DAY 49 BACK
Ok guys after long azz shift from work I got off and went to gym...I wasn't feeling it today for gym coz I was really exhausted and tired...I came home from work ate some food and I laid down on my bed for 15mins so I can relax my legs...I was falling asleep...my eyes were red and then I got up washed my face and went to gym...I didn't want to miss it today so I can rest tomorrow and sleep long hrs lol...took 2scoop of craze and went wild on weights lol...every lift I was doing it was feeling light...I think craze got me all pumped up lol...diet was Alrite today...weight myself and I'm 175lbs...can't believe it...I'm down 2lbs from yesterday...but everything look same...my arms look the same...I guess I'm getting leaner and losing the bf% with all that cardio I been doing...well tomorrow also have long shift at work but no gym tomorrow...so I'll be sleeping long hrs lol...I hope I get my c20 and erase pro on Monday...so here's my workout detail...
