On a side not the harding effects of PM are really becoming apparent. ive been eating around 4000 cals a day, and not becoming puffy looking.. strength is going up, and im growing a little on the side.
 
Yeah. Most of my prs so far are matches of previous ones but I'm 20 lbs lighter. Now I'm starting to set new prs.

I'm pretty much in a bulk diet now. Not all out bulk but still bulking. I have not decided on what I want to do with the next bottle. Cut, cont bulk, ect.

Dude fix your damn bank account, its been like 3 months since you posted that one thread saying your account was 100 overdrawn o.O You should not be buying 90 dollar supps if your bank is overdrawn..
 
I make good money homie 90 bucks isnt that much of a sweat for me, the main subject of my post was to find out if pink magic was worth it
btw the bank account has been fixed for 2 or 3 weeks now

I cannot comment how much this product is worth. the value of the dollar differs from person to person, and how much they spend on supplements differs as well. I can comment saying this product has been effective thus far in MY experience, and I still have not finished the first bottle.

I have in fact put a little fat on the lower abs on. but maybe it was already there and its just in my mind. I have been eating a good amount of calories and probably gained about 1 lb of actual weight thus far (fat/muscle) some days when i weigh more the scale may be off, or glycogen stores are more full. i work out on an empty stomach every time, and weigh my self after, so my weighing is consistent. I'm not concerned to much with weight gain as i have stated, and i am setting new PRs on the reg. I don't think I could get fat by the end of summer unless i stopped working out, so i may as well bulk because by the time my abs disappear it will be winter anyways.

I would not pay 89$ for any supplement, youll get better results spending that much at the grocery sore (or costco!) I got a good deal on PM and had some extra money (i always take advantage of the IC release deals)

I should also say one thing that bugs me is the little pamplet that comes with PM. I felt insulted reading it. If you dont know the roles of carbs/fats/protein it is in my opinion you should not be taking supplements. If you cannot gain with creatine/protein. your doing something wrong and should not be taking supplements. I feel if you learned something new from that little booklet you should stop trying to find a short cut and learn to eat and lift correctly. If you can and have made great gains with the basics" and want a boost then by all means Pink Magic is in my opinion an excellent choice (from my experience thus far) But at least it is safe, so anyone who should not (in my opinion be taking supplements) decides to get it, they will not require a doc visit after improper use. This rant is in no way directed at any member of this forum, and is simply a rant by me in my own thread... I am actually surprised how well PM is going for me. after the hype and my experience with prime i was very skeptical which is why i decided to log it. Good job Jacob and USP labs you had your work cut out with me.. now im just excited to see what the future of this log holds. i have a feeling there will be more PRs to come.

no, actually I save money just fine. my pay is under the table right now because i frame houses for a living, i get about 800 to 900 bucks every week without any taxes or anything coming out from that, but im trying to get a plant job to finish paying my way through school bc i cant take another summer like this one framing

I cannot do Low carb diets. I feel weak and lazy and miserable. I agree with you though.

How do you like working out on an empty stomach?

I love it. I have of course tried working out later in the day or the same time just with meals befor. When I have food in my stomach I feel uncomfertable.

I also stay lean it seems almost no matter how much I eat with my current protocol. There of course is exceptions but for the most part I can keep my cals high and stay lean. I do use a high ibcaa dose intra work out to reduce catabolism and keep muscle endurance high.
 
How do you like working out on an empty stomach?
Fasted cardio/strength training is the only way that I train now. Shedding fat and keeping it off is so much easier for me this way. The only time I do not train in a fasted state is when I have my aquatic-sprint day (usually Sunday and Thursday). I found that if I eat a small breakfast consisting of 1 cup liquid egg whites, 1 cup of raw steel cut oats, and a serving of EVOO, I perform better and I do not burn out as quickly. Swimming is very demanding.
 
I've recently jumped on the fasted training train...I've had some pretty impressive workouts the past week.
 
Ive been going fasted training for a while. It works for me. And swimming is super tough it's my fav exercise to loose fat. No joint pain.

( using just the bar (45lbs) the spotter pushes down while the lifter uses max effort, the spotter eases up enough to keep the bar moving slowly, enough to provide just enough resistance. the key is for the lifter to use 100% max effort.)hope that explains what i mean.

weight 190 on a scale that usually has me light. it made me happy, im not claiming its muscle, its not. still liked seeing it.

My diet has not changed and am eating between 3500 - 4000 cals a day. i eat the same foods every day at around the same time. i have a pretty consistent schedule from day to day. I did go to an amusement park 7/21. I finished the first bottle. will post the pics soon. the last 2 weeks i only took PM 6 days per week.
 
Here are pics after 1 bottle. as you can see i lost a little definition in my lower abs, and am up approx 8 lbs. again im not claiming its 8 lb muscle, if anything PM helps with glycogen uptake and when my diet was increased it helped with glycogen storage. The first pic is flexed, the second is not. same mirror and lighting.
