And to all a goodnight!

PS sorry the pictures came out funky and the lighting is terrible... It's way to late to retake but I'll add better ones in the morning if I wake up and feel this are still as bad.

I know a lot of people believe in *Dieting you lose muscle* But honestly my stats and progress beg to differ. My lifts have consistently been going up and if i was "losing" muscle i would be weaker so the day my lifts start dropping from me not pushing hard enough will be the signal that i need a break. It would probably be different if i was like 5% or so but well just have to see!

Great work done in here guys! And think, this was just 4 weeks, you have 48 more in a year, 12 times the results!!! KEEP IT UP!

Yeah. Everybody will be hovering around 2% easy by then. :P

All I know is I just downed some serious rice. :). This was my first experience like this ever and never in my life have I seen such results so quickly. Goes to show how important effort is.

Yes! When people are shocked on how i progress i just tell them it's no secret just extreme hard work. Especially my initial 90lb weight gain.
Took some SERIOUS work but well worth it :D *Besides the fat*
In fact i can't wait to bulk again but this time around 500 calories over maintenance instead of 1000-1500 haha should work really really well

Yeah, sounds about like when I shot to 322 from 285 last winter :nono2:. Did see some nice strength gains and all, but >300 was freaking ridicules.

I agree, i'm gonna go for the slow/steady wins the race type of thing from now on :D

i went from abot 1 hr. a week cardio to 12 hrs. a week for this contest.seeing you guys and the efforts you were putting in motivated me that much more.

thanks for a chance to win and for motivation.i'm gonna keep up this routine and get back where i need to be.

That's a lot of cardio! Well done, keep up the motivation!

Yeah it seems like this contest kicked all of our asses into work mode, I was dieting before hand but now i'm in the grove of doing intense cardio every off training day. Literally a WIN-WIN situation!

Good to see the motivation and success! We will be collecting data, guys have you received a PM from a rep yet? If not please shoot me a PM and I'll give you the directions for what to do next.

The tick tock of the clock is painful. All sane and logical, I wanna tear it off the wall.

(obviously regarding waiting for some androhard). ::crosses fingers:: :P

Sorry for the late entry. Laptop was in the shop. Stupid Explorer update rendered half the stuff I use for work useless. I dropped 3 lbs to 292 from 295. Not a winner but I feel better and it may have helped me to get in shape so that I can exercise more regularly.

Congrats to all participants

Just keep making progress, pound by pound. Each step is a victory, you only lose when you give up or are burried.

Ok gents, it has been a week since we all submitted results.after pics and data. I am aware that unless you all have opted to do a separate AM and Primordial Performance forums contest, the winners have all been chosen and no one here on AM made the cut. That is cool, we were all told there would be other forums active in the contest. My only question is, having known that, why keep those who were obtuse to that fact waiting?

I agree, no offence to the other forum but i felt the contest was very forum biased. The winner did claim he was 12% and dropped to 7% and lost 13lbs. Honestly to me i couldn't see where the whole 13lbs came from *maybe his thighs and ass?* I lost 8lbs and the difference was night and day, I suspect he lost 5lbs tops because first pic he had abs with a tiny pudge and the last he had lost most of the pudge. Yeah i know i'm a "sore loser" just his stats sound kinda fishy.... Either way i'm still on the diet and making good progress so i'm happy. :)

My apologies, I should have given you guys the info. I hope though that this contest allowed you guys to get closer to reaching your goal.

No bias, we looked over all of the results and came to our decision.

Aye, that it did Sir and thank you and Primordial as a whole for providing some extra incentive.

Tiny, not trying to argue, but I can understand why they picked the guys they did. The had killer results. That is not to disparage or dismiss what anyone here did. I know you, as well as others, busted their asses man and I can understand being disappointed, but IMO the selections were fair.

^^^^ the winner went from 12/13% bf down to 7......a ton harder than someone to drop from say 25% to 15%......the lower you go, it is very very hard, EVEN WITH anabolics, fat burners and the like.....he did it in 4wks natty....un heard of, and god only knows what it took

not to take away from anyone else, but thats what put it over the top

****the bf% numbers im seeing on here, as per that site, are way way off....i did it for fun and it had me under 6%, im more like 11%

****understandable that guys would be upset seeing they all put in some serious work, and i do know tiny isnt the only one who is upset
****no forum bias,if the top 3 were AM members, ology, anywhere, theyd still be the top 3

Technically i did forget something relatively important. If you weigh less, than every pound has more of an impact on your bf percentage. So if a 100lb 10% bodyfat individual lost 4lbs he would be at 6% and if a 200lb 10% bodyfat individual lost 4lbs he would be at 8%, Didn't really think about that either :frustrate
I'm cool with it though, i guess i should have done 2x/day cardio :S
I did gain 2lb lean mass so i'm happy with that :)
Gratz to winner hope he gives a solid log for you guys.

I didn't check out any of the other forums also holding this contest... But the results over there must have been pretty substantial. I trust PP...

BUT we still should have been notified. Just for kicks I emailed Matt porter twice, the second time just saying "please confirm you got my first e-mail" and I still haven't heard back.

Win or loose, its how you play the game right? lol and I think some of the people on here had some great transformations. So we may not have won but I think everybody would agree that doing this has helped more then a supplement would have.

In my eyes it's always been easier to put on weight then loose it. This deff ended my laziness, rowing has now become a staple.

Well, congrats to you guys regardless of placing or any other factors outside your control. You did what YOU could do, and that's what matters. You'll never have control over the world, so control what you can. From what I saw, you made great progress in a short time, and had the motivation to do it. Now comes the tough part, keep it up!!!

Glad to hear y'all made it a lifestyle. I just got 3rd in the NTBM transformation contest that lasted 12 weeks. I'm getting my check for $400! It also got me to bust my ass, get into contest shape, and actually compete in an NPC bodybuilding show! I've now picked out the parts I want to focus on growing (legs 2x per week, ugh), and I'm in my "off season" (yeah food) trying to get built up. Take this time to evaluate where you are, and where you want to go, and set your goals! Keep the momentum going guys!
