Ankle Update- Got Xrays, they didn't see anything, got MRI in about 3 weeks, just waiting on them to call me for an exact date. I hope the doctor is right about the 3 weeks, last time it took 6 months.

Diet update- omg I have never ate this lean in my life, I'm getting around 1200 cals a day, pretty much starving the fat right off lol and with Ephedrine and Caffeine everyday, taking about 300mg of caffeine and 24mg of Ephedrine a day. I woke up at 170lbs this morning, lookin really lean, also feeling pretty thin lol, but I guess I'm don't wanna be a bodybuilder, I just want to get as best shape as I can at 170lbs, I'll prob get to about 165ish(not sure if my body will get that low), I think at that weight I may have no bodyfat lol. Then when I get there since the ankle is injuried I'm gonna focus on weights untill it heals, I'm gonna run a pretty sweet stack of Dermacrine LV/ AndroHard/ Testatropin and other APS supps, also gonna up cals to about 2500, at that I shouldn't gain too much fat and I should put on some nice strength, prob get to around 175-180lbs(hoping) Time will TELL. WOW I went on lol

Supps update- This diet, caffeine and ephedrine is killin me lol, doctor said my BP was high today, not suprised......I'm gonna stop ephedrine when im done cutting, also less caffeine, prob do 3 days a week...which will be hard lol

Workout update- did my light 5x5 workout today, felt pretty sore recovery sucks on this diet lol

YELLOW THUNDER update- Ok I took a cap pre-workout.....WOW some strong stuff, I felt a more thermo effect then 24mg of Ephedrine and Pre-workout, I was sweating like crazy before I started workin out lol. I'm impressed, most fat burners make me feel sick and this didn't I LIKE! I will def run a bottle next time I try and cut the fat off again:)
 
JD, how's your strength holding up with diet and weight loss?

Well I didn't go 100% on mondays lift, but I did with Bench Press I got 225lbs for 5 reps and my PR is 225lbs for 8 reps, I don't think 3 reps is too bad with how many cal's I'm getting at the moment. Thats why I think when I pump it up too 2500 cals my strength should go up a lot and then adding Dermacrine/AndroHard and Testratropin 2 weeks after that...I think I will get some nice gains:D

I'll see what how my lifts go this Monday coming up:)

I upped my carbs a bit today, my body feels like hell right now so I thought I needed a bit. Today I will prob get about 1600 cals and 205g of carbs, felt much better then 1200cals and 60g of carbs lol, I will go back to stupid diet tomorrow lol

yellow thunder: old school mahuang type ephedra is going to be a lot stronger than bronkaid type ephedra, imo.

I've just run out of Ephedrine, but never tried the old school version sounds great!!! I might give something like that a go next time!

the new testatropin looks very good. daa with a bunch of goodies, including l-dopa.

Grape is what I tried and I like it a lot. For yellow thunder you only need 1 cap a day, the stuff is strong! So should last ya 2 months.

aha ya it's gonna be awesome lol, Still havn't made up my mind if I should run it for 4, 5 or 6 weeks :bigeyes:

I agree everything looks pretty promising! The testatropin looks especially sweet. I have some old dermacrine that I might try and stack with it like you suggested.

Hear is a sample of my diet for the last 3 days

Meal 1- extra lean burger patty, small fruit smoothie(400cal,11gfat,30gcarb,30gpro)
Meal 2- Protein blast shake(300cals,0gfat,45gcarbs,30gpro)
Meal 3- Protein blast shake(300cals,0gfat,45gcarbs,30gpro)
Meal 4-Skinless Chicken breast, lettuce, spinach, vinegar(200cals,1.5gfat,5gcarb,31gpro)

Also- 4 scoops of Purple Wraath, 200mg of caffeine, 24mg of Ephedrine, 2 caps of erase, 5 caps of bluegrowth, 3gAAKG, 50mg of zinc, multivitamins, 2 caps of Super Cissus, 9 caps of CLA/L-carnitine)

Saturday I did a full body workout and P90x ab workout. I will post my last 4 days of this cut.

