I am feeling better, but still not 100%. I had a good workout but felt drained early on, probably not eating enough pre-workout.
Supps:
Workout: Chest/Biceps
Effects: I felt a little tingle on my lips while drinking then after about 15 minutes I felt a real tingle throughout my body and a warm sensation in my core. Still staying HOT for a long time post workout, even after taking a cold shower.
Strength: continuing to progress nicely, especially since I have not used anything other than staples since July other than Ghenerate. No real dropoff since I finished Ghenerate.
Recovery: DOMS are def there after leg day but most other workouts are good the following days.
