DAY 45 LEGS AND ABS

Ok guys today was legs and abs day...didn't do too many legs workout coz my ankle was still hurting a bit so I don't put more pressure on it...but still I did some light legs workout and did lots of abs...I'm really focusing on my abs coz it starting to come out and I really want my abs...trying really hard to get to my goals...soon I'll be getting to run my another month of c20 and erase pro...can't wait to start again....this stack really did wonder for me that's why I'm really excited...diet been good today...and nothing special to report...so here's my workout detail....

Every oral I have taken has sucked for me.
I always get head aches, always tired, strength doesn't improve & appetite drops. So far I've used DMZ & P-mag. Same thing both times.

It's better that you're natty...ph is harsh and too many sides...not good for body...epi was my first cycle and I gained good weight and strength...I don't want to gain more...I'm gonna keep natty too...I'm 178lbs now and wanna stay around same weight...just wanna cut more bf% which I'm working on it and so far it's going great...(:

Right. I may try epi, not sure. Staying consistent is the biggest thing. You ever used Prime solo? I used it with my C20 stack but I was taking 4 caps a day & only for a month. Strength improved but C20 & Prime was used in conjunction. Curious if u used Prime solo & what came out of it for you.

No I nvr used prime before...this is the first time I used prime with c20 and erase pro...I nvr tried too many supps before beside Oxyelite and few preworkouts...

DAY 46 SHOULDERS

Ok guys today was shoulders and did really good...really killed my shoulders today lol...strength going up and reps as well...diet been good today...I'm down 2 more pounds...now my weight is 176lbs...but looking big and lean...I started to see more cuts on my arms...tomorrow is day off from gym and work...so I'm gonna relax and give my muscles a break...today was day4 in row to gym.....my muscles and I look very tired...tomorrow I will recover and continue my gym on Friday...so far everything going good and soon my package will arrive and I will start taking my c20 and erase pro...here's my workout detail...

DAY 47 REST

DAY 48 ARMS

Ok guys after a day off work and gym I went back today and killed it!!! Really felt great giving a day rest to my body...did arms today and arms looking huge...veins popping out from everywhere lol...looking vascular as fack!!! Usually on my day off I drink a beer or two but yesterday I didn't drink anything and felt great...I really want to quit alcohol...I just drink one day a week but I wanna quit that also...I think that's the only thing effecting me getting my abs.,,so I will try to stay clean from now on...diet was good...weighted myself and I'm 177lbs but look the same size and everything...and weekends here so that's mean 14hrs shift FML!!!! I really hate this sh1t...I have to be awake in 5hrs and work 14hrs and again day after tomorrow 14hrs...weekends really get me tired but I still try to go to gym and nvr try to skip gym...well that's it for now...and one more thing I still haven't got my c20 and erase pro...don't kno wat to do...it sux I hope I get the stuff soon...here's my workout detail...

Two 14 hour shifts in a row sucks! I remember the last time I did a 17 hour, then the next day 14 hour, so i feel your pain, it's gonna suck LOL.

I couldn't imagine working out after a 14 hour shift.

Lol yea bro it really sux...and this is every weekend and I been doing this for last 5yrs...last weekend I lied and said I was sick so I didn't go to work for 3days lol...that was fun and I really needed it...then I thought about it and lost around 40hrs...that's like 500bucks :(..

Last 5 years!!! I would go nuts, I was doing really stupid hours like that on weekends for a year and couldn't take it anymore. My job was giving me long shifts on weekends and stupid split shifts during the week, I couldn't take it anymore, moved on to something else. Props for sticking with it!

Unfortunately I can't move on coz it's family business...I used to do crazy hours before...like over 100hrs a week...now I'm doing over 60hrs but before it was crazy...no time for gym or sleep..

By the end of the day it diminishes because I'm trying I bulk about a bit and I wake up and seems like I'm more cut up. I just try to remember that when I'm thinking you've ate to much every day! Mind games are a beotch! Keep at it six pack is close bro! Then you won't even care you'll want the eight pack! It's never enough with guys that have the dedication like us!!

Those long days and 60+ hour weeks are rough I know that all too well. Yet doesn't it feel damn goo when you realize at our age how good we support out selves? Keep pushing bro!

Thanks bro!!! Yea cardio is really important for me...gotta keep the stamina up...and yea bro getting six pack is so hard...and once you get it you have to watch everything wat to eat....facking sux...specially me if I get it I have to be extra careful coz I gain fat do easily...

And yea bro been working like this since I was 14 lol...and feel really proud coz I take care of myself...nvr asked help from anyone...I pay my bills...have a nice car and house...I got my brand new car at age of 18 and I paid for it...not my parents or anyone...it sure feel dam good to stand on your own feet!!!! :)

Ok guys after long azz shift from work I got off and went to gym...I wasn't feeling it today for gym coz I was really exhausted and tired...I came home from work ate some food and I laid down on my bed for 15mins so I can relax my legs...I was falling asleep...my eyes were red and then I got up washed my face and went to gym...I didn't want to miss it today so I can rest tomorrow and sleep long hrs lol...took 2scoop of craze and went wild on weights lol...every lift I was doing it was feeling light...I think craze got me all pumped up lol...diet was Alrite today...weight myself and I'm 175lbs...can't believe it...I'm down 2lbs from yesterday...but everything look same...my arms look the same...I guess I'm getting leaner and losing the bf% with all that cardio I been doing...well tomorrow also have long shift at work but no gym tomorrow...so I'll be sleeping long hrs lol...I hope I get my c20 and erase pro on Monday...so here's my workout detail...

I had a big head start on you (had to basically start over, but "muscle memory" has been huge)...you're well on your way. I'm trying to build up my endurance to half your level.
