Thanks man. The way my body responds to diet and training has changed a lot the last year. I used to do cardio all the time.

Well you lucky that ur body changed in a good way...on other hand my body sux...i eat any junk I get fat...I have to watch everything...I used to drink a beer or two once a week...now I'm gonna quit that too...I kno it's gonna help my body alot by quitting alcohol...but it's hard to get ripped with good size like you...

Its been good for body compostion, but has its negatives too. Keep sticking to what works best for you. You're doing a great job!

DAY 47 REST

DAY 48 ARMS

Ok guys after a day off work and gym I went back today and killed it!!! Really felt great giving a day rest to my body...did arms today and arms looking huge...veins popping out from everywhere lol...looking vascular as fack!!! Usually on my day off I drink a beer or two but yesterday I didn't drink anything and felt great...I really want to quit alcohol...I just drink one day a week but I wanna quit that also...I think that's the only thing effecting me getting my abs.,,so I will try to stay clean from now on...diet was good...weighted myself and I'm 177lbs but look the same size and everything...and weekends here so that's mean 14hrs shift FML!!!! I really hate this sh1t...I have to be awake in 5hrs and work 14hrs and again day after tomorrow 14hrs...weekends really get me tired but I still try to go to gym and nvr try to skip gym...well that's it for now...and one more thing I still haven't got my c20 and erase pro...don't kno wat to do...it sux I hope I get the stuff soon...here's my workout detail...

All that work and still managed to amaze me like always bro with your killer arm workouts , bro really oO I have never seen someone workout so hard in their arms and still have time to pack in 300 crunches and 30 minutes of cardio!!! DAMN BRO , you KNOW you want this! And you will get it , keep it up , 2 scoops of craze can get yah anywhere hahaha as long as you have motivation and maybe some 2 scoops of hemavol to go with it ;)!

I upped the intensity in my workouts , shortened rest in between sets from 2 mins to 30secs to 60 secs tops , also working for 3 weeks to total failure , drop sets , rest pauses , all HIGH volume BUT starting real low volume , maybe 3-5 reps with HIGH weight for 2-3 sets and the other 2-3 sets per excercise will be the same weight plus 2 drop sets or 2 rest pauses , throwing in more negatives also , all gets cycled but the goal is maximum hypertrophy , and thr 5/3/1 for the main lifts (compounds) yields more mass and strength too! :p

Then I just throw in a 1 week deload and start over haha

I love high intensity workouts lol...yea but go with heavy weights and less reps that way you can get strong and big...I heard heavy weights and less reps put on muscle mass and low weights high reps for cutting...just keep eating like animal bro...I wanna see you at 170lbs ;)
 
DAY 50 REST

DAY 51 CHEST

Ok guys yesterday was day off gym but did long shift at work...I was really tired...got off work and came home passed out...had great and long azz sleep...I slept over 12hrs...felt great this morning...fresh and new...coming from gym now and I killed it again...did awesome chest workout...strength going up but I'm losing weight...today my weight is 173lbs...from past week I been losing 2lbs a day...maybe all that cardio....but size looks the same that's a good thing...not drinking alcohol and junk food helping also...diet been good today....everything going great beside one thing...I still haven't receive my c20 and erase pro...I need to ask PES and USPLABS what should I do??? I really wanna see some more results...I been getting great results...I hope some reps will answer me...for now here's my workout detail :)

DAY 52 LEGS AND ABS

Ok guys did legs today and killed it again...my legs are shaking lol...did heavy weights...feel real good...can't believe I'm just getting stronger and stronger...lots of energy and focus...diet been good today...everything going great...still haven't received my c20 and erase pro...just taking preworkout, multi v and BCAA...it's a good thing also coz this gives my liver a break..I'm gonna wait this week if I get the package I will continue and if not I'll just leave this log and continue later on...I don't wats taking so long to deliver a package...oh well I been waiting like a crazy maniac...hoping everyday I'll get something in mail today...now I lost hope...still doing great without supps so no worries lol...here's my workout detail...

I dunno how in the hell you guys leg press 600lbs+... what is that like 5-6+ plates a side? My twig ass legs would snap in half. I have to ****ing move that weight like 1.5feet just to even get a solid rep in. I'd die. LOL.

DAY 53 SHOULDERS

Ok guys today I did shoulders and I think I did good...I was feeling kinda tired today so I skipped few workouts...but overall I did good and I'm satisfy and sore lol...diet been good today and I'm losing weight like crazy...today I weight 171lbs...WTF!!! But everything look the same size and abs showing more now...looking leaner...nvr looked this way before...really happy with it...I'm still holding my muscles but losing weight and that was my goal...let's see how far I can lose weight and keeping the same size...strength is same and everything looking good...tomorrow is my day off work and gym so I'll be relaxing and eating dome healthy food...still haven't received my package hoping to get it soon...here's my workout detail...

Yep its in my sig. Just finished up logging Alpha T2 for PES and I've moved on to Erase Pro + DCP (both unsponsored). And running the EC stack. And Abliderate Advanced. :D! So far things are going well. This week sucks. Moving from my house (selling it Friday) to fiance's and so my diet is kind of messed up but all of the extra carbs are helping me kill it in the gym like a boss!

PJ I did legs today instead of shoulder lol!!! Awesome lifts brother and I'm just starting to try out shrugs!!! Do you prefer to use them on db's, straight bars, or smith? Which ever would be better on my shoulders but still get the job done?

I saw brother great leg workout!!! I do shrugs on straight bar...but if you nvr try shrugs before go with smith and keep you back straight...just wear a belt to be safe....doing heavy shrugs can hurt your lower back...

When I do my shrugs I noticed that the higher up in weight I go on the barbell the worse my form becomes. I can't quite shrug as high (try to get your collarbones to look like they are gonna hit your ears lol), and my usual approach with the bar is to get it away from my body so that its not rubbing against me as I do the rep... and a lot of the time my friggin' junk gets in the way of the bar making it uncomfortable. I usually warmup with the bar and then move to DBs since I can keep them at my sides, and then I'll finish up with a burnout set using the barbell again.
 
Lol yea I'm going back to squats. Doin 1100+ pounds on leg press... Gets annoying to take all the weight off after lol plus I don't wanna take all the weights. People are amazed but I'm respectful lol

Haha yea man no joke. Sucks too. So I always try and make sure the weight/bar is just a little bit out in front of me so that doesn't happen but once I get to like 225lbs+ its hard to keep that in control. Just gonna have to tuck that **** into my waistband or something. lol

You should give smith shrugs a try so you can have more control over keeping your junk at a comfortable distance.

Lol thanks brother!!! It's all the AM brother here who inspire me and that wanna make me lift and push myself harder than before....really amazing pplz here who like to help and support each other...love this place!!!

And yea Six pack journey continues lol...I got really good results with c20 and erase pro...if I kept going a month more I would've definitely have my abs...the abs are showing tho...just wanna lose some more bf% :)
