I thought I was done with snow when I moved to Atlanta but here I am in snow and 24-degree weather. Luckily just flurries for no. Too cold for my Southern self!

Well that didn't take very long
 
We came back from the funeral trip to find our apartment was broken into and two laptops were stolen (maybe more).
 
Oh crap.. Filed a complaint?
We filed a police report. Beyond frustrating and now my wife, who works from home, doesn't feel safe. We are changing the locks. We just started house searching before this weekend so that can't happen fast enough.

I had to call our realtor today so I had to skip cardio at the gym and do a rushed session. Felt good, though, although I wanted to do some shrugs, but didn't have time.

I took a rest day because of a long, long day at work. I did order three bottles of the new Radiate caps so I did SOMETHING productive today for my body. :P

Then my wife and I went to Stone Mountain. That place is awesome. My wife is pregnant so we could walk much, but I can tell I will spend a lot of time there in the future. When I get a house, my plan is to buy a kayak and take it to Stone Mountain for cardio.

My wife and I are going to look at neighborhoods that we are looking at homes in to get a reference point. I definitely cut my gym day short, but it is what it is. She was pushing for me to not go at all today and I at least got in there.

Oh, and I got my Radiate! Starting today, I am having a scoop of old Radiate in the AM and then 1 Radiate cap in the afternoon. I'm also still taking ASSASS1NATE with my lunch and dinner.

We had our second ultrasound today and Luka is doing great. Everything looks good!

He sent me a picture. I guess he got jealous and kept the physical note for himself because when he gave me the goods, it wasn't there! But it was very funny. We both had a good laugh today about it.

And Adam was very impressed. He was talking about the energy he had and how he focused he felt. It seems like it did exactly what you guys wanted it to. Great job. I took a pill today today and enjoyed it. This is going to be a fun cut.

I literally changed nothing supplement-wise except I started taking a Radiate cap at around 2 p.m. Today, I noticeably sweated my a55 off, way more than usual. I also started my own variation of PHAT, which could have contributed but man, I was burning up today.

Also, look at how beautiful Dragon's Mist Endur3 is by OL. Unicorn's Blood is still my favorite flavor, but this one is no slouch! Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

I began a modified version of PHAT today. I was going to do flat bench press, but people had the benches on lockdown so I did incline bench instead.

Radiate powder in the AM, Radiate cap at 2 p.m. I sweated my a55 off in the gym again. It was such an immediate change from before the caps. I am loving it. Because my friend wants to work out and do chest and arms Saturday while I'm in Jax for Easter, I did my back and shoulders day today... which means I worked out back and shoulders two days in a row. My muscles were giving out near the end. I had to skip cardio because I got to the gym so late.

Thanks. I'm trying to figure out a balance between adding more cardio to prepare for a 10k and still keep a good amount of weightlifting. My wife gets mad when I'm at the gym too long and when I get out late from work, it just compounds it.
 
I just got to Jax. I'm so tired. Waking up in 7 hours to hit chest and arms with a friend. Yawwwwn. I'll be counting on Radiate. Lol.
 
Jealous of your 10K Marty. I miss trail running.
When I'm dying during the race, I'll remember that you're jealous. Maybe it will make me feel better. Haha.
 
I got an Omicron fat reader, which is much more accurate than my scale. I will be using the fat readings from it from now on. I knew I wasn't 34% body fat. Lol.

I just bought coconut flour, almond flour, and xanthan gum so I can attempt baking some keto desserts soon. I never thought about trying it last year but this time around, I'm going to test my baking chops.

Wish I could, but Osteoarthritis in my right knee makes it pretty much a no-go. However, now that I'm single (and can pin whatever the hell I want) I've been looking at picking up some BPC-157 and seeing if that helps.
