PES Peanut Butter Cup Truffles

Recipe

Dry:
40g Complete Pancake Mix (Extra Fluffy)
40g Oatmeal Grinded into a powder
3g Splenda
8g SF / FF Pudding Mix (vanilla)
1 Scoop Select Peanut Butter Cup Protein

Wet:
10g Honey
Dash Sugar Free Syrup
50g Yogurt

Topping:
10g Sugar Free Hershey Syrup

Directions

1. Combine all truffle ingredients, except maple syrup, in a magic bullet (Blender). Turn on and blend for about 1 minute or until mixture appears well combined. At this point, it will be very thick and clumpy which is perfectly fine. Add in the maple syrup and blend until mixture is smooth and comes together.

2. Line a flat dish with parchment paper or wax paper. Take your hands or a spoon to help bind together into small truffles. Drop on the parchment paper and set aside. The amount of truffles you make will vary based off the size.

3. When you finished rolling or dropping Truffles onto parchment paper you will drizzle the chocolate syrup. When sitting in the fridge the chocolate syrup will bind together on top of the truffles. Let these sit at least 1-2 hours on the fridge to harden and serve after they set.

Enjoy!

PES Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oatmeal

Recipe

Dry:
80g Oatmeal
1 Scoop Select Peanut Butter Cup Protein
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (optional)
16g PB Lean or PB2 (Optional)

Wet:
6oz Greek Yogurt (170g)
½ Cup Almond Milk (114g)
2 TBSP Cream Cheese (32g) ((Optional))
1 TBSP Peanut Butter (16g) ((Optional))

Topping:
None

Directions

1. Combine all Dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside (you can use the SF/FF Pudding and PB Lean/PB2 to help enhance texture, thickness, and flavor)

2. Add in Yogurt and Milk and Stir. You can allow this to sit in the fridge overnight or for 6-8 hours while it will thicken up (hence the word overnight oatmeal). You can add Cream Cheese and peanut butter as thickening agents, and flavor enhancers. Peanut butter Whey goes very good with added peanut butter. If you have the macros use it!

3. You can Top with any fruit, crushed cereal, rice cake or any granola bar as desired as a mix-in bowl. These are delicious for post-workout meals, portable meals, and caloric dense meals while bulking.

Enjoy!

The goal of this promo as well is to help educate others on easy recipes they may be able to include on a daily basis. Cooking does not have to be time consuming or hard. A recipe/idea can go a long way to help others with food prep and being creative.

I just hope people find use in my recipes and the others posted.
