Yeah... that is a problem with socialized medicine... more about cost cutting than treating. I do hope that is all it is though!

Definitely the case here in the UK too, not sure in same scenario they'd even go as far as providing pills! My last injury... Rest and ibuprofen :(, does make me wonder why the don't just employ the accountants to be doctors, I reckon the service would be no worse and they'd probably save even more...

Yeah, they pulled the same crap with me while I was in the military, same type of care. My last time I ended up in the hospital at the military was cause I rolled my ankle during a run and it swelled up like a balloon. What did they do? Ice and IBprofin. Damn idiots did no tests whatsoever. Two days later I go back in because the pain is to much, and I have to have a tendon reattached via surgery.
 
We got the same sh!tty problem here in Finland. Docturs just give you painkillers/anti-inflammatory for anything :rant: I could manage as a doctor here ffs :lol:

My dads friend went to the doctors today and he told them he has a sore shoulder thats been bothering him for the last few years, this guy doesn't exercise at all but just started last week, the doctor gave him anti-inflammatories and told him he shouldn't exercise anymore it will do him no good :|

Updated pre-workout reviews.

Ankle is still very sore, it's getting frustating, walking on it at work all day sucks!

I have no choice to stick to upper body weights this week, ankle hurts way to much to do any running, kickboxing, grappling or leg movements.

I will do my best cutting even tho I can't do cardio this week, hopefully next week. Time to take 6 caps of Blue Growth and go to bed soon:)

Day 43 Erase Update- Really loving this stuff, I`m enjoying this way more then Formestane, I find it`s def lowering estrogen and giving me good aggression the way I woudl like a supplement too. Formestane just gives me rage and I find it gets me stressed a lot, I rather take 50mg a day, but when I go to 100-150mg a day It feels like it`s too much for me. So thats why I`m gonna stick with Erase for now on:) Also was gonna stick with 2 caps a day and be cheap, save some of my second bottle for another time but hell I`m gonna go back to 3 caps a day and just buy some more next time lol

Day 43 Blue Growth Update- Took 6 caps and I woke up in sweats in the middle of the night.....I had an intense dream of stepping on moles LOL they were running all around my kitchen under my passing my feet and trying to bite me so I put my size 15 boots on and went on a stomping rage LMAO it was heated ahahaha prob why I woke up sweating ahaha

MESOMORPH- DAMN PUMPS!!!! LOVIN IT! stacking this with glycergrow is wicked, I really can`t wait to try APS bulk Creatine Nitrate with MesoMorph, I can`t imagine how the pumps will feel.

Carnobolic Update- Broke a PR on barbell rows wasn`t expecting that, also lifting more on all my sets of pulldowns.

PhytoTestosterone- O it`s kicked in lol How kicked in???? welll just look at these women :D

Ahahahahaha ya last nights dream was just strange, was at the gym with my best friend and his sister walked into the gym but she was really HOT, which is a suprise because shes one of the scariest gingers you will ever see LOL, she had dark hair in the dream....pretty much wasn't her but some how it was ahaha :icon_lol: crazy dreams........now only if no one else was in the gym when she entered :D

Day 45 thoughts :(
Creatine and Glycergrow has def taken effect with bloating, I'm gonna be cutting out creatine and glycergrow now. I'm only gonna take MESOMORPH today and tomorrow then also cut it out starting Monday, I'll be using Whiteflood instead since there is no creatine in it. I'm really gonna go strict with the diet and time to melt to 170lbs, that was my goal and I'm gonna get it.

There has been no grappling tournys around hear for the last couple months and don't see any schedualed so I was gonna take a couple of months out and just train for an amateur mma fight, but since my ankle being injured that won't be happening for now.

My ankle has me pretty depressed, I seem to walk with much less pain, but rotated my left foot to the left with any resistance FUKIN KILLS! I tried throwing a left hook and just using that foot movement felt like my ankle was gonna snap :S, I've been kinda busy this week I will get to an X-ray tomorrow or Monday and hopefully schedual an MRI if they don't see anything. Also next week I'm gonna set up an appointment with this sports injury specialist I've seen before.

So this really sucks for the kickboxing and grappling training, but I believe if this what God wants then it's for a reason, in the mean time while my ankle is messed up, I will be trying a 5x5 routine, I've never tried it before but read up a lot on it last night, anyone ever try this? Also was reading about the 20 rep squat routine that also sounds interesting.

