Packers stacks PES Alphamine, Genomyx Decimate, H-Stane Halodrol

Well after weekend off and softball yesterday back it today. Bad thing is my workout partner couldn't make it, but good thing is I've gone now from a pant size of 44, 42, 40, now to a freaking 38!!!!! My goal is 34/36 but I didn't realize i'd lost that much fat til I kept running out of pants that fit. Anyway hit chest and tri's today. Didn't hit anything heavy without my bud there but had one of the most intense workouts none the less.

Chest:

smith machine press: 135lbs x 10, 185lbs, x 8,8

incline barbell bench press: 155lbs x 8, 185lbs, x 6, 205lbs x 4, 245lbs x 2

incline db bench press: 55lbs x 8,8,8

machine high pulley cable crossovers: 60lbs x 10,10,10 I'm really loving these

Tri's:

Rope pressdowns: 130lbs x 10,10,10

v bar pressdowns: 130lbs x 10,10,10 super set with

reverse cable pull downs: 120lbs x 10,10,10

machine dips: 120lbs x 10,10,10

Got a good pump today didn't know how well I'd feel, since today was early day at work! Hit up biceps today no back. I'll hit that up over the weekend. Tomorrow is our last one pitch tourney so I loaded up.

Biceps:

seated alt db curls: 35lbs x 10,10,10

spider curls: 30lbs x 10,10,10

standing hammer curls: 35lbs x 8,8,8

standing ez bar curls: 80lbs x 8,8,8

seated machine preacher curls: 70lbs x 12,12,10

high pulley cable curls: 50lbs x 10,10,10

standing barbell curls: 45lbs x 10,10

Thanks bud!! I just got home playing softball at 3 am. In just one hr I'da been up 24 hr straight lol
 
Took weekend off since I had softball Friday night tourney!! We finished 2nd outa 11 teams and took three top teams out, and got beat in championship by one of the best teams that travels. We played all 7 innings they got us 22 to 19 slugfest! I hit a 3 run shot off lc light pole!! I had 3 doubles, one 3 run shot, three singles 5 walks and got out only twice. Tomorrow as soon as I'm done voting gym time!!

Felt good today, but yet one I got to gym, after voting just didn't seem to have it. I hit my right side truck door up against a short block wall from the road. Well not hit it but brush into and cause some paint job damage and bent in the material. So I was lil upset at that. But just didn't have the strength today on chest/tri day like normal. Still I put out the best I could and gave it my all.

Yeah bro miss you man. Glad you came in. I'm going to start a new log soon, stay tuned lol. I hit 285lb on incline bench couple weeks ago, but gym today was so packed didn't get chance to do so.

Wouldn't miss them for anything!My next log depending on a buddie of mine, will be a combo of PNI's fat burner, and their pwo Prodigy. I had a sample of it in an Orbit order month ago. That day I took it is the day I hit 285 on inclines. It freaked me out. So I got a tub of prodigy just awaiting the fat burner. Plus I may throw something else in. I'm on week 8 of my trt test cyp/eq. I'm also supose to be getting my hands on some solid clen. That will be wicked.

Yeah machine shoulder press. I'm weak in this area. I mean not like total weak, but I got a lot to go since having shoulder surgery in Jan this year. It's better but I wont to do extreme numbers.
 
Nice numbers packman! Hard to do those upright rows when the poundage starts to go up... I had wrist issues with 40s and had to start using a bar instead :(
 
I've been on bar uprights for while, but this is new and man it didn't hurt just felt like I might have to go down on weight til form is dead on. I felt it though!

Man today was slow at work but got off early! I hit gym around 6 and workout for over hr and them sum. I didn't want to stop lifting. I kept trying to figure out what I hadn't done yet, and now my arms are dying!!!! I hit back and biceps!
