Lower back is in much pain for 2 weeks now:@, the ab workout really irritated the back.....plus the heavy bent over rows, but I'm stubborn so I got through it. Triceps are still sore from Thursday's tricep workout:| so I'm gonna do Chest on Wednesday instead and will prob do legs tomorrow.
 
I do like this stack very much!! MST puts out a great product and i have heard good things about PP. . are you using C.E.L'S Formestane or PP's??
 
I would throw up if I had OJ pre-workout, how long have you been doing that?

I started using Orange tropicana 100% pure and Natural Orange juice on Day 12, I figured it would be a better source of natural surgars, as before I was using plain sugary juice or gatorade.

Do you think sticking with Gatorade would be better?

No that there's anything wrong with it, just the acidity would kill me and I don't consume any macro's that close to my workout. Everyone has a different approach, stick with what works.

It was't the best workout today, my triceps were still sore so I knew I wasn't beating any PR's, but still manage to tie my PR on bench. at the end of my workout my left shoulder was really hurting and thats the same shoulder that was injured for a year, so I just stopped this time and went to the bike. I will let the shoulder rest, it doesn't feel to bad today and it's legs so it's all good.

Also, I feel like I have really over did the food with this bulk, I put on some fat that I prob shouldn't have, so I'm gonna lower the cals and turn this thing into more of a recomp and maybe get down to a leaner 195lbs.

Loving the strength gains, it's been really fun focusing on weights for a month, instead of just doing grappling and kickboxing.

I find it's hard to get in the weight workouts I need to gain size while trying to do mma training everyday and cardio, but I will do the best that I can to keep my strength gains that I get when I start focusing on that again:)

O ya, I love the aggression from it, I find low dose of it works really good for me, of course I find body comp wise you notice it better on a cut, but I'm taking it for the aggression and to make sure I don't get any estrogen from the Dermacrine:D

Cre-02 & Citruvol Ultra Combo!!!

Day 26, Today was my last day of Citruvol ultra, still managed to get good looking pumps and vascularity even tho I had to go light on triceps. Got 1 day left of Cre-02. I will post up my final review on Cre-02 and Citruvol Ultra on saturday or sunday.

O boy, not the best day for me, I was happy to get 2 new PR's, but my elbow flaired up so bad on my last set of skull crushers, it was very inflammed, red and swollen.

I will let it rest for the weekend and hopefully it feels better.

Then I had to go to my wifes grandma's place and she ordered pizza, which made me very sick all night:S which sucked, still don't feel the best today.

I had a poor diet all week, mon, tues and wed were amazing workouts, but when you eat bad you will start to feel bad, so starting saturday when I get back home I will focus on eating very healthy.
 
also sad to see the end is nearly very fast here...but what a way to go out on Citruvol huh? great session man
 
CRE-02 & Citruvol Ultra by Millenium Sport Technologies! REVIEW!!!

Strength- Felt like a had a pretty good boost in strength, I felt a boost right from the start and just kept getting better!

Recovery and Endurance- I would have to say this is where the product stuck out the most, I feel the endurance increase was huge, muscle endurance went up and also recovery time inbetween sets. Very impressed with this combo for endurance!

Energy- I feel like there is def an increase with energy, not a stim feeling but an increase in muscle performance that let me keep going and going.

Pumps- Next to endurance the Pumps were insane, I was very shocked that I was getting such good pumps and vascularity, wasn't expecting this at all, but after you take a dose with in an hour and a half your in the gym and can def see a differance in veins and pumps!

Regular Creatine and Citruline Malate compared to CRE-02 and Citruvol Ultra- You know what there is no comparison, I noticed a size increase much faster with CRE-02 then what normal creatine would do for me, also less bloating. Citruline Malate at 8grams pre-workout never gave me pumps or vascularity like Citruvol Ultra, even with less citruline malate in Citruvol Ultra it still conquers regular citruline malate.

I would rate these products a 10 out of 10!


Final thoughts- Very impressed, they worked much better then I was expecting, I really believed they would be no better then regular creatine and citruline malate but I was wrong, very wrong, it's so much more effective and noticeable I can't really put them in the same category.

I wish I had more but I'm out, I took Hemovol instead friday for my shoulder workout and I hear Hemovol is an amazing pump product and it didn't give me as good of pumps as Citruvol Ultra.

I'm very happy and thankful MST gave me the chance to log these products and I have decided once I'm done this stack and then my PCT stack, I will take a break for a few weeks then start Cre-02, Citruvol Ultra, Cordy-5, RPG and Nitroceps, I will be sure to log it:)
 
Update

Just wanted to give a little update, I didn't log friday, like I said it's been a bad week for diet I've been out on a little vacation for the week, but the diet and logging will be back on track monday.

Now I did hurt my elbow a bit Thursday, feels like maybe a bit of tendonitis, it's swollen and pretty much hurts to do anything pushing, even taking my damn shirt off irritates it.

So I'm going to the walk in tomorrow, gonna see if I can get a prescription for some Nsaids cream to put on my elbow, I ran out of Cissus today, the worse time ever, I'll be ordering more tomorrow and hopefully it gets here fast, I'm gonna take off weights tomorrow and let it rest, I'll make tomorrow a cardio day.

I upped my dose for Omega 3'6'9 to 8 a day....hoping thats not to much... also started Glucosamine chondroitan sulfate and MSM...also double dosing that for hopes it will help.

Super happy I'm at 300 for squats!, I had a hard time squating 185lbs cause of my knee but the pain hasn't been as bad lately and my squat just keeps going up:D