Thoughts
The supplements are doing their thing, but wow this diet is killer, fat is flying off of me, but so is size, only thing that doesn't seem to be getting smaller is my arms. I kinda feel like I'm just starving myself, but I really wanna get as lean as I can then I'll bump cals up to 2500 and hopefully I keep a lot of this lean look and build from there.

Tomorrow will show me where my strength is, hopefully I havn't loss much. So mon, tues and wed will be the 3 hardest days of dieting then I will do a full body workout thursday morning and take my final pics. Then after that OMG it's my birthday so I will be having an amazing cheat day :D, then back to a 2500 cal diet friday:)

aha Ya I got some crazy veins goin on, the veins in my arms are popping out now without even flexing lol

I find I'm having a hard time lossing the last bit of fat around my lower abs, it's driving me nuts, I def think I over bulked this summer, I was up to 210lbs lol

My waist size was 37.5 inches at 210lbs and now it's at 32 inches, 1 thing I hate tho is I find my shoulders are so much smaller, it's pretty depressing how none of my shirts are fitting me now lol, weird my arms are about the same tho, they were 16 inches at 210lbs and now 15 inches at 170....weird how that stuff works I guess lol
 
everyone seems to have body parts that react better or not at all to resistance training-some guys can't grow arms no matter what. for me my quads grow like crazy when i train them, but my calves look small and wont grow.

1M.R Pre-workout review
wow, energy is really high on this, Pumps were pretty good, nothing crazy tho, I think ASGT gives a bit better pump, but the thing I notice the most is Strength and energy!, very impressive, I'm excited to try it before kickboxing tomorrow and see how the endurance feels. Will give a final review on it tomorrow after kickboxing.

I will post up Day 8 right before bed:)

What are you using for pre-work out. I am looking for something to get me going after work. I have used NO XPLODE, Super pump, white flood, hemo rage, jack3d, ASGT, maxximize v2, and others. None of those really blew me away, but i liked NO xplode, maximize v2 the best.

Well at the moment I'm finishing off the rest of my whiteflood cause I'm cutting and staying away from Creatine.

My fav right now is def Mesomorph and 2nd would be N2KTS, but thats the old N2KTS, they made a new one that is a bit diff, so I will have to test the new one out.

For energy I used White Lightning yesterday for work and it helped a lot, I was surprised how much energy I got from it.

Power cleans 5 sets- (45x5), (65x5), (80x5), (95x5), (135x5) went light

Overhead DB Press 5 sets (25'sx5), (25'sx5), (40'sx5), (45'sx5), (65'sx5)

DB rows 5 sets (25'sx5), (45'sx5), (65'sx5), (85'sx5), (105'sx5) wow pulled my left lower back a bit AGAIN, my left side of the lower back is so weak now that it keeps pulling....or cause I don't give it enough time to heal.

Dips on bench 5 sets 5,5,5,5,5 bodyweight slow reps

Barbell curls 5 sets (45x5), (65x5), (80x5), (95x5) changed to db's (65'sx4)

Wrist roll ups...and this is when I stopped my workout...ugh read on thoughts

Thoughts
Okkkkkk Well I was pretty happy with benching 225lbs for 5 reps being on a 1200 cal diet lol, I must be around 900-1000 cals today. My strength felt alright during the workout but I felt dead after every set, the body fat is flying off like crazy.

My damn lower left back sucks, I keep pulling it, but I guess I don't give it more then a few days to heal lol, I'm really gonna focus on building my lower back strength up this month, I wanna get back into dead lifts.

My experience with Ephedrine today.... Well I've had mixed thoughts about it, first time I took it I used 16mg and the workout was amazing!, well it seems like my body have got used to it, been taking 24mg a day now for over a week, well today during my wrist rolls I started getting mad heart palpitations and they even hurt a bit, now I'm so dry from this diet I was barely sweating during my workout but once my heart started going crazy I started dripping sweat like crazy....I also may have started sweating like that because once my heart started going crazy I think I was getting a mild anxiety attack :lol:
But hey I thought omg is my heart gonna explode lol

Well anyways I shot my bottle of Ephedrine out and just stick to caffeine for now on:)




Erase Update- Will be using again in the future:), I will have enough Erase left from my second bottle to run about 1 cap a day during my pct for Androhard/dermacrine.