I havn't been updating much, but work has been just stupid to say the least, I've gone through 3 new supervisors in the last month.......and my new one was a SHOCK to say the least, it's this girl I rejected :| and wow shes a power tripper now and shes taking it for a ride, not too sure she will stick with it(I hope not lol) but if she does I don't know how long I will see myself there, DA bitch is out for revenge LOL


Little update- Ankle is still sore, I'll give it a a few weeks before I ride the depression train LOL, I'm excited to start this new routine, I should get some nice gains only focusing on weights. Also diet is in check, super check, I took it to the next level I'm 174lbs this morning and I'll post up on Monday so you guys can check it out, I never ate so lean before lol

Looking fwd to Monday! Fingers crossed on job and ankle bro, done my fair share of full body in the past but all at light weight very high reps... I know Kleen has some killer full body routines, what approach are you taking!

Have you ever looked into WS4SB before? If not I think you will like that program.. Here is a link Invalid Link Removed There are two previous older versions on the workout that are a little more simplified. You should be able to find those two on his site pretty easy. The third one, the above link, is soupposed to be a more comprehensive design and takes into consideration the athlethes needs for cardio training and specific training such as football drills or grappling or whatver. Its a real athlethic type program not really for a bodybuilder but more of an athlethe

My diet is crazy hard right now ugh, I'm gonna stick to eating this lean for 2 weeks, I just wanna get as lean as I can, once I feel my abs are out enough I will focus on gaining muscle slowly and stay as lean as I can. I'm sure sticking to weights for the next bit will help, but damn I can't wait untill my ankle feels better.

I still havn't gotten a xray or scan yet, but the doctor I want to see isn't in untill thursday, but for sure thursday I'm going.

Ankle is ok to walk now, but still feels just as weak to rotate left, it's weird, it's like there is some sort of support missing, I feel it's something to do with the tedon, sooner or later I'll find out what the problem is. Guess I'll be sticking to weights for abit, I guess I can make it a positive that I'll be able to focus on strength.

Will be seeing a sports injury expert next week so I'm sure he will shine some light.

Will update my log tonight.

Day 50 Erase Update- Started getting really dry joints on 3 caps a day, so I went to 1 a day for a couple, then 2 a day and now gonna cycle 3 caps a day and 2 caps a day.

Day 50 Blue Growth Update- Effectiveness has been down a bit this week, thinking of going back to 6 caps a night.

MESOMORPH- Love this stuff, but the last 2 weeks I'm staying away from Creatine so I will be switching to whiteflood for the remainder.

Carnobolic Update- Running low on this stuff.

PhytoTestosterone- well I've noticed def increase in Libido but honestly thats about it, I was wondering which would be better this or Testopro and I give it to Testopro for Gym performance and this stuff for in bed performance lol

Day 51 thoughts
Couldn't lift 100% after my hurt the back again ugh!, didn't give it enough time to heal, this time I will. Well it's been a hell of a bad month getting sick, hurting my ankle and re pulling my back. I guess **** happends. I will go make time this week to get an xray for the ankle.

On the bright side I am so much more lean then last time I took the pics, I don't like how I'm lookin thin but w.e I'm gonna get as lean as I can for the last 9 days and then I will go around 2500 cals a day and I should stay pretty lean at that also my strength should skyrocket cause I only lost 3 reps off my 8 rep max bench.

Last time I cut low on cals and then went to maintenance my strength went up a lot so I'm hoping for this again:D

Can't wait do mma training again, missing it like crazy, but I'll focus on getting as strong as I can after I lean out a bit more. I plan my next stack being crazy, I will give it a 4 weeks before I start it tho. I'm thinking something like Dermacrine/Formastanzol/PhytoSerms/Testatropin/ Mesomorph/Nitrozine/ Creatine Nitrate;)

Day 51 Erase Update- K not going over 2 now lol, this stuff is damn stong. Joints are a bit stiff tho, but getting me lean and dry.

Day 51 Blue Growth Update- ya bumping it to 6 caps tonight

MESOMORPH- Off for now, will def use it for a full body workout on my last day of cutting.

Carnobolic Update- Can't notice it now cause my body doesn't wanna lift heavy with this diet.

PhytoTestosterone- Libido high.
