1. 1-2 caps Norcodrene + 2 caps Shift prior to training or cardio AM. Add another cap of Norcodrene later in the day if you go 1 cap in the morning.

2. 2 caps prior to training or workout. 2 caps Norcodrene in the morning fasted.

3. Same as 1.

Thanks guys. So it seems with the new shift its best to take both caps together? I remember the old shift splitting the doses.

If I were to take 2 norcos before PM training around 5pm, how hard it would be to fall asleep?

Yes, dose both caps Shift together.

As to the question above, no one can know for sure until you dose it and see how long the stim effect lasts.

I do know Norcodrenes energy/focus has the ability to last quite a while. So I would maybe try one cap first and go from there.

Forgot how strong norco is. Took 1 cap at 4pm and was awake til 1am tho watching a late night movie didn't help. Wasn't a wired feeling just smooth energy.

If working out in early evening (5pm) I might dose my norco mid day and just do 2 shifts pre workout and go from there.

Currently using alphamine, shift, athletix ergonine and weight training days pes high volume.

Most days look like this.

7.30am 2 scoops of alphamine and 2 tabs of shift.
9am before training ergonine with 1 scoop of high volume
25g protein plus 50g oats post workout shake
12am Home for lunch. Some source of high protein some fat and carbs.
3.30pm second dose of alphamine 1 scoop.
6pm protein shake
8pm dinner.
All food aiming to hit my macros.
Hope I'm doing it right. Feels good,love the warm feeling, loads of energy, recovery is awesome. Love PES and Athletix products so far.

If the new SHIFT replaces Alpha T2.. that means Shift can be used with Target A2 also ?

Would 1 cap with 2 Alphamine be gtg pre? and 2 Shift in the AM i ordered some TA2 im guessing it will be smilar to enhanced energy wise, so maybe 1 Alphamine and 1 TA2 might be wise to start off

i probably won't need to haha i had quite dirty energy of enhanced when i jumped right onto 2 scoops. so im guessing 1,1 will be my sweet spot anyway.

Oh god no. Especially if you aren't familiar with either product. Each still shock me with how potent they are after months of use and in alphamines case years. Definitely need to assess tolerance first.

Anyone taking 3/day? Maybe 2 am and 1 mid day? People took up to 4 with the old stuff.

No need to go above 2 caps.

Each ingredient is dosed properly.

Old SHIFT was nothing like new SHIFT.

I loved both alpha T2 editions but 2 caps of Shift for a month now hasn't done anything.

Sorry PES. Love the company but this was a total BUST

Alpha T2 was my go to for fat loss.

your a potato head if you think they magically burn fat... without a calorie deficit in place. you can't blame the supplements for your lack of adherence to your diet.

The shift bottle in an inanimate object and therefore cannot suck anything.

I personally split the doses, so as to save my stomach some relief and it lengthens out the appetite supressant effects just a tad bit more but it is noticeable for sure.

It may vary from user to user but none of the ingredients should cause in issue with sleep even if dosed near your bed time.

1 cap personally.

Empty stomach would be recommended. If you get GI issues with Forskolin, with a meal is fine.

Is the Rhodiola Rosea in Shift standardized for rosavins and salidroside? Anything that can be disclosed? Would be nice to know.