Blue Growth Update- I've enjoyed it! A bit diff then HGHUP and Powerfull, but still gives a good deep sleep, I seem to have to go up to 6 caps pre-bed sometimes. I hear good things with HGHPRO, I will give that a shot next time. So far I'd say hghup is the winner, but blue growth isn't too far behind.


MESOMORPH- Still off but thursday I'm gonna take a scoop pre-workout get pumped up and take some pics:D

Carnobolic Update- Out of this now, hard to say how good it is from cutting so much food out, I would give it the edge compared to normal BA supps.


This time I'm no missing the nutra order....I will be ready :food:

Sorry to hear about your Ephedrine experience. It is quite common I guess :(
I remember when I was on the ECA stack I had crazy energy the whole day and mind blowing workouts. And I dropped about 2lbs/week. Glad I still have some of the real deal left :D

anytime I go on ECA I sweat like crazy!!! I also drink waaay more water than usual. Try checking your BP next time when you feel your heart going crazy. Maybe some hawthorn berry would help some. Just a thought... anyway glad to see you back to your log. I know its been busy hooking everyone up with shirts and supps all that fun stuff :D BTW is that the UPS girl that is gonna deliever my stack????????????

Well when went to the doctocs to get xrays wednesday the nurse told me my blood pressure was pretty high for my age and I didn't even take ephedrine yet that morning lol

LOL so many cals omg lol, I'll prob eat some yummy food friday as well lol, then stick around 2500 cals a day starting saturday and will focus on recomping and strength.

Tomorrow I get a good sweat and eat real light and thursday will do a little workout and take some pics.

I hope I gain some nice strength, I still want to try an amatuer mma fight at 170lbs, so I'd like to get to 175 really lean, but my ankle is hurting, so not sure how long I'll be off mma training, so I'll focus on building good strength.

In april when I went to 170lbs I was at 1800 cals a day, after that I put my cals to over 3000 and I went from benching 215lbs 1 rep to 270lbs 1 rep, in prob about 2 months. So I'm hoping for a big strength increase like that again, even at 166lbs I think I can still get 260lbs for 1 rep. Would love to get to maybe 180lbs and hit 300lbs 1 rep:D, that would be sweet aha

I'm super Pumped to run AndroHard, Dermacrine LV and Testatropin stack:D I'll give my body 3-4 weeks off this stack and then start. So 4 weeks of more cals should get my strength up, then best stack I've ever done BLAM :lol:

I can't wait to see how much I will be able to DB Row with the VERSAGRIPS too, my PR is 140x5 and 115x20 with straps, so will be awesome to compare:)

They did, and Androhard is out of stock now at Nutra, I may have got one of the last bottles:D lol

Dermacrine LV is still in stock tho, also I believe RLsupplements/need2buildmuscle has bought the right to topical Dermacrine, so I think you can still order it from them.

I liked topical, but I will say it sucks too put it on every morning, also when I was using it I was around 190 pounds with enough body fat, I think lower the bodyfat the better it works. I watched 2 of my friends that used the LV and they seemed to love it, so I will def give a comparison of the two.

um...FOOD, thats all I'm thinking about.

Did I lose the fat I wanted, yes. When I'm focusing on strength I hope I don't go over 180 tho, cause I would like to compete at 170, ugh eating this much is just a bitch, but I wanted to speed things up lol

Tomorrow I should prob wake up at 165lbs, I'll take some pics dry, then eat a couple packs of oatmeal and some protein and then I will take a nice big scoop of MESMORPH and get pumped up :D

Then for my birthday wow WOW, ahaha WOWOWOWOW should I log what I ate for my birthday tomorrow night??? Show you guys when you cheat CHEAT HARD LOL :lol:

It's expensive BUT the UK still has stock and will ship internationally if anyone was desperate for discontinued PP stuff, I might have to pick up an extra bottle of Turin LV to run my stack in the new year at full dose for 6 weeks (I bought 2xturin LV muscle stacks and 4xderma LV in the PP sale)
