The material we use is 99.75% pure Creatinol-o-Phosphate, above the industry standard. As with all Primaforce bulk powders there are no fillers so the product you have is 99.75% pure COP. The label should have listed 2g per serving, there are approximately 500mg per scoop if filled to the line. The person who signed off on that label is no longer with us so I can only assume he read 500mg per scoop rather than per serving. looks good to me. thats what i thought 4 scoops = 2g COP

i can't believe this much discussion went into something so dumb.

why would anyone use scoopers with digital scales available?

why in the world would anyone measure milligrams with a scooper?

d=m/v

i guess if you're not accustomed to buying powders, you don't realize how much volume varies based on density

They did say "filled to the line" so maybe there is a line inside the scoop that would be the 500mg mark. Sounds like the guy who made the labels just screwed up and he is gone now so they took care of it. Also they offered to send you a free tub which was really nice of them. Great customer service right there. That is only one of the many reasons I love a trust the primaforce brand.

I'm surprised such a large company could make a basic mistake like that...

Check inside the scoop for a line mid-way up. According to the email, there should be one. That line is the fill line.

That's why they say approximately 500mg per scoop if filled to the line, that appears to be the same size as the scooper on the alcar tub which is 500mg

im pretty sure their offer of a free bottle is lip service. if i ever receive such a gift i will post it here.

PLCAR is greatly overlooked, but its been a something ive mentioned quite a few times before. It stacks perfectly with MCC, COP, BA, and other staples.

HAHA!!! Thank god someone else said it. It doesn't take rocket science to deduce that at a 2g serving size, being 4 scoops, that it's 500mg per scoop "when filled to the line of course". I'm not saying the label wasn't confusing, b/c it sure as hell was, but my goodness folks....you'd think they delivered you baking soda based on this reaction...

It happens....If I recall correctly even Primordial Performance had their Toco 8 labeled incorrectly for a short period. Please anyone feel free to correct that statement if I'm wrong and I'll edit my post. It can happen from batch to batch, when labels change, when ingredients change. It sucks but it's not unheard of.

Give them a chance to redeem themselves there first slick. Awfully negative for receiving an email that, even though it didn't seem like you followed it well, addressed your concern pretty thoroughly. I'd give it 10 business days and then if you still don't have. Unleash the Kraken...
 
I really could care less about the free bottle since I have the old bottle plus the sns caps. It took them weeks to respond to my initial query, so I posted here, and then in hindsight jags say "oh I knew that and you shoulda figgered it out".

Jags? You from Pittsburgh? Just asking b/c I am....never heard anyone outside of the Burgh use that saying. Anyway...I just found this thread yesterday and commented. All I had to do was look at the picture of the label to deduce what was going on. Not trying to be a d*ck, just sayin....

Don't really appreciate being called a "Jag" (unless it means something cool that I don't even know about yet) for simply replying to a few posts. As I said, calm down, your problem has been fixed. Go on enjoying your COP.

im not hostile, i am saying my opinion which is - it took them a long time to respond, and saying theyll give me a free bottle is marketing tactics 101. even if they never send it, many people will feel happy that they even typed it in. it's psychology.

I think anyone can understand that you'd be upset it took them so long to get back to you. Understand though, just b/c this is a smaller company (in the grand scheme of things), doesn't necessarily make them more efficient or more able to address customer concerns in a quick manner. It COULD have the opposite effect. It sucks it took them so long, but at least they finally did get back.

No one will be satisfied if they promised you a free bottle and you never get it. IMO, that's when you really have the right to be upset. Keep us updated. Like I said before, it might take a while for that too.

I'm not upset, its just silly at this point. I mean I bought and paid for 2 products, I asked a simple question, and it ballooned up.

Sns and primaforce is the same shyt I have taken both for almost a year now and don't feel a difference between the two the ones that say they do is placebo and or reps

Anyway to confirm my math ?

IF: 1/2 scoop = 500mg or to the fill line.

THEN: 1 scoop = 2x 500mg or 1G.

AND: using 2 scoops = 2G or 4 x 500mg.

Alright, I decided to settle this. I measured out some Primaforce COP and weighed it on my scale. My scoop (the one provided by Primaforce), filled to the top, weighs out to 1 gram of COP.

So, 2 full scoops gives you 2 grams of COP.
 
im taking primaforce COP and i think its great
i have no doubt sns COP is just as good, cause im taking sns agmatine
i remember seeing primaforce post a analysis of certificate showing their COP is legit
cause a lot of ppl were worried they had bunk because their **** didnt bubble up

to OP, most bulk supplements in my experience are never 100% with what the label says.
my bulk aakg, it says 1 scoop is 2g(filled to the line im guessing)its actually 2.5g most of the times.

i guess if you want to be as precise as possible youd have to weigh out every scoop
i have so many bulk powders i cannot be ****ed to do that.
i do it once just so i have an idea

I know I am a Rep and my view will always be considered bias but I disagree with this statement. The quality of our agmatine trumped the primaforce and my brother even mentioned the same thing.
