DAY 20 ARMS

Ok guys again awesome workout...I can nvr get tired of gym...I think that's my second home lol...I love working out and if I have the energy I would go to gym everyday lol...but work get me a bit tired but I still go 5days a week and work my azz off...did arms today and it was amazing...the pumps, strength and the energy was great...can't tell you guys how lean I'm looking...today's weight is 166lbs...and there's a sad news...I'm out of MM...today I had my last serving :(...it was great working out with MM...I will posture final reviews at the end...today diet was again super clean...I think dosing 4caps of FS really helping my cravings...energy is great from FS...Dpol again gave me solid pumps today...everything looking great guys...tomorrow I'm off work and gym...it's my date day lol...I spend all day with my girl...I need to take another day off from work coz my girl always complain one day is not enough lol...but I can help it either coz it's family business and I gotta help my family as well...well here's my workout detail...enjoy guys :)

Yeah bro I just posted as well, but I went to gym at 8 tonight after being up since 440 am for work. Something fierce is kicking in and it's getting crazy. AM was down for some time.

You did a good job and made a commitment. I remember speaking to you back in Dec and seeing those old pics you had. Guess all that cardio, diet, C20 & EPro, & Purus line did you well.... Or was it the epistane? ;)

Man if I didn't get such bad sides from PHs I'd do another cycle but methyls don't leave me feeling well and I feel weaker when on.
 
Think epi play a big part in the results? I know you had everything in order as well.

Yea bro epistane did really good for me but I really worked my azz off...trust me I nvr worked this hard and I gained around 12-14lbs with that cycle...here are few pics after I finished my cycle and you can tell I look HUGE...

Yes bro I Nvr lost any bf% on epistane cycle...I just wanted to gain and get in shape...and I really worked hard for it...today I'm all lean and getting close to my goals is coz of Anabolic Mind...seriously if I Nvr joined this forums these companies Nvr gonna give me chance to log there products...and coz of logging opportunity and support from my brothers here...I'm getting close to my goals...seriously once again I wanna thanks all the companies who gave me chance to log here (Finaflex, Athletix Sports, USPLABS, PES And Purus Labs) thank you all...coz of you I'm here and everyday getting close to my goals :)

I agree the camraderie on this site is like no other.The sterotypical roid rage mentality that most us expect us to have is roid respect and humility.
I've said it so many times but bb.com vs AM gets beaten to the ground every time.Full of trolls and people who don't even lift,or know what it's like to lift.Plus if you mention anything hormone related you get banned.

Yes this site does indeed attract the hard trainees,the most dedicated people in our small community.

You deserve every bit of this, and you know I love supps and natty stuff...but no supplement did this for you (sorry if a rep or company gets p1ssed off) You got this all by yourself bro, no supplement, even AAS stuff or PH/DS can achieve sh1t without the passion and will you have been putting into this :) I'm proud to have a brother like you man seriously!

Ok guys did chest yesterday...I been working out alone and have no help to spot me so I been doing little light weight...strength is down a bit maybe coz I'm losing weight...but for my weight the lifts are pretty good so I won't complain...diet also been a suckish past few days...having few drinks at night and eating a bit junk too...but for some reason every morning I wake up and see my myself and I look lean as fack...and weight is going down as well...so here's my yesterday workout detail...and sorry again for not updating in time..,it just I'm going thur some stuff and feel but lazy to type all this stuff lol...

DAY 25 SHOULDER (TODAY)

Ok guys did shoulder this morning and did ok...I went to gym without eating and felt a bit weird...but overall it was good workout...cardio was great too and I look lean as fack...today the first time ever I checked my bf%...a trainer in my gym checked it for me with clippers coz I don't kno how they check bf%...I think I goes by your age...that's what the trainer said...she checked bf from 4places...biceps, triceps, back and hip...after I checking everything she said I'm pretty lean and I'm 12% bf...that really felt good but I wanna be 8% or less...and I weight myself today and I was shocked...I weight 164lbs even tho I'm eating sh1t lol...I guess HIIT cardio is legit ...love doing cardio...overall it was good and aiming for 8%bf now...I'll get there soon ;)

Killer curling power bro! Standing barbell curls used to be my strongest lift as well, havn't been able to do them in a long time cause of the back of course, but I am workin on the preacher curls. Biceps for the win :D lol

Heck yeah more vids! Man i did the 95lbs for 6 reps 3 sets and was hurting so I'd have no clue what a max would be for me but just thinking of 150lbs hurts me.
