For the record, I just put another 200mgs of deca in my left, none swollen vg. It was like heaven..... (My second inject, and much better)
 
1" is sufficient even for glutes if your bodyfat is low enough IMO. 1.5" just gets scary in the delts or pecs. Afraid I am gonna hit bone. :)

I have read that if you inject into fat that it still works. Is this false?

The 23 felt like night and day. I may be doing ALL my own injects now that I see how it works. The cute doc was butchering my ass! Now all my underwear looks like I need pantyliners!!! :blink:

The gains are coming nice and slow. I did a PMAX cycle as a kickstarter, I think it was underdosed. I would say 7 pounds of LBM and probably 3 pounds of fat loss 6.5 weeks in. The deca has been injected twice. I am also using 50mgs of proviron daily which may be taking off some of the weight gains, but I amnot looking to explode into anything at this moment. I have some SD and DBOL on the way. I will see when they get here which one is better for my situaiton.
SD and DBOL, makes me want to start a thread over which is better. ;)

My strength is awesome. My recovery is good. I am lifting more weight than ever before. I hope this helps.

To some degree, for the next year AT least. Right now I am using around 750 mgs of sust per week. I am using 350 mgs of deca per week. I weigh around 230 lbs right now. My weight is slowly rising. I am also right at 13% bf. I have love handles and abs. GO FIGURE!!

"Technical injection question."

I want to make sure I am aspirating enough. How far back on the plunger do I need to pull? The dart doesn't want to move much and I want to make sure I am doing it right. THANKS!

As I believe, the dart will pull if it is exposed to a vein. But will be hard pressed to pull if no vein exists.

Someone correct me if I am wrong. Cause If I am, I'm in trouble.
 
it may just be me, but I pull it back until I see clear bubbles come into the syringe and I continue to hold it there to see if anything (blood) comes in. If you're in a good spot the syringe should want to pull itself back down on it's own.

That's how I do it anyway. I've never had a problem hitting a vein this way.
 
exactly, you should find it hard to pull back, and a bubble/bubbles will form.. hold it for a moment and you're good to go..

If you're in a vessel, you will pull back easily and blood will fill the barrel fast.
 
I have a newb question about injecting, another!

I want to do a 2cc injection of both sust and deca. I will be extracting the test from an ampule. Help, procedure?

Then I want to extract the deca (New needle needed) and do one inject.

Advice please!!!!!
 
crack the ampule after scoring it with a butterknife around the narrowest part of the neck. You can use a pencap to hold the top and crack it off in a swift, strong motion. Or you can buy an ampule-opener. take your 3cc barrel and have a 20g 1.5" pin on it.. Draw the Sust up in the barrel.

Now that you have 1cc of Sust in your barrel, suck more air into it to clear the pin while holding it upside down (I just like to do this). If your deca is a mult-dose vial, swab the butyl top. Use the same needle for this procedure... Even if it's another amp.. doesn't matter.. same needle used for drawing.

For a vial, suck up 1cc of air holding the needle upside down so you can see the 1cc of sust hanging between the 1cc-2cc mark.. so you have 1cc of air above the sust..
Now bring your vial upside down and place it onto the pin, so you have everything upside down now. Slowly inject 1cc of air into the vial until you see the uppermost layer of sust just reach the start of the actual pin. Then suck 1cc of Deca into the barrel. Pull out.. suck a little more air into the barrel to clear the pin..

NOW CHANGE NEEDLES TO THE SMALLER GUAGE.... keep the syringe upside down and clear the air in the barrel until a bead forms at the tip... you're ready to inject the blend. :D

Alright, well the 2cc inject into my ventroglutes was like butter. I could not tell a difference between 1cc and 2cc. That cuts down the number of injections total too. My butt likes that. I THINK# the deca is starting to kick in. I feel like my arms are just swelling up. I know it is a long ester so I will really let you know in another 3 weeks.

I have some goodies coming in soon! I placed a big order and it will REALLY add some spice into my life. For the next few years worth of spice... VAR, DBOL, SDOL, WINNY, just to name a few!!!!

I am planning on running SD as soon as it arrives. I think its slight AI capabilities with test and deca will be a KILLER stack. I want to bulk but hey, I am in Latin AMerica and I have to be good looking 12 months out of the year--- NO WINTER FAT BOY TIME!!!

Well things are going very nicely, I am very happy with my progress. I weigh 104 kilos consistanly now. I am about able to rip through any tight fitting clothes. I am swole. hehe

I am doing pretty good in the wet department, and am picking up some atd in the next hour or so. That will allow me to not have to use proviron anymore. (1-methyl) so that will give me a clearer conscience about the chems I am putting into my body. I do plan on taking nolva until my raloxofine arrives. What kind of dosage should I use on the raloxofine? It will be a new substance to me. Also, I have some Aromasin on the way, how much is a good maintence dose? Both of those are two new chems to me.

I am having a great time with this cycle, I think the deca is starting to kick in now. I will know for sure in the next two weeks. Either way, test is great!

