Well after weekend off and softball yesterday back it today. Bad thing is my workout partner couldn't make it, but good thing is I've gone now from a pant size of 44, 42, 40, now to a freaking 38!!!!! My goal is 34/36 but I didn't realize i'd lost that much fat til I kept running out of pants that fit. Anyway hit chest and tri's today. Didn't hit anything heavy without my bud there but had one of the most intense workouts none the less.
Chest:
smith machine press: 135lbs x 10, 185lbs, x 8,8
incline barbell bench press: 155lbs x 8, 185lbs, x 6, 205lbs x 4, 245lbs x 2
incline db bench press: 55lbs x 8,8,8
machine high pulley cable crossovers: 60lbs x 10,10,10 I'm really loving these
Tri's:
Rope pressdowns: 130lbs x 10,10,10
v bar pressdowns: 130lbs x 10,10,10 super set with
reverse cable pull downs: 120lbs x 10,10,10
machine dips: 120lbs x 10,10,10

Thanks brother, I enjoy all my brother's logs and gives me a huge push! Wouldn't miss them for anything!My next log depending on a buddie of mine, will be a combo of PNI's fat burner, and their pwo Prodigy. I had a sample of it in an Orbit order month ago. That day I took it is the day I hit 285 on inclines. It freaked me out. So I got a tub of prodigy just awaiting the fat burner. Plus I may throw something else in. I'm on week 8 of my trt test cyp/eq. I'm also supose to be getting my hands on some solid clen. That will be wicked.i love your logs packman!
