Hey everyone, i will not be around for a bit but my family could use some extra prayers.
We are going to lose our 20 week pregnancy tomorrow due to complications and chromosomal defects in the baby. It has been a real pressing time for my family and has even shaken my faith. I find myself asking myself why and how such things can happen to the life of an unborn.
Please send some extra prayers my families way.
You have my deepest sympathy DAdams. I will most certainly be praying for you and your family to have strength and love in this time of sorrow. Also, that your faith and the faith of your family remain strong in Christ.
I've been holding off on posting last Sunday's service, now I know why.

My Doubts Haunt Me
Without doubt there is no such things as faith.
Matthew 14:22-33
22 Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. 23 And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there. 24 But the boat was now in the middle of the sea,[a] tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary.
25 Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. 26 And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear.
27 But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”
28 And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.”
29 So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw that the wind was boisterous,
he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”
31 And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” 32 And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.
33 Then those who were in the boat came and[c] worshiped Him, saying, “Truly You are the Son of God.”
How To Handle My Doubts.
1) Confront your doubts.
Matthew 11:2-3
2 And when John had heard in prison about the works of Christ, he sent two of[a] his disciples 3 and said to Him, “Are You the Coming One, or do we look for another?”
2) Proverbs 3:5
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
3) Act on what you know.
Matthew 16:1-4
1 Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign from heaven. 2 He answered and said to them, “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; 3 and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites![a] You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times. 4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” And He left them and departed.
