Day 42 Day 12 PT
All i did yesterday was Pt, was super busy and had nite class and it was a good idea as i felt pretty decent today. I still dont like PT and im really happy to go home next week and work with my PT. I did add the eliptical yesterday which was nice.
Day 43 Day 11 PT, Bis, Abs, Eliptical 228.7
The weight was back up today after not really eating all that much. My upper body is starting to look good, but my abs are accumulating some softness, but whatevs. Today should have been a bad lfit but it wasnt. I went to bed at 10:30 but didnt fall asleep til about two and just felt like crap when i woke up for lab at 6:30.
I was feeling pretty tired all day and my appetite was a little affected, but i took the Rag right after lunch at about twelve and was prepped for my lift. I felt real good and had a decent pump. My energed started to die a little but i just kept pushing....a good lift.
I still do get some crashing though....its like a weird dizzy sinus pressure thingy...i dunno if that makes much sense, but thats what happens. I did my lift chugged a shake, did a little abs and then started on the eliptical. I got the heart rate over 170...did fifteen minutes and burned 206 cal. Not bad for a frist day of hitting it hard on the eliptical. I then did leg press with 180, 190, 200 for a set of 15. The weight became quite hard and i got a real bad case of the quakes. Then did 3 sets of calves at 170-15. Did the usual curls, 4 way and TKE on the machine. I started doing the 4 way with my good leg today to and did 3 sets of 15 with 50. I then strecthed my knee, hip, hammys, ankle and calf and then iced and let it sag for ten.

Nothing to serious with abs, i had actually intended to come back to them but just never did. I will do some crucnhes now before bed tho. Tommorow will be PT and NECK!!
