WTF? Paranoid much?My views are not as out out as you think. You just like arguing with me. you hate the idea of me having an idea. It applies the same today to a nation that is completely in debt. How is the government going to get us out of debt when it is in debt itself, and its trying to use borrowed money to aid people, who in turn cant spend it on economy, they just put it into their debt. The economy does not see money.
If they want a 500 million pop cap, and a 1 world army thing, under 1 rule... well.... a certain "Book" already said that was going to happen. Let it. You seem to forget many of us would fight and die for freedom. Also it means were one step closer to a certain time period many of us are waiting for.

... The only way to get saved this time is if America does a "reset" as in sacrifice the banks to save the people...

Yes, but is that really the pertinent issue? I agree with you that it should be like that, but that's no excuse to deny the reality that it's not! Start considering the reasons it's not,
Please explain how another unnarmed victim of police brutality (being shot over 40 times) was acting like a savage? He was coming home from work, he fit a description (black male) and he was killed. Savagery? I happened to be 2 blocks from where this happened and it sounded like the OK-****ing-Coralle.

Because there was intent. I am not speaking badly on your uncle's death at all, but that girl did not aim to gun him down. That officer, regardless of circumstances, drew his weapon and willingly pulled the trigger. That is the difference between manslaughter and murder.Thank you for responding to this. My point being, you think those 4 cops decided they wanted to execute that man? What is not known to the public is what street crime unit was doing in that neighborhood. You're from the neighborhood, were you aware of the Bronx rapist? Were you aware that 2 weeks later, 2 blocks away(near you?) he was caught, and fit almost the exact same description as Mr. Diallo? Does that make it ok? Absolutely not. Was it murder, or a tragic mistake? Confluence of mitigating factors. He wasn't even doing anything wrong to warrant police attention, other than his physical appearance. Shame to say, basically came down to the fact that there was a language barrier. Regardless, terrible accident. Trying to paint the picture that there can be exigent circumstances affecting events. My uncle was killed by a teenage girl texting while she was driving, should she be charged with murder? Why not? Death being the ultimate result of both these particular incidents. Why is one an accident and one murder when both involve some type of negligence? Again, not defending the cop's actions if they are, in fact, criminal. Just try to avoid taking suck a strong stance on things, because when it turns out the other way, you look like a real friggin douche bag and have to eat a lot of sh1t. Let it play out.

Don't get me wrong, that girl should be in jail, and if she got off easy I would be infuriated. However there is a clear difference. I can, however, see where you are coming from.
Until further details surface there is nothing we can do but stand behind an opinion.
And I don't think anyone here has a problem with anyone having an idea. Even with arms, freedom, and everything else stripped away everyone can always have an opinion. However there is a difference between having an opinion and shouting it out to everyone else until they have the same one (Not necessarily directed at you scotty)
While I wouldn't go as far as to imply intent, there was most definitely negligence (or failure to intend, as I put it).I do not think that girl should be in jail. One life is already ruined, why ruin another? Accidents happen. Occasionally they have devastating results. Also, intent is absolutely impossible to prove or determine unless you are a mind reader, that(intent) is a silly thing to hang your hat on.

Unfortunately, this world's internal conscience is failing, so you can't depend on her feelings of guilt to force her olelearn anything. I think punishment is definitely merited by jailtime
