DAY 6-shoulders and bi's

The day before yesterday I decided to start taking xlevol again.Well,yesterday I decided not to again,so it's back in the cupboard where it will stay untill this cycle is done.I don't need any help raising my already natural borderline blood pressure which has risen obvisouly.Another good wo today.I decided not to hit traps cause the back of them are sore from the rack deads I did yesterday.I love rack deads!They get pumped and worked with back and shoulders,so I don't feel they need it.Many pros with huge traps do this also.They are a strong point for me anyways.I was getting great MM(mind muscle) conection going,especially with my rear delt raises.I don't know if the tst and m drol are helping too,but I know it's from lowering the weights and concentrating.I feel so weak sometimes!

I was doing bicep curls with a 25lb bar,and got no more than 12 reps.I did the gironda curls at first,then regular.Then I did incline curls for the final seven.I hit the bi's and tri's with a little less volume when they're paired with something else.Then more on their own day.(i'm hitting arms twice a week)I started with 20lb db's and they were too heavy for my 10-12 I was shooting for!This is because of being somewhat slow and completely controlled on the way up for a painful contraction everytime.A knotting contraction.Then somewhat slow and controlled negative.For my last two sets I was using 10lb db's!Thats right,you read it right!I couldn't believe it!It was the best feeling bi workout I have ever had though!I finally feel like a true bb'r in the gym now.Caring only about the feeling in the muscle and working them to the max.With a complete disregard to the little guys struggling with more weight than me.I even had a skinny guy today say curl that heavy weight with the 25lb bar.WhenI was curling the 10lb'rs though.I had to keep myself from laughing.They're just so small and light,yet they tore my bi's up for the final 7.I knew I was going to have to go down to the 15's,but not the 10's.I was very proud too though,to not care what others thought and being "confident" enough to use them.Anyways,whenI was in the locker room I flexed my bi's to check them out.They looked like synthol bi's they were so pumped!I'm positive that this lighter weight with complete and total mental and physical control is helping alot.I think my training style has changed for the better permanantly.I'll still do some heavy low reps from time to time......They're just too much fun!

Yestaerday I didn't eat as much as usual.I had to do a big job of digging,mixing concrete,and setting post all by myself.Thankfully the digging was easy.I was 100% focused on getting the job done as quickly as possible.I still ate every two hours as usual.Just not as much and it was much more healthy than usual.Mainly turkey and oats.Then for lunch I usualy get something big full of carbs and protien.Well out where this job is theirs a retsaurant and subway.So I went to subway and got a footlong meatball and head one of my small bowl of oats.Anyways,I feel tired and weak this morning after getting plenty of sleep.My weight is at 175.(down from 176)I know I still got plenty of cals carbs and prtien just from my shakes.I guess not enough whole food wih work and all.I'm going to take more oatmeal today than usual.I think I lost some stored glycogen from work.We should be going to the restaraunt too.So I will be getting rice and beans with plenty of protien for lunch.I don't know what happened yesterday.Time just got away from me and all the sudden it was past my bed time.Wont happen again though.
Note to self-up carbs while working!
 
Well it's 10:40 now and I feel fine.I woke up at 9:00.I drank my morning shake with high carbs,and I feel great.I should of put some glyco maize in their right away.I usually use it prte and post wo.Once I realised that it has fast digesting carbs,I was like duh!I started feeling better quickly after adding that.Gota go to work now.My dad(boss)didn't tell me what time to be at the job,and I called him last night and he didn't answer.So I saw my chance at sleeping in and took it! :woohoo:

Post hole digging is hard work..so can you come out here and put a privacy fence up for me before my neighbor loses her arm to my dogs:) She has abused them over the fence and they are turning mean. I'm only renting here but I want a fence. She is mentally ill and I can't get her to leave them alone.

DAY 8 bi's tris and calves

All went well once again.A few nuicances today at the gym,but nothing big.I got my second remark today.The guy said something about getting big with the veins and all or something like that.Then he asked if I changed my diet training or both when I told him I have been putting on some size.I told another that I was just over 171 a wek ago,and now almost 178.He sounds like he's getting interested.Beofre it was like no and I don't know and all that stuff.I would like to plan a havoc cycle or something for him.One guy in the locker room,a skinny ass guy,says to take aspirin for blood pressure!I was like dude that stresses your liver more so you don't really want that.He's all well they have low dose aspirin cause some actually use it all the time.I don't know if he knew exactly what we were talking about or what.But yeah,alls going well.Very excited,got legs tomorrow!

