Today went to track to do a mile, by walking the first and third laps while running the straights on the 2nd and last then doing hills. Good cardio and about time it came back lol.

Nothing new last couple days been sick as a dog. I went to doc today had upper resp infection. Got some meds and will be trying to hit gym tomorrow or Thursday latest.

Yeah we been kinda busy too. i work for Homeland Security where they train for terroist attaks. This week is wide open and I'll have to be in a gas mask thursday and Friday around 3-4 hrs lol. That's waht i went to doc to get this crap out.

Awesome workout pack, I also agree with Aaron switch it up man hit some diff rep ranges try some hardcore heavy sets with like 3-5 reps or 5-10 moderate weight or try different tempos to hit the different fibers and to grow more!!
 
What are some suggestion idea's layouts????? I use to do the 5 x 5 but my switched to doing 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps cause I'm in a constant cut stage. I've managed to drop 65 plus lbs in last 2nhalf years but need to be around 190 to 200 at 5'5. I'm at 225 now. I was 291 over couple years back. So everyone who knows me and from my earlier days, i've always known the more reps to better cut. The only thing I go 8,6,4,2 on is incline bench cause i love me some inclines lol
 
After some upper respiratory crap for last couple days, I finally hit the gym again. I felt great and was pumped. I'm trying to figure out why some weeks I can get 275 on inclines then next couple weeks I felt like 250 would be the max. Maybe I need to change something up.


Chest:


incline bench press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4, 225 lbs x 3

I usually have variance on max bench press. Some days 3 and some days 4. I narrowed it down to diet for the day, per workout meal and stead level during work. I wouldn't be too worried about 25lb variance as long as they occur equally. Max effort based on energy level is better than being preoccupied with numbers. Keep on doing what you are doing Pack. It's working. Change in routine once in a while in always a good idea if you can find the right workout to balance what you are already doing. As always......HULK MODE !!!!! Now kill it !!!!
 
Ok so good quick day at work. Pay day so paid bills lol as always. Went to book store get the new muscle and fitness mag and grabbed a white chocolate mocha skim milk, extra shot of experreso and not syrup. Went to the house shower and headed to the gym. Forget I drank the Mocha and took a serving of PNI Prodigy!! All I can say is a crack head couldn't out crack me at this point. FIRE!!!!!!!!!! BOOM BOOM BOOM lol

Id just say switch up the reps on a few of the exercises every so often to change up the workout.

Oh snap crackle pop boom boom click. Help me out some one there's a freak on the loose!! lol What a crazy last two days. I got started on Adipex by my Dr, and had to half the pill this morning after yesterday's 18 hrs of intense I don't wanta sit on my A$$ day. My wife thought I was on meth haha. I went to hit shoulders up today and had a very good workout in volume wise for me. Shoulder's are my weak point.

Well after beating my A$$ all weekend in the gym it was softball time tonight. We should have finished league and fall league torney weeks ago but had 3 rain outs. So we had an 8pm game win move on tomorrow, lose go home. Well no gym tomorrow Cause We won haha. Energy levels are whacked on adipex crazy stuff. But I like!

Man no updates today, only bc I hit biceps again. My workout partner had to miss all last week and he wanted to train biceps today. I told him he was luck it was three days ago, as I normally never train the same body part that close. That being said I had a blast. My arms are starting to fill through my shirt!!!! WOO WOO WOO lol tomorrow back day updates.

Well today my gym partner had to leave early so instead of chest and tri's we just did chest. Tomorrow I'll be in a one pitch softball tourney. We were done for the year a couple weeks ago, but a good friend of mine and a lot of the players that play league, had his truck fall on him while he was under neath working on it. Some how the jack came out. This happen on Thanksgiving day, and he was air lifted to UAB. They said possible paralyzed but then after surgery so far he can wiggle his toes and feel both feet so good signs. Anyway the tourney will be all proceeds going to his family.

Days when I'm dead tired as soon as taking the serving I become a different person. Today for example long arse day at work. Almost didn't want to go. Took my Prodigy and blasted legs for first time in a long time.

leg presses: 4 plates x 8, 6 plates x 8,8
