PES Lean Bulk/Recomp: AnaBeta Elite, Erase, Alpha T-2

Nice pipes damn that's a lot of veins! I've been feeling the same with ABE just never feeling full

Thanks brother. That's a good way to describe how I'm feeling today. I don't have an uncontrollable hunger, but I'm not full at all no matter how much I eat.

That is some insane vascularity.

Day 17 continued

I got out of my day job fairly early, but I'm pretty tired. Since I now have a couple extra hours at my disposal I should be able to get in a workout, get some work done at home tonight, and get to sleep hopefully earlier than I have been.

I had my afternoon A-T2 and Erase on the way home from work, got cleaned up, and had 2 caps of ABE with a pre workout meal. I'm going to work shoulders today and my approach will be based on how I feel when I get to the gym.

Yeah, it got pretty ridiculous. During yesterday's workout it was at an all time high.

Day 17 continued

I had another good workout. Strength and endurance were both up and it felt great.

I had a good pump going throughout my workout which got intense with the supersets at the end. My shoulders blew up, and I struggled to lift my shaker cup enough to have the last sip of my BCAA's.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake on the way to the grocery store. Apparently I was still looking pumped up from my workout because the cashier asked me if I "lift weights professionally" lol. I've actually had a couple comments made about how I'm looking bigger the last couple days. I had thought my muscle fullness was up this week and it seems that its noticeable to a few other people.

Just about everything went up? Your a beast bro, and that military weight is insane. Crazy how strong you are man. The pump and increase in vascularity is really intriguing in these logs bro. The cashier hot or what?? LMAO

Thanks man. Yeah I think all repeat exercises went up. The pump and vascularity has been great and I've been feeling like a tank the last couple days.

The cashier was pretty good looking for dude in his 50's lol.

Lmao! Go get you some then bro! I kid I kid!

Day 18

My weekly weight rollercoaster is on the way down as I weighed in at 205.6lbs (+3.6lbs overall). I'm curious to see where I bottom out at the end of the work week. I've been sweating like crazy at work the last couple days and I don't expect it to drop much further.

I had my morning caps (2 each) of A-T2 and Erase right when I woke up. The very minimal amount of clean energy I was receiving from A-T2 isn't noticeable anymore. I had a big breakfast with 2 caps of ABE and plan to have the remaining 4 of the day around my workout.

Alpha T-2 helping control your hunger or is it a test booster? I have been just craving food in general. Have been trying to stay on a decent diet I just want more.

A-T2 is classified as a fat burner. I can't say that I'm noticing much in terms of appetite suppression currently. I thought I noticed some the first week, but not enough consistently that I can say it was the A-T2 for sure. With AB Elite causing increased hunger in a good number of users I suppose that the 2 could be cancelling each other out to an extent.

That would make sense.

Yeah ABE makes it impossible to feel "full" I thought u were taking AT-2 to help burn off the extra cals from the ABE or something.

I'm taking A-T2 to help keep any weight that I put on lean.

cokeholio said:
Do you feel/see it working or coming along, that sounds like a possible future stack for myself

So far so good from what I'm seeing. My weight is up and I don't look like I've added any fat. I'm not "feeling" much from A-T2 besides a little increased sweating when taken close to workout.

Really terrific work! Some pretty insane pictures, too. I'm in the middle of my third week with ABE+DAA and it's such a huge difference. Great pumps, appetite and vascularity.

Thanks pmdied, I appreciate it. Glad to see you're having good results. I plan on using ABE with DAA in a couple months as well.

Question- what were your Carb/fat macro preferences? I have a hell of a time eating that many calories (although AE helps).

pmdied said:
Question- what were your Carb/fat macro preferences? I have a hell of a time eating that many calories (although AE helps).

I'm averaging 6500 calories a day and it usually breaks down about 40/30/30. I'm usually eating every few hours throughout the day, right up until I go to bed. A big breakfast is a good way to get your caloric intake off to a good start...I think I eat more food by 6am than a lot of people do all day.

