Well I felt good pumps and vascularity, and a bit of a boost, but I would still say Citrucvol Ultra and Cre-02 gives me better pumps and endurance! but for the price I got it for and the ingredents in there can't beat the price!

Good day!, so happy I curled 135lbs 10 reps, when I was injured 7 months ago and started back I thought I would never beat my PR of 7 reps again, I got pretty damn thin from not being able to do weights for a 10 months.

aha Ya I'll never end up the on the stage, I would have to stick to bodybuilding for a long time to do that and not even sure if my genitics would do very good.

I had a shoulder injury for about a 10 months, all I could really do is cardio, I went from 195lbs to 165lbs pretty fast, lost so much strength and size, but I've been training again for about 7 months now, it sucked at first I started benching with 135lbs with lots of struggle, took a couple months to be able to do kickboxing and grappling again.

I stuck with conditioning and MMA training for a few months at 170lbs, I was training for a grappling tourny and it got canceled 18 hours before weigh ins, so I was pissed and thought screw that my 6'1 frame needs to weigh more so I bulked and focused on weights and mma but now I took 4 weeks, to just focus on weights.

I'm very happy with my size and strength gains, so when I start training at the mma gym again I'll go down to 190ish and compete at 185lbs and hopefully get a fight or a tourny some time near the end of PCT :D

Grappling was killer, for doing grappling for awhile holy ****!, my body is so dead from yesterday, I'm really forcing myself to go to Kickboxing tonight.

There is a grappling tourny coming up July 31st, depending where my weight is at I may compete, I would compete at 185lbs, but I don't wanna rush my weight going down and lose the strength I gained, so I'll see where my weights at next week.

Notes
Really hard 3 days of training, Wednesday I did lots of rounds of grappling and mma sparring, I felt really great during all the rounds and I'm really happy, my body was feeling overly sore.

I also took 8 pumps of Dermacrine, def felt some anxiety.

I went and did some more grappling at night and my body is toast now, I need a day or 2 off.

I havn't been able to update as much, I've been super busy.

I start sustain alpha today(thursday) and will get back at it friday or saturday depending on how the body is responding.

Dermacrine Review

Energy- 9/10 I felt like Dermacrine gave me a good energy through the day.

Mood/Aggression- 7/10 Some really good aggression, but I feel like more of it came from Formestane.

Libido- 8/10 Libido def went up! Nothing to crazy but noticeable.

Endurance- 9/10 With not focusing on Endurance that much I def feel a big increase!

Strength- 10/10 This was the most noticeable thing from Dermacrine, big strength increases, feeling much stronger, very happy with the results.

Pump and Vascularity- 6/10 Not to crazy, got good pumps from the other products I was taking, but when stoping them and just using Dermacrine the pumps were only a little bit better.

Body Composition and Look- 8/10 Def look thicker and feeling much stonger, it will be nice when I cut to see how lean I look at 185 compared to before.

Recovery- 9/10 Recovery went up a lot during the 4 weeks of weights.

Appetite- 6/10 Appetite did go up a bit, but not as much as I was expecting.

Positives
- Strength went way up!
- Endurance got better.
- Libido was up a good amount.
- Good energy and well since of being.
- Good Recovery.
- Put on a good amount of size.
- No side effects!!!!

Negatives- Only 1 bad thing to say, putting it on every morning starts to get annoying and seems like it doesn't always go into the skin the very good.

Overall I give this product a 9 out of 10

Final thoughts on Dermacrine
I enjoyed Dermacrine very much, I think it's a very good product, I may use it again some day but next time I plan on trying Dermacrine LV, sometime next summer and I will use it on a cut.

I'm impressed with Primordial Performance, they seem to make very good products, I never hear anything bad about them, I will be using more PP products in the future:) I wish I could get Pre-max and Androhard in Canada =^^= lol

I'm only going to be using this on weight workout days, I really enjoyed it, the pumps were amazing and looked noticeably fuller.

Pretty good workout, kept it light weight and high reps, right shoulder has been tender so didn't want to go heavy, also back still in pain, but I'm working for the rest of the week and will rest, then starting Sunday or monday I will be back and will really focus on the fat burning!!! I need to cut 13 pounds by Aug 21st, I will be cutting in a grappling tourny, it's been awhile so I'm pumped!

Shoulder was hurting in front but seems to be ok doing back, so I created a workout that would make me really use muscle endurance and it felt really good.

Got Grappling today(wednesday) hopefully my shoulder doesn't hurt like last time.

Couldn't have said it n e better myself. . how do you feel over all with all of those supplements coarsing through the veins. . .sometimes i feel a touch dirty when i have sooo many changes going on with in my body. . .i'm very in tune with how my body feels and i'm sure as are you. . . overall feelings in this matter?

Well with supplements I'm on right now, it's Sustain Alpha, HCGenerate, Need2slin and N2KTS that I find is helping the most, I'm feeling really good on this stack.

I havn't had the best training in the last 2 weeks, but thats from nagging little injuries and work. But I plan on killing it from hear on out to Aug 21st, I'll be entering 185lbs grappling tourny, it's been way to long now and I need to start competing consistently.

I'm resting thursday, my body just isn't responding today, will rest friday since I have to work all night, but when I get back saturday morning I'll take a nap then hit the gym and do some grappling, then work saturday all night, rest sunday.

Starting monday I'm gonna kick training up a notch, I'm really motivated, I'm gonna get a lot of grappling, cardio and conditioning in the next 2 weeks.

ugh my new Job keeps calling me for shifts out of no where, I had to work yesterday so I was only able to train once(Day20 will post soon) and I almost had to do another 8 hour shift right after my shift, thank God they never ended up needing me:D, or todays workouts would have sucked lol

Hows it taste LOL well I'm taking the topical so I'll be honest I havn't tasted it yet lol :bigok: ahaha but I'm putting on 5-6 pumps a day, drys up much better then the Dermacrine and smells kinda like green tea :D

Yup I bulked up to 208lbs on Dermacrine, now cutting down to 185lbs, only took me like 3-4 weeks to lose 23lbs :D 3 more days untill my grappling tourny!!!:D

Day 33, I used the blender this time, like it's good stuff, but the batch I got is all gritty, the cake batter isn't gritty at all, I don't care tho, it's hell of a good protein and tastes way better then most of the other **** they got out there!

Well I felt good pumps and vascularity, and a bit of a boost, but I would still say Citrucvol Ultra and Cre-02 gives me better pumps and endurance! but for the price I got it for and the ingredents in there can't beat the price!

Good day!, so happy I curled 135lbs 10 reps, when I was injured 7 months ago and started back I thought I would never beat my PR of 7 reps again, I got pretty damn thin from not being able to do weights for a 10 months.