Have you checked out Cindy Phillips yet crader?I tried to post a pic in your log but it still didn't work,so I erased the post.She's pretty hot.It's weird how much she changes from off season to contest shape.You might not like her now.She has gotten bigger.I bet you love some of her older younger stuff when she's smaller......I do!!!

Todays workout was not so great.I still pushed myself and all,but it was just hard to get through.Good pumps and mind muscle connection though.I went later today cause we have the day off due to lots of rain last night,and it was full of ego lifters.I hate them.You can spot them right away cause they just have this "I got it going on" attitude going.The way they walk,talk,and dress just gives it away.They're usually chewing gum with their mouths open for some reason......:think: But yeah,I wasn't fired up today.I had a hard time finishing my wo,and I was yawning throughout.Weight is still 178.I think the "carb loading" effects of the m-drol have leveled off.From here it should be pure muscle!

At my gym most ego lifters are all right size wise.Alot of them look flat and blobby though.They have decent size but they're just not physically appealing.I think alot of it is disproportions.The big guys usually use nothing but machines.Their is one big guy,possibly the biggest who does mostly free weights and keeps it short and sweet.Like legs will be sq's stiff leg deads,calf raises and he's out.He lifts heavy too,but he doesn't have that cocky attitude,and he uses full range of motion without screaming his a$$ off.I like him.

I don't think i'm getting lethargic.It was just a bad day.I got plenty of sleep,but just wasn't feeling it.Like I said though,I had good pumps and felt the muscles working well.It was just hard to get through.I'm feeling awake and getting hungry now.Thats normal after a leg wo for me to be tired and have no appetite for an hour or so.I haven't noticed any sides.Nothing out of the ordinary anyways.
 
Sometimes I feel lethargic,but I can't tell if it's normal or the m-drol.So nothing big if it is the m-drol.Like I said,nothing out of the ordinary.
 
Glad you pushed through it, tomorrow will be better, and yes ego lifters suck, the smaller they are the bigger their ego though, LOL!

Very true manbeast!They can't "prove" anything with their muscles,so they try and "prove" something with their half a$$ed sloppy form weights.I was reading in an article where they said too bad these guys cant carry the weights around in their pockets and pull them out when needed.
 
LOL. Just remember, that their poor form is probably making their chiropractor rich, as well as supplement companies, because they buy and buy but don't gain!

Weight is a little over 179.I should see an increase tomorrow morning too.I have every morning after an off day so far.Hell,i've seen an increase every day except for like 2 I believe.

Well it's just a day off from the gym.The extra sleep is always nice though.I'm home for lunch right now.I always come home when we work close by.It's my excuse to get my mid day fix of AM. :lol: Prob be a long frustrating day,but the work is somewhat easy so........
 
Nice, I just got back from Legs/shoulders. Kinda brutal, but I didn't sleep well last night, we had/have very very high winds and lets just say the construction of my apartment building isn't the greatest (rattling windows and such...) plus loud downstairs neighbors...

I do if i'm doing a full body or a full body split.(upper,lower)I hate to take one day off let alone two in a row though.I got back and bi's tomorrow!

Also,My Dad/boss just bought a new(well 2000)truck for me.It will be the first nice vehicle I have ever had.It's not realy mine but it basically is.Either way it's about damn time!My almost 18 yr old sister has had two nicer cars than I have ever had.

Nah I haven't gotten sht yet. Today's day six and my bp is up about ten points so looks like I'll be heading to Walgreen's to see what I can find. 134/87 not to high but like I said it's day 6 so.......I don't want it to continue to raise.

Well I didn't.It's actually 178.We'll see how it goes though.I weigh myself alot when growing,and I know fluctuations are normal.

DAY11-chest and tri's

Nothing special.I punished my upper chest for being behind.It's hurting right now letting me know it's sorry and that it will do it's best to catch up.I forgive it,but i'll keep being hard on it.You know how these damn upper pecs are.You give them an inch and they take a mile!I did these things I read about from someone on this site.You take two 10lb plates and palm them together.Then you push forward and back,just like benching,but you do it standing.I pushed upwards to hit upper pecs,and it felt great.You could use 3 10's or 25's,but the two were plenty for me after doing about five work sets of onc bb bench.The harder you "palm" them,the harder it is and the better contraction you get.I bet I start to see others starting to do them after a while.I see guys working forearms more now that I do it.Now they need to copy a$$ to grass sq's.I work forearms twice a week too.Don't know why I haven't included that,but I do.

Try getting one with a hawthorne extract.You will need some celery seed extract though actually.I don't think i'd even mess with the HB now.Celery seed extract is suppose to be fast acting I believe.You may look into it.