Well Christmas has come early and alllll over me. I have got lets say, more raw ingrediant with which to do myself harm now than I know what to do with. So I am debating how I will root my liver first. I have added some superdrol (powder) to my test-deca-sd mix. I made a post today that was so fvcking funny, I just left work, I knew my day wouldn´t get any better. I had gained about 8 leaner pounds on the test and most recently the deca (two weeks in). SD usually puts 10lbs on me. I am having to up my cals big time between the test and deca alone, historically SD has sucked the carbs from me, so I may soon be eclipsing 4500-5000 cals daily. I am having to eat a little dirtier than I like. It is hard not supplementing your diet with protein powders, it just makes things so much easier! I am shooting for 300 grams of protein daily. A couple of shakes would take me to 400, but I need more $$$!

I will keep you updated on how the SD adds to test-deca. i am loving it 36 hours in(It isn´t placebo, I swear!). I think as I start to run out of deca I will bust out the oral winny for 4-6 weeks while slowly working in some var at week 4 of winny. I will run the var for 4-6 weeks starting low, ramping up, then down the dose. At that point I will start to ease the test down to a maintence dose of 250 mgs per week while doing a mini PCT and letting a couple of weeks of var flow through in that same time period. Labs here are cheap, beotches. ;)

So I came down here with a gringa and things didn´t work out for us. She is a really nice girl, just not the girl for me. So my first weekend free, I went to my first casino and got fricking LUCKY. I met this exotic (to me) sweet, gentle, submissive (Sorry Jayhawkk ;)) tica chica who was all about my big gringo azz. (Un) Fortunatly, she won´t no ho. So what that does to man is crazy, you wait. But shes great for me, so its OK. In fact, its great. Her Mom is dying of Colon cancer, so she has quit her job and become her Moms 24 hour nurse. I have watched her for 24 hours and it isn´t an easy, non-time consuming job! Let alone the persoanl grief of helping your Mama die with dignity. She is just DAMM fine.

Her thoughts on sexxx? Teach me... How can you deny a winning attitude like that? I´ll see if I can post some pics. (Clothes on, sorry you jackazzes. ;)) She is a beautiful person.

I have been to some incredible beaches like out of the jungle book, Hell, I hit he jungle book a 1000 meters from my house in any direction! I have been through AMAZING rain forests. I have been attacked by insects that crawled out of Jurrassic Parks butt. Nothing like the thrill of being molested by a new insect ed. (Thats for you Biodude ;)) Do I plan on staying here for a little while, fricking A. son, fricking A. I have sucked sulpher into my lungs hiking around different volcanoes. Out of this world. Not to mention anabolics are OTC here, beotches. It´s a mans paradise here. And I am becoming one of the biggest men around. hahahahahaha.

Mini Update

I am at work so I do not have much time before I get busted. A few important things to note is my weight increase. I have gone up from 104 k to 105.5 k in the last week. That would be a direct result of the deca fully kicking in and the superdrol. And I am taking a new creatine. LOL.

I HAVE to get a digi scale so I can measure up the correct dosage of letro, aromasin, raloxfine those important drugs. I am having trouble finding the right kinds of containers too. IE glass vials with built in droppers. It is a little tough with there being a bit of a language barier and my normal sources of these products are unavailable. Suggestions??

The strength increases are really happening. Really, really happening. I am hitting new PRs all over the place. Weights that seemed undoable are in the now.

I am going to spend the weekend again with the tica chicka. I will be staying in a hotel again. I really hope she is ready to put out, all these hormones are MAKING ME SO HORNY!! LOL If you have watched the 40-Year-Old-Virgin lately. When she finally does decide she wants the whole Motiv8in package. We may need a week or two to sort things out!! Can I load up a dart and travel with it??

You can preload the darts if absolutely necessary but with the long acting esters I don't think it would be a problem to extend out a few days. I have run Sust in the past injecting every 5th day and although not deemed "optimal" there were no sides noticed from fluctuating hormone levels.

The Deca is a non issue as it has an extremely long half life.

Don't you have redi-jects anyway? Just take one of those bad boys with you.

For financial reasons I have aquired a years worth of Omnas. I have not missed an inject and I think I would miss it! Particulary if this weekend is VANDER SEX weekend for me and my little friend. Hell, I may double the test for the weekend.

My biggest source of depression is me having to decide how to reach my calories. The tico diet is mega starch heavy. Just lookijng at what they eat makes me wanna load up on insuline. I really am having trouble hitting 300 grams of protein daily due to the fact it is without protein powders. I know I am hitting my carbs and then some, so it IS a constant struggle.

Ubi baby, if you want to start the motiv8er protein fund. You would be so much more important to me than any of the Latin American Idols who serinade me nightly in lingerie and fresh items from the panderia.

For $100 dollars a month you can help this man reach his protein dreams. There are starving children, and there are starving atheletes, please help a meathead. Give a little, give a lot. Just give.

SO my girl does not know this yet, but I have decided to make this a Vander SEX weekend. I recieved a small quantity of goodies from over seas including some cialis(holy bad taste batman!) powder. I took 25 mgs about 1.5 hours ago and my head feels like it is going to explode. Let me explain, I feel like all my blood in my head has gone to the front of my face. Also, my little TICA Freaka down below is devouring the better part of inability to focus. This stuff is supoosed to be potent for about 36 hours. I may be in for some trouble this weekend. I am looking at the Bruce Lee :bruce1: character and I am having bad thougths what weapon I could weld like that at this moment.

I will go to a gym in Atenas where my girl lives. The LAs like holidays so Monday is a holiday and I will get an extra day of loving. Oh yeah!
