PES Lean Bulk/Recomp: AnaBeta Elite, Erase, Alpha T-2

Day 25 continued

I had a long day of work and it took a lot out of me. I would normally be having a back workout tonight, but I'm switching days with my arm routine. I want to be able to give it everything with deads and I don't feel physically or mentallly prepared for it right now (I'm somewhat rushed too). I can't make the gym tomorrow so I'll get my back workout in on Friday.

I had a cap each of A-T2 and Erase while at work on an empty stomach. I just finshed a light meal with 2 caps of ABE and I'm heading to the gym.
 
Day 25 continued

I was feeling pretty sluggish when I got to the gym, but quickly made a turn around once I started lifting. It was a solid workout overall with progress made on repeat exercises. Over the last couple weeks of the stack I have come to expect steady strength increases every time I enter the gym.

What do you think reverse bench best targets ? Which part of triceps ? I am looking to create a routine for arms to create better muscle shape. Thanks !

Thanks fumoney. Reverse grip targets the triceps and upper chest. I believe it's good for developing the long as well as medial head of the tris. I hadn't done them in years, but I'm enjoying having them back in my routine.
 
Day 26

My weight is holding up at exactly 206lbs (+4lbs overall). Hopefully it doesn't drop much further in the next few days.

I had 2 caps of A-T2 and Erase on an empty stomach this morning and 2 caps of ABE with breakfast. I'll be dosing ABE while at work today as I won't be going to the gym tonight. I'll most likely have 2 caps with lunch and 2 with dinner.
 
Day 24

My weight remains at 206.8lbs (+4.8lbs overall). I planning on seeing it drop a little with today being the start of my physical work week. My appearance was looking pretty dry this morning and muscle fullness was high.

I had 2 caps each of A-T2 and Erase when I woke up and 2 caps of ABE right before a big 1700 calorie breakfast. I'm not feeling weighed down at all from my meal and could actually continue to eat if I wanted to...I will in about an hour.

I should be hitting up the gym tonight as long as I don't work too late. It's relatively cool out compared to the last few weeks so we might end working a little longer.

Great update.

That is a huge breakfast to get through and still be ok with eating shortly afterwards lol.

Thanks Ben. I've gotten pretty good at eating ridiculous amounts of food. ABE has definitely been making it easier. I'd use it nonstop if I could lol.

Day 26 continued

I had 2 caps of ABE with lunch at work and a cap each of A-T2 and Erase on the ride home. I just had another cap of ABE with a meal and will have my 6th some time tonight.

No gym tonight. I'm getting ready to go see a couple bands. My diet will stay on track despite going out. I can't remember the last time I did something like this without drinking...should be different.
 
Day 27

Had a good time last night and the show was great. I didn't get home until late and now I'm running on 4 hours sleep. Hopefully I have a somewhat easy work day because I'm struggling to stay awake at this point.

I weighed 206.4lbs (+4.4lbs overall) this morning. I'm not sure, but I think this might be the first time my weight actually went up a little this late in the work week. I'm curious to see where I stand tomorrow when my weight usually hits a low point.

I had 2 caps each of A-T2 and Erase when I woke up and 2 caps of ABE with breakfast. Since I had yesterday off from the gym I was planning on going tonight. I'll have to wait and see how I'm feeling at the end of the day. If I end up working out I'll probably have to take it easy with deadlifts.

I thankfully didn't have to work too late and I feel up for a workout. I had my second doses of A-T2 and Erase (1 cap) on my ride home, got cleaned up, and just had my pre workout caps of ABE with some food.

I'll be working back today and will figure out how my routine will go based on how I feel when I get to the gym.

That is correct (Chris Farley voice). I'll be running/logging Erase Pro, AB Elite, Test Powder, and now Alphamine thanks to the amazing presale deals. I have more than enough EP and AB Elite for an 8 week run, 2 tubs of TPowder, and 1 tub of Alphamine. I also have a bunch of xgels that I've been waiting to try. I haven't figured out exactly how I'm going to run everything, but I'm pretty pumped about it. I think this log will be ending in a few days, then I'll take a few weeks break before starting up again.

