Nothing new last couple days been sick as a dog. I went to doc today had upper resp infection. Got some meds and will be trying to hit gym tomorrow or Thursday latest.

We were done for the year a couple weeks ago, but a good friend of mine and a lot of the players that play league, had his truck fall on him while he was under neath working on it. Some how the jack came out. This happen on Thanksgiving day, and he was air lifted to UAB. They said possible paralyzed but then after surgery so far he can wiggle his toes and feel both feet so good signs. Anyway the tourney will be all proceeds going to his family.
