Tomorrow, I will take my Month 2 pictures and see what has changed. My weight has been a bit stagnant, which will require some input from me, but hopefully the pictures show progress.

I'll post today's leg and arm workout later but here are updated pics. Not much change from Month 1 and 2. I need to take my calorie counting more seriously but I did hit a new low weight today. 265.7 lbs, but it doesn't count because it is not on Wednesday, a weigh-in day.

Left is after one month. Right is after two. Very subtle changes.

I went on a roughly 9-mile hike. I started alternating walking and jogging but yesterday's leg day soon caught up to me. I walked the entire second lap.

Agreed. I finally got on a leg press and was just kind of not feeling it anymore. I have been tired this week and lost that magic I felt when I first came in. It was ridiculous. There are 3 leg extension machines, 2 lying leg Curls, 2 squat racks, 2 leg press, and 3 Smith Machine. Not a damn thing was free for over 10 minutes. I started laughing at one point. I thought people didn't do legs.

What I noticed from my scale is that if I'm 184 it shows 18.4% bf, and if Im 173 it shows 17.3% bf. Lol
Which means for me to be 8.4% bodyfat I would have to be 84 lbs. Lol

I ended keto as of last Friday so I'm finally feeling pumps again. The race is in a month on July 4th. It's time to get carb-adapted! I will be doing another two months of keto possibly mid August or early September.

Weight update from last Wednesday (Putting that water weight back on!):

(5/23/2018): 262.8 lbs, 23.2% BF

Total change from last week: +8.8 lbs, -0.7% BF

I'm not dead...

Luka was born 7 weeks early and the day before we planned to move to the new house. Jennifer had a horrible case of pre-eclampsia which is what caused all of it. It's been a nightmare and everything has taken a huge hit... but we are all well. I hope to be back on here regularly soon...

I'm not dead...

Luka was born 7 weeks early and the day before we planned to move to the new house. Jennifer had a horrible case of pre-eclampsia which is what caused all of it. I'm still hitting the gym but haven't been on any social media in a long time except Instagram here and there.

My weight today is 254.5, which is down about 16 lbs from my last weigh-in on here. I'm slowly chipping away at this fat, but boy, Luka makes it hard!

My supplementation has dipped down to just Radiate powder (still rocking that OG goodness), Finaflex multis, Redcon Ration protein (got it BOGO), old Primeval Labs Adrenal Rush PWO, and SNS creatine.

In the coming months, I plan on stocking up on Olympus Labs Superior protein and Chaos & Pain Ferox/Riot preworkout. Or maybe I'll finally try OL Re1gn?