Day 28

My weight hit it's weekly low at 205.1lbs (+3.1lbs) overall. I was looking pretty dry this morning and the added weight appears to be lean.

I had 2 caps of A-T2 and Erase when I woke up and 1 cap of ABE with breakfast. I just had a second cap (1hour after 1st) and will be going to the gym shortly.

I got a decent amount of sleep and I'm feeling refreshed. I'm planning to destroy my legs and the added rest should help my efforts.

My leg workout brutal (in a good way) and strength was up. My goal was to punish my legs to their breaking point and I think I got pretty close.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake and a cap each of A-T2 and Erase 2 hours later.

I had about 15 mins of slightly blurry vision about an hour after my workout. I'm guessing it was workout related and it went away so I'm not worried about it.

I just had a cap of ABE with dinner #1 and will have my 6th cap with #2 in a couple hours.

I only have a couple days worth of A-T2 and Erase left. The last couple days I was considering continuing the log (or immediately starting a new unsponsored one) with ABE, adding in Erase Pro/DAA, and starting Alphamine when it arrives. However, since DAA takes a couple weeks to really get going I like to use it for 8 weeks and think I might be better off with a short break first. That way I can run ABE/EP/DAA together for 2 months and Alphamine for 1 (unless I grab another tub). It looks like this log will be ending in a few days and I'll have a new, mostly PES product log coming up in a few weeks.

Thanks LTL. I was definitely happy with what I got done. The squats weren't quite as deep today (went as low as possible last week), but were still below parallel and with more weight than the last time using a similar approach. That guy came up out of nowhere...I wanted to laugh, but was too busy trying not to pass out lol.

300 would make me pass out that amount of weight would make me irrelevant!! Your crazy bro. If I was in the gym with you I'd be that random guy cause your alpha as all hell!

Haha I didn't want to let you down. I can already tell tomorrow (and probably the next day) is going to be a challenge. I don't have any physical work on Monday so I figured I wouldnt need my legs.

You'll get there soon enough man. I've always loved training legs. All the years of hockey and off season training for it had my legs decently strong at a young age.

Day 29

I weighed in at 205.2lbs (+3.2lbs overall) this morning. I'm more than happy with what I've gained considering I looked just as lean, if not slightly leaner this morning compared to when I started. It's looking like I came pretty close to hitting the nail on the head with my diet/training/supplements to reach my current goals.

I woke up, had 2 caps of A-T2 and Erase, then went back to sleep for a hour. I made a big breakfast after waking up for the second time and had 2 caps of ABE with my food.

I'm about to head to the gym for a chest and triceps workout. My energy level is good and I'm hoping that leads to a strong performance.

I had a solid workout and continued to make decent progress with all my lifts. I'm happy that my bench is getting closer to the 300lb range as its been a slower comeback than with most lifts.

I had 2 caps of ABE with a protein and oats shake immediately following my workout. My afternoon A-T2 and Erase (1 cap each) were taken a few hours later on an empty stomach. I had my 5th cap of ABE early this evening and will have my last cap of the day in a couple hours.

My hunger has been noticeably strong today. No matter what I've eaten it hasn't really let up. This has only happened a few times throughout my run.
 
Day 29 continued

I had a solid workout and continued to make decent progress with all my lifts. I'm happy that my bench is getting closer to the 300lb range as its been a slower comeback than with most lifts.

300 on bench is crazy bro and your just one 2.5 per side off that! Nice job breezy! Your a bad ass dude!

Thanks dude. I think I was 19 or 20 the last time I approached 300....memories lol.
 
Day 30

I weighed 205.8lbs (+3.8lbs overall) this morning. This could be my final weigh in and I'm definitely pleased with the total gain considering it looks to be all lean weight. I may have shed a minimal amount of fat as well.

I had 2 caps of A-T2 and Erase when I woke up (at 10:30) and had 2 caps of ABE with a big late breakfast about an hour later.

I have the day off from my physical job and will be going to the gym shortly. I don't have quite as much time as I would like because I slept late and have to report to my office this afternoon for a bunch of meetings. I'll be working biceps/forearms/calves/abs.

Yeah I'm pretty happy about it. I think ABE was the biggest help with adding some quality weight.
