Thanks, guys. I'm headed to Jax after work tomorrow and then to the Orlando Europa Games and Expo Saturday with a friend. Fun, fun. I'll be back in the gym Sunday for legs, chest, and arms (it will be a longer day than normal to fit that all in).

Hell of a haul! How's that Tea Bang taste?
The Georgia Peach Tea Bang was pretty good. It had a very Brisk-like taste with Peach. I also have two Lemon Drop Sweet Teas that I haven't tried. I assume they all are in the Brisk ballpark, which is good for me.

I'm about to head back to Atlanta in an hour.

I hit the gym up this morning and had a nice session.

Oh, and I have to give credit where it is due. While too expensive to buy regularly, the VPX ready to drink cookies and cream Protein Rush is the best tasting cookies and cream proteins I've ever had. I 100% give it my seal of approval.
 
I woke up too late and had no time for the gym because I had a day full of chores. I still went and quickly burned through a short leg workout.

I apparently fell off the wagon a bit? I didn't particularly think I did, but I have been pretty snacky around 6-8 after my workout but before dinner. I need to watch that. I have been keto before bed each night, but I need to make sure my calories are in check. I'm still looking better and better, I think.

Here is a very flattering mid-curl picture from my workout with my friend in Jax yesterday.

The workout was all over the place and I didn't track what I did. Just grabbed stuff and burned out biceps and triceps.

Nice day in the gym today. My weight is kind of stuck around 271. These trips to Jax have been pretty devastating to my diet, despite me not cheating on keto at all. It almost makes me feel like I should be. I know when I'm down there and have no control over my diet, I am getting nowhere close to the fats I should be consuming and the calories are probably well off. Now that I'm back in ATL, I will follow the diet again to the T and see what happens.

Thanks. We have given up a lot and worked hard. I can't get my wife back to get family like she would want, but I at least got us 5.5 hours away and hopefully am giving her a good life.
