start with 2 caps of potassium nitrate and work your way up to 3 or even 4 if you feel it's needed, find the sweet spot for you and continue taking that amount

Max Pump, is great. After 4-5 days the pump becomes pretty much all day long.
You should feel the pumps pretty much from the first day. I dose Kno3 and Agmatine about 45 minutes pre wo. I would say its most prevalent on days I would arms and shoulderStarted today with 1 gram agmatine, 3 caps of kno3, a scoop or creatine, and 1 cap reduce xt at 9am. 930 had a banana and some avocado, 945 was starting in the gym.
I felt a little tighter than usually but nothing crazy. How long does it take to begin feeling the crazy pumps everyone speaks of? And is it ok to eat a little something after or should i eat befote dosing. I go to the gym in the am
High Volume and Hemavol are my go to products for pumps.

Does the agmatine/kno3 have any effects on erection quality at all?
Citrulline has a definite effect if you are after that. They have done studies showing the improvement in erection quality and as an alternative to cialis/viagra. Bonus is a killer pump and endurance. I had it in my PN agmatine stack and ran out, but didn't buy more because the PN endurance was more than enough. After a couple weeks now, I do realize how much impact it had on erection strength.
