up 7 lbs. it was up 9-10 the week leading up to estro sides rearing their ugly head.
But i trained 4-5 days a week and ate like I was sumo wrestler at an all you can eat buffet- waking up in the middle of the night eating a PB&J and a glass of whole milk. I usually do not eat much.
If you are going to run TD Trest pick up a bottle of caps as well and toss back a couple PWO, you will swear like a pig but you workout like an animal. At least I did.