Day 18 continued

Just got back from a long day of work and I'm pretty beat after 12 hours of physical labor. However, I could be a lot worse, and might not be able to get to the gym tomorrow, so I'm going to get a back workout in. I might take it somewhat easy with Deadlifts and stay higher rep with a few exercises, but I'll see how I'm feeling when I get there first.

I had my afternoon A-T2 and Erase while at work on an empty stomach and just had 2 caps of ABE with cottage cheese, oats, and chicken...I just grabbed what I had ready to eat since I'm behind schedule. I'm going to up my calories tonight to account for the long work day.

Day 18 continued

My workout went better than expected. I started out feeling a little sluggish, but after a couple exercises I got a second wind and felt like strength was getting better as I went further into my routine. I kept rest periods on the shorter side (a few seconds longer than last week) and and saw my strength shoot up after sticking with this approach for a few weeks. It looks like my muscle endurance is making some good improvements along with strength.

Breezy, do you use anything more than gloves (if you even use gloves) during your workout ? Like straps or hooks ? I just started doing pull ups and my grip gives out before my arm does.

I actually don't use anything and never have. I don't have problems with pull ups, but my grip strength is holding me back with deads. I'm trying to work on it, but might get some straps because its getting frustrating...my current gym doesn't like people to use chalk either.

Day 19

My weight was 206.6lbs (+4.6lbs overall). I didn't really expect to see the scale go up in the middle in the middle of the work week, but I'll take it. I seem to be adding weight at a pace similar to months ago when I was gaining my size back at a fast pace. As I got closer to my previous weight the gains had been slowing down the last couple months prior to starting this stack.

I had 2 caps of A-T2 and Erase when I woke up this morning and 2 caps of ABE just prior to breakfast. I'll be bringing ABE to work as I'm not sure if the gym will be an option today at this point.

Thanks. I may just not be used to the grip. Especially with it angled down. I can do hammer grip w/o problem.

Yeah, just adding them to your routine probably has something to do with it.

Grip used to murder me on heavy deadlifts, but current gym has thick grip dumbbells which has really helped my overall grip strength. Also doing tons of farmers walk with emphasis on grip strength and towel pull ups has helped. You have been in the game longer than me, but I am just tossing some ideas out there to get you thinking. ;)

Amazing work bro! No surprise to me though you kill it every time you hit the gym. One thing I was just curious about is I don't think you have ever done a back shot have you? I bet your back is chiseled bro think you could add one next pic day?

Thanks for the advice bolt. I'll have to give those a try. I've never tried the towel pull ups, but they seem like they would be a big help.

Thanks brother. You are correct. I usually just throw up one picture because I'm just not that into posting pics of myself. I'll take a few different ones for the next picture update though. I'd actually like to see one of my back because I'm not sure what it looks like lol. I don't think its very impressive though.

Day 19 continued

My afternoon dose of A-T2 and Erase were taken while at work a couple hours after eating.

I got home from work and saw that my second bottle of AB Elite had arrived. Now I can officially continue at 6 caps a day for the rest of the log.

I thought I might have to head to the office for a meeting, but it was moved to next week. Instead, I'll be going to the gym shortly for an arm focused workout. I had my pre workout ABE with a carb based meal and will bring my post workout dose with me. I have a lot more energy than yesterday and I'm looking to have a strong performance.

Haha. I think my back might be underdeveloped compared to the rest of me. I'm curious to see how it turns out. I'll have to look at your pics and figure out how to do a decent back pose.

Day 19 continued

I had another good workout. Strength was up somewhat on all repeat exercises with a similar approach to last week. At this point the stack's benefits are in full gear and seem to be helping with my gains both in and out if the gym.

Day 20

My weight is holding steady at 206.8lbs (+4.8lbs overall). I thought it might be down a little as my appearance was looking a little tighter/drier compared to the rest of the week. Erase seems to be helping with this.

I had 2 caps each of A-T2 and Erase as soon as I woke up and 2 caps of ABE about 40 minutes later with breakfast.

If I'm still holding any water there's a good chance I'll be shedding some today. It's going to be 95 degrees and very humid, which means I'll be sweating like crazy all day long...I'm already starting to.