I completely agree.I cant stand the guys who are clearly big and muscular,yet fat.They look like walrusses.I don't get past the point of not being able to see outlines of abs.With a shirt on you can't tell if i'm ripped abs or smooth bellied.I do believe in focusig on one thing though and giving it your all.Stopping ab work was my way a little over a year ago to say goodbye to them.I was fed up with being small and having slow gains,and started eating as much as I could handle every day.

I'm doing the fst-7.It's in the April issue of MD on page 452.I'm doin that split.For those who dan't have it though it's

day1-bi's,tri's and calves
day2-legs
day3-off
day4-chest and tri's
day5-back and calves
day6-shoulders and bi's(he recomends this,I do bi's with back now)
day7-off
Now I realised the other day that bi's should be with back.I don't see why he says to do this.Just look at it.it doesn't make sence to do them with shouders,and it makes perfect sence to do them with back.I also do forearms twice a week.Day 1 and 5.
 
Last time I tried to cut I Started eating clean all the time,cardio,and lowered my carbs all at once.I lost alot of muscle.After pct is done.I'm going to start doing more high intensity cardio without changing my diet and see how that does.Then i'll start my ab work hate. :rasp:

Haha, you know I just want you to be your best all around. Plus chicks love abs lol....I agree I loose a good amount of muscle when I cut too (I fcking hate that) that's why I work my abs through out the year that way I don't have to go on a carb restected diet to bring them out (at least not as much).
This is my split:
Mon. Chest/Shoulders/tri's-(one move)
Tues. Back/abs/bi's-(one move)
Weds. Off
Thurs. Legs/Shoulders/abs
Fri. Bi's/Tri's/Forarms
Sat. Off
Sun. Cardio/abs
Trying to bring up shoulders and upper arms that's why they're in there twice.
 
How do you hit these multiple body parts with one move?I can see chest/tris/shoulders with close grips,but you gota hit the side and rear heads too.Then you got back/abs/bi's. :think: Or am I misinterpeting?

Haha, yea bro I meant on those days I only do one move for tri's or bi's and 4 for the other muscles. I just throw the one exercise in there to stimulate a little extra growth on the O'l arms.
 
Hey man im enjoying your progress too, im on day 11 its my off day, ive gained 9 lbs so far and dropped bodyfat.
You know, you dont need to train your abs as much as you think, just get your body fat low enough to be able too see them, just do ab exercises to define the obliques and give the 6 pack more shape.
By the way, your doing awesome, im so glad your doing a low dose, 10 mg, no sides, keep it up, im rooting for you, 15 lbs all the way.

Thanks guys and welcome.It's day 12 and I haven't been noticing gains lately.Weight was 178,then a little over 179 the next day,then back to 178,now it's 178.4 to be exact.So it seems the gains are slowing.
It seems many gains from superdrol are quick towrds the end then they die.Which is why most do 3 weeks cycles.I'm wondering if my gains came at the beginning and now died?I hope not.If so though,I will prob end the cycle on day 15.14 will be the last day unless I see some gains from now untill then.

I don't want to run it another week for very little or nothing.PCT will be a breeze with 10/10.I will also end the neg sides like liver damage and high BP quicker.But we will see.I seen another talking about doing a two weeker cause he said most of his gains come by week three,and during week three they are minimal.

The m-drol logs I've read most recently were the ones where everyone was saying it was bunk because they didn't see any gains the first two weeks and then whammo lol....they all blew up in week 3. But I have never run that sht before so I dunno. But I do have 2 bottles I plan on running in the future. You getting any back pumps?
 
Are you using BCAA's during your cuts? They minimize muscle breakdown.

No.I ate every two hr's and plenty of meat everytime.To be honest I don't believe in supplementing with bcaa's being that they're in protien.I was eating terkey,fish,chicken,and lean pork with some greens and nuts every two hours.I think it was the shock of lowering my carbs too much too quickly,and adding cardio for the first time in a while.Then mix that with fencing.Just not good.I will never lower my carbs as fast or as much as I did before.The last three days I didn't have any except for what was in the greens,but those are different carbs that can't be used for energy I read.I was going to carb up that third day,but I seen the huge decrease on the scale and tape measure and went back to bulking.I couldn't stand it!Next time will be slow gradual changes.Nothing extreme in the end either.

I know man.But I had great gains at first.Now it seems they're gone.Unless that was all glycogen being stored.My measurements are all up but glycogen would swell the muscles.We'll see.I ran a cycle too quickly once after another and got nothing but still did the 30 days.I don't want to do that again.Longer pct,longer time to start another.more damage to body for nothing.
