Thanks Chirs, I am pretty excited I have finally got the right formula for a perma six pack.... it feels fuggin good. If I lose it I have only myself to blame so look forward to me showing abs this Xmas...

great finish Doug, looks like everything did its job. epiv worked great for me too. not as cut as you but i got sideline by a quad tear and am just getting back on the horse. i went down to a 33 waist and am earing medium shirts(mainly so they so off the buldges) i'll be looking at you ad al for help onthe next cycle 1 alpha bro. good job again. Bo.

Yah Rosie this is the one thing that has always eluded me, it was better last year as I only got up to around 220 which is not bad for me. My main effort should always be to keep my weight down being an easy gainer. Gains will come but they have to be at a slower pace to ensure quality..

I tried to confirm with the shipping dept. and found out that they had it all pulled and packed and right before they sealed them and sent them a special order came in and they had to yank the PURE TEST as it was the last they had, so we got pushed back until the next order of PURE TEST comes in, supposed to be Tuesday of next week! I honestly apologize, when I said it was sent, that is because I received an email from our shipping manager in response to my request with just one word.... "Sent" Please do not kill the messenger, I do apologize!

Business is business it sucks when it gets in the way of the people logging the free product but the bottom line is the companies do these logs to make money off of the sales they generate not to lose money on unfullfilled orders. I am sure the loggers understand. Even if there was a miscommunication it is hard to justify anger when being given a free product however some frustration is understandable. Finaflex always takes care of their loggers I am sure those who are able to hold on will be pleased.
 
Well said brother Kleen. I can speak from experience that Finaflex takes care of their loggers. I have done many sponsored Finaflex LOGs (before I was asked to be a representative) and the attention to detail that the company provides is next to none. Yes Finaflex may make money off of sales due to LOGs, but I feel that in the end they want to deliver a superior product to people who care about our lifestyle all while providing excellent customer support. Ultimately this is why I have stuck with Finaflex for almost all my supplement needs, and joined the Finaflex family.

For those who didn't receive their packages...hold on guys I know its coming. Everybody makes mistakes it just happens, but I know Finaflex will do everything in its power to make it right!

Yah as long as I stick to the plan, it's not hard either this is a party now that I know what and when I can eat based on activity. I weighed in this morning and I am back down to 194.5 ... which is exactly what I was at the end of this run... and lower than I was when I started but not by much...so when I say maintenance, I mean it... I still continue to make progress in devlelopment though and that rocks....

I got word from Al that it went out today for those in the US, he is in charge of shipping on domestic orders and will be for all orders shortly, so things are looking up.
