I loved my first workout with 1 scoop of enhanced. I think my sweet spot would be 1.5 scoops, vascularity was there in my shoulders, pump was there even after my 2 sets of 5 warmup sets. Great focus but I donno if I can say that enhanced caused that, I was pretty jacked to go to the gym today as I have missed my workouts because of midterms this week. Either way, I can't wait to get back from spring break to start using enhanced regularly.
