Currently using alphamine, shift, athletix ergonine and weight training days pes high volume.
Most days look like this.
7.30am 2 scoops of alphamine and 2 tabs of shift.
9am before training ergonine with 1 scoop of high volume
25g protein plus 50g oats post workout shake
12am Home for lunch. Some source of high protein some fat and carbs.
3.30pm second dose of alphamine 1 scoop.
6pm protein shake
8pm dinner.
All food aiming to hit my macros.
Hope I'm doing it right. Feels good,love the warm feeling, loads of energy, recovery is awesome. Love PES and Athletix products so far.
